¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹TUHAN memberi kepada Musa

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your valuation.

²peraturan ini untuk bangsa Israel. Apabila seorang dipersembahkan kepada TUHAN untuk menebus suatu kaul yang khusus, orang itu boleh ditebus dengan sejumlah uang

³Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

³menurut harga yang berlaku di Kemah TUHAN: di atas 60 tahun: laki-laki-15 uang perak, perempuan-10 uang perak; antara 20-60 tahun: laki-laki-50 uang perak, perempuan-30 uang perak; antara 5-20 tahun: laki-laki-20 uang perak, perempuan-10 uang perak; di bawah 5 tahun: laki-laki-5 uang perak, perempuan-3 uang perak.

⁴If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

⁴(27:3)

⁵If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁵(27:3)

⁶If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁶(27:3)

⁷If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁷(27:3)

⁸But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.

⁸Kalau orang yang berkaul terlalu miskin untuk membayar harga yang ditetapkan, ia harus membawa orang yang sudah dipersembahkan kepada TUHAN itu kepada imam. Imam harus menetapkan harga yang lebih rendah sesuai dengan kemampuan orang itu.

⁹“‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

⁹Apabila kaul itu mengenai binatang halal yang dapat diterima sebagai persembahan kepada TUHAN, orang yang berkaul itu tidak boleh menukarnya dengan binatang lain, sebab segala yang dipersembahkan kepada TUHAN menjadi milik TUHAN. Kalau ia menukarnya juga, kedua ekor binatang menjadi milik TUHAN.

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹⁰(27:9)

¹¹If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹¹Tetapi kalau kaul itu mengenai binatang haram yang tak dapat diterima sebagai persembahan kepada TUHAN, orang yang berkaul harus membawa binatang itu kepada imam.

¹²and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹²Imam akan menentukan harganya menurut keadaan binatang itu. Dan harga yang sudah ditentukan adalah harga mati.

¹³But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

¹³Kalau orang itu ingin menebus binatangnya, ia harus membayar harganya ditambah dengan dua puluh persen.

¹⁴“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁴Apabila seseorang mempersembahkan rumahnya kepada TUHAN, imam menentukan harganya menurut keadaan rumah itu. Harga yang sudah ditentukan adalah harga mati.

¹⁵If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

¹⁵Kalau orang itu mau menebus rumahnya, ia harus membayar harganya ditambah dengan dua puluh persen.

¹⁶“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer 1 homer is about 220 litres or 6 bushels of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁶Apabila seseorang mempersembahkan sebagian dari tanahnya kepada TUHAN, harganya harus ditentukan menurut jumlah bibit yang diperlukan untuk menanami tanah itu. Untuk setiap dua puluh kilogram gandum harganya sepuluh uang perak.

¹⁷If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

¹⁷Kalau tanah itu dipersembahkan sejak Tahun Pengembalian, harganya harus dibayar penuh.

¹⁸But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

¹⁸Kalau tanah itu dipersembahkan sesudah Tahun Pengembalian, imam harus menaksir harga kontannya menurut jumlah tahun yang masih ada sampai Tahun Pengembalian yang berikut, lalu menentukan harga yang lebih murah.

¹⁹If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

¹⁹Kalau orang yang mempersembahkan ladang itu ingin menebusnya, ia harus membayar harganya ditambah dengan dua puluh persen.

²⁰If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

²⁰Kalau ia menjual ladang itu dengan tidak lebih dahulu menebusnya dari TUHAN, ia tidak berhak lagi menebus ladangnya.

²¹but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.

²¹Dalam Tahun Pengembalian yang berikut, ladang itu menjadi milik TUHAN untuk selama-lamanya, dan diberikan kepada para imam.

²²“‘If he dedicates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

²²Apabila seseorang mempersembahkan kepada TUHAN sebuah ladang yang telah dibelinya,

²³then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

²³imam harus menaksir harganya menurut jumlah tahun yang masih ada sampai Tahun Pengembalian yang berikut. Lalu orang itu harus membayar harganya pada hari itu juga. Uang itu menjadi milik TUHAN.

²⁴In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

²⁴Dalam Tahun Pengembalian, ladang itu harus dikembalikan kepada pemiliknya yang semula atau kepada keturunannya.

²⁵All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

²⁵Semua harga harus ditentukan menurut harga yang berlaku di Kemah TUHAN.

²⁶“‘Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is Yahweh’s.

²⁶Binatang yang pertama lahir adalah milik TUHAN, jadi tak boleh dipersembahkan untuk kurban sukarela. Anak sapi, anak domba atau anak kambing yang pertama lahir adalah kepunyaan TUHAN.

²⁷If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

²⁷Tetapi binatang haram yang pertama lahir boleh ditebus menurut harga yang berlaku di Kemah TUHAN, ditambah dua puluh persen. Kalau tidak ditebus, binatang itu boleh dijual kepada orang lain menurut harga yang berlaku di Kemah TUHAN.

²⁸“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh.

²⁸Tak seorang pun boleh menjual atau menebus apa yang telah dikhususkannya tanpa syarat kepada TUHAN, baik itu manusia, hewan atau tanah. Itu milik TUHAN untuk selama-lamanya.

²⁹“‘No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

²⁹Bahkan manusia yang telah dikhususkan kepada TUHAN untuk dibinasakan tak boleh ditebus; ia harus dibunuh.

³⁰“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

³⁰Sepersepuluh dari seluruh hasil tanah, baik gandum maupun buah-buahan, adalah untuk TUHAN.

³¹If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

³¹Kalau seseorang mau menebus sebagian dari hasil itu, ia harus membayar harganya yang sudah ditentukan ditambah dua puluh persen.

³²All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.

³²Satu dari tiap sepuluh ekor ternak adalah milik TUHAN. Kalau ternak itu dihitung, setiap ekor ternak yang kesepuluh menjadi milik TUHAN.

³³He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

³³Pemilik ternak itu tak boleh memilih-milih mana yang baik, mana yang jelek. Ia juga tak boleh menukarnya. Kalau ia menukarnya juga, kedua ekor ternak itu menjadi milik TUHAN dan tak boleh ditebus.

³⁴These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.

³⁴Itulah perintah-perintah yang diberikan TUHAN di atas Gunung Sinai kepada Musa untuk bangsa Israel.
