1Therefore seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we don’t faint.
1Ihi, ur ilaq ara a nefcel imi s Ṛṛeḥma n Sidi Ṛebbi i ɣ-d ițțunefk leqdic-agi ɣef Lmasiḥ.
2But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
2Ur neqbil ara ayen yellan d lɛib d wayen yețwaxedmen s tuffra, ur nteddu s tḥila, ur nețḥerrif awal n Ṛebbi. Meɛna nețbeggin-ed awal n Sidi Ṛebbi s tideț, iwakken imdanen meṛṛa ad slen i wawal n Ṛebbi, a t-fehmen akken yella.
3Even if our Good News is veiled, it is veiled in those who perish;
3Ma mazal lexbaṛ n lxiṛ i wen nbecceṛ ur ițwafhem ara, lmeɛna-ines tețwaffer kan ɣef wid iḍaɛen,
4in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them.
4ur numin ara s Ṛebbi ; axaṭer Cciṭan yerran iman is d ṛebbi n ddunit-agi , yesderɣel ixemmimen nsen, daymi ur walan ara tafat yellan di lexbaṛ n lxiṛ yeɛnan tamanegt n Lmasiḥ, nețța yellan d ṣṣifa n Sidi Ṛebbi.
5For we don’t preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake;
5Axaṭer mačči ɣef yiman-nneɣ i nețbecciṛ, lameɛna nețbecciṛ ɣef Ɛisa Lmasiḥ Ssid-nneɣ ; ma d nukni, nuɣal d iqeddacen-nwen ɣef ddemma n Sidna Ɛisa.
6seeing it is God who said, “Light will shine out of darkness,” Genesis 1:3 who has shone in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
6Ṛebbi i d-yennan : Tafat aț-țecceɛceɛ di ṭṭlam, d nețța daɣen i d-ifkan tafat tfeǧǧeǧ deg ulawen-nneɣ iwakken a ɣ-d ibeggen tamanegt-is yețfeǧǧiǧen ɣef wudem n Lmasiḥ.
7But we have this treasure in clay vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves.
7Nukni yețțawin deg iman-nneɣ agerruj-agi, necba ticmuxin n wakal, iwakken tazmert-agi tameqqrant a d-tban belli tusa-d s ɣuṛ Sidi Ṛebbi mačči s ɣuṛ-nneɣ.
8We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair;
8Nețwaḥṛes si mkul tama meɛna ur nefcil ara ; nella di teswiɛt n ṭṭiq meɛna ur neɣli ara ;
9pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed;
9nețwaqheṛ meɛna Sidi Ṛebbi ur aɣ-yeǧǧi ara ; nețwarkeḍ meɛna ur aɣ-nɣin ara.
10always carrying in the body the putting to death of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.
10Nețțawi daymen di lǧețțat-nneɣ lmut n Sidna Ɛisa iwakken a d-tban daɣen deg-nneɣ tudert-is.
11For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus may be revealed in our mortal flesh.
11Nukni yeddren, nețqabal daymen lmut ɣef ddemma n Sidna Ɛisa, iwakken a d-tban tudert n Sidna Ɛisa di lǧețțat nneɣ ifennun.
12So then death works in us, but life in you.
12S wakka lmut txeddem deg-nneɣ, ma ț-țudert txeddem deg-wen.
13But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, “I believed, and therefore I spoke.” Psalm 116:10 We also believe, and therefore also we speak;
13Am akken yura di tira iqedsen : umneɣ, daymi i d-hedṛeɣ ; nukni daɣen nesɛa liman-agi, daymi i d nheddeṛ.
14knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus, and will present us with you.
14Axaṭer neẓra belli Sidi Ṛebbi i d-isseḥyan Sidna Ɛisa si ger lmegtin, a ɣ-d-isseḥyu ula d nukni akk-d Sidna Ɛisa, iwakken a ɣ issemlil yid-wen m'ara nuɣal ɣuṛ-es.
15For all things are for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
15Ayen akk ideṛṛun yid-nneɣ, ideṛṛu ɣef ddemma-nwen, iwakken ṛṛeḥma n Sidi Ṛebbi aț-țaweḍ ɣer waṭas n yemdanen ; s wakka aṭas ara iketṛen di leḥmada n Sidi Ṛebbi, a t-cekkṛen ɣef tmanegt-is.
16Therefore we don’t faint, but though our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is renewed day by day.
16Daymi ur ilaq ara a nefcel ; axaṭer ɣas akken lǧețța-nneɣ tfennu seg wass ɣer wayeḍ, ṛṛuḥ yellan deg-nneɣ yețnerni seg wass ɣer wayeḍ.
17For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory;
17Leɛtab-agi i nesɛedday tura xfif yerna ur ițdum ara ; ițheggi-yaɣ-ed tamanegt tameqqrant ur nfennu.
18while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
18Axaṭer nukni ur nețnadi ara ɣef wayen țwalint wallen, lameɛna nețnadi ɣef leḥwayeǧ ur țwalint ara ; axaṭer leḥwayeǧ i țwalint wallen fennunt, ma d ayen ur țwalint ara, yețdumu i dayem.
