1Now concerning spiritual things, brothers, I don’t want you to be ignorant.
1Ay atmaten, ur bɣiɣ ara aț-țeqqimem mbla tamusni ɣef wayen yeɛnan ayen i d-yețțak Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen.
2You know that when you were heathen or Gentiles , you were led away to those mute idols, however you might be led.
2Teẓram belli asm'akken ur tuminem ara s Lmasiḥ, țțawwin kkun wiyaḍ tɛebbdem lmeṣnuɛat ur neneṭṭeq ara.
3Therefore I make known to you that no man speaking by God’s Spirit says, “Jesus is accursed.” No one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” but by the Holy Spirit.
4Now there are various kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.
4Llan aṭas n leṣnaf n tukciwin n Ṛebbi, lameɛna yiwen n Ṛṛuḥ kan i gellan ;
5There are various kinds of service, and the same Lord.
5aṭas n leṣnaf n leqdic i gellan meɛna yiwen n Ssid-nneɣ kan i nesɛa ;
6There are various kinds of workings, but the same God, who works all things in all.
6aṭas n leṣnaf n lecɣal i gellan, meɛna Ṛebbi d yiwen, d nețța i ten-isedduyen akk deg-nneɣ meṛṛa.
7But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all.
7Yal yiwen tețțunefk-as-d tukci n Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen i nnfeɛ-nneɣ meṛṛa.
8For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom, and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit;
8Ihi Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen yefka-d i yiwen ad immeslay s ṣṣwab d lefhama, yefka-d i wayeḍ ad immeslay s tmusni.
9to another faith, by the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, by the same Spirit;
9Ṛṛuḥ-agi yefka daɣen i wayeḍ liman iǧehden, i wayeḍ tazmert s wayes ara yesseḥlu imuḍan ;
10and to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discerning of spirits; to another different kinds of languages; and to another the interpretation of languages.
10yefka daɣen i wayeḍ tazmert ad ixdem lbeṛhanat, ma d wayeḍ ad ițxebbiṛ s wayen i s-d-yețțassen s ɣuṛ Sidi Ṛebbi ; wayeḍ daɣen yefka-yas-ed tazmert s wayes ara yeɛqel ayen i d-ițțasen s ɣuṛ Ṛṛuḥ n Sidi Ṛebbi d wayen i d-ițțasen s ɣuṛ leṛwaḥ n diri ; wayeḍ yețțunefk-as-d ad immeslay timeslayin ur nețwassen ara ; wayeḍ daɣen yețțunefk-as-d a d-yessefhem timeslayin-agi ur nețwassen ara.
11But the one and the same Spirit works all of these, distributing to each one separately as he desires.
11Ayagi akk itekk-ed seg yiwen n Ṛṛuḥ. Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen yețțak-ed ayagi meṛṛa akken yebɣa, i yal yiwen deg nneɣ.
12For as the body is one, and has many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.
12Lǧețța n wemdan d yiwet, ɣas akken tesɛa aṭas n lemfaṣel. Lemfaṣel-agi ɣas deg waṭas yid-sen, d yiwet n lǧețța i llan ; akken daɣen i gella Lmasiḥ.
13For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all given to drink into one Spirit.
13Axaṭer s yiwen n Ṛṛuḥ kan i nețwaɣḍes meṛṛa iwakken a nili d yiwet n lǧețța ; ama d at Isṛail neɣ d iyunaniyen, ama d aklan neɣ d iḥeṛṛiyen, seg yiwen n Ṛṛuḥ i neswa meṛṛa.
14For the body is not one member, but many.
14Lǧețța ur tebni ara ɣef yiwen n lmefṣel, lameɛna tebna ɣef waṭas n lemfaṣel.
15If the foot would say, “Because I’m not the hand, I’m not part of the body,” it is not therefore not part of the body.
15Ma yenna-d uḍar : nekk mačči d afus ur țekkiɣ ara di lǧețța, eɛni imi ur yelli ara d afus ur ițekka ara ula d nețța di lǧețța ?
16If the ear would say, “Because I’m not the eye, I’m not part of the body,” it’s not therefore not part of the body.
16Ma yella yenna-d umeẓẓuɣ : nekk mačči ț-țiṭ, ur țekkiɣ ara di lǧețța, eɛni ț-țideț m'ur yelli ara ț-țiṭ ur ițekka ara ula d nețța di lǧețța ?
17If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole were hearing, where would the smelling be?
17Ma yella lǧețța meṛṛa ț-țiṭ, amek ara tili tmesliwt ? Neɣ ma yella d ameẓẓuɣ kan i tella, amek ara yili wesriḥi ?
18But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body, just as he desired.
18Sidi Ṛebbi yebna mkul lmefṣel di lǧețța akken i s-yehwa.
19If they were all one member, where would the body be?
19Ma yella lǧețța meṛṛa d yiwen n lmefṣel, anda-ț ihi lǧețța ?
20But now they are many members, but one body.
20S wakka ihi aṭas n lemfaṣel i gellan, meɛna lǧețța yiwet.
21The eye can’t tell the hand, “I have no need for you,” or again the head to the feet, “I have no need for you.”
21Tiṭ ur tezmir ara aț-țini i ufus : ur k-uḥwaǧeɣ ara ! Aqeṛṛuy ur yezmir ara ad yini i uḍaṛ : ur k-uḥwaǧeɣ ara.
22No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary.
22Lemfaṣel-nni n lǧețța i d-yețbanen d imecṭaḥ, nefɛen aṭas.
23Those parts of the body which we think to be less honorable, on those we bestow more abundant honor; and our unpresentable parts have more abundant propriety;
23Lemfaṣel n lǧețța iwumi ur nefki ara lqima, d nutni i nețḥadar akteṛ n wiyaḍ ; ihi d lemfaṣel ur nezmir ara a d-nebder i nețḥadar aṭas,
24whereas our presentable parts have no such need. But God composed the body together, giving more abundant honor to the inferior part,
24ma d wid yesɛan lqima, ur uḥwaǧen ara lemḥadra. Sidi Ṛebbi yebna lǧețța akken ara izegged lqima i lemfaṣel ixuṣṣen,
25that there should be no division in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another.
25iwakken ur d-yețțili ara lxilaf ger lemfaṣel, meɛna ad țemḥadaren wway gar-asen.
26When one member suffers, all the members suffer with it. Or when one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.
26Ma yella yiwen n lmefṣel yețwaqṛeḥ, wiyaḍ meṛṛa ad țwaqeṛḥen yid-es ; ma yella yețțunefk-as ccan i wayeḍ, wiyaḍ akk ad feṛḥen yid-es.
27Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.
27Kunwi meṛṛa d lǧețța n Lmasiḥ, yal yiwen deg-wen d lmefṣel di lǧețța-s, mkul yiwen deg umkan-is.
28God has set some in the assembly: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracle workers, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, and various kinds of languages.
28Di tejmaɛt n Lmasiḥ, Sidi Ṛebbi yesbedd uqbel ṛṛusul, deffir-nsen wid i d-yețxebbiṛen s ɣuṛ Sidi Ṛebbi, rnan-d wid yesselmaden, rnan-d daɣen wid yesɛan tazmert ad xedmen lbeṛhanat, wid yesɛan tazmert ad sseḥlun imuḍan, wid ara iɛiwnen wiyaḍ, wid ara yilin d imdebbṛen akk-d wid ara yemmeslayen timeslayin ur nețwassen ara.
29Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all miracle workers?
29Eɛni țțuceggɛen-d meṛṛa d ṛṛusul ? Neɣ țxebbiṛen-d akk s ɣuṛ Sidi Ṛebbi ? Sselmaden meṛṛa ? Xeddmen meṛṛa lbeṛhanat ?
30Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with various languages? Do all interpret?
30Eɛni sɛan meṛṛa tazmert ad sseḥlun imuḍan, neɣ ad mmeslayen meṛṛa timeslayin ur nețwassen ara ? Neɣ zemren akk a d-sfehmen timeslayin-agi ?
31But earnestly desire the best gifts. Moreover, I show a most excellent way to you.
31Ihi a wen-d-iniɣ : nadit axiṛ ɣef tikciwin-nni inefɛen aṭas. A wen d-mleɣ tura abrid yifen akk iberdan.
