1But Saul, still breathing threats and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest,
1Caɛul mazal ițqehhiṛ inelmaden n Sidna Ɛisa, ițgalla deg-sen a ten-ineɣ. Iṛuḥ ɣer lmuqeddem ameqqran,
2and asked for letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.

10Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias. The Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias!” He said, “Behold, it’s me, Lord.”
10Di temdint n Dimecq, yella yiwen unelmad isem-is Ananyas ; Sidi Ṛebbi yessawel-as-d deg uweḥḥi, Ananyas yerra-yas : Aql-iyi a Sidi.
11The Lord said to him, “Arise, and go to the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judah for one named Saul, a man of Tarsus. For behold, he is praying,
11Sidi Ṛebbi yenna-yas : Kker tṛuḥeḍ ɣer webrid ițusemman « Abrid ayeffus », ɣer wexxam n Yuda ; dinna steqsi ɣef yiwen wergaz isem-is Caɛul n temdint n Sars. Atan ideɛɛu ɣer Sidi Ṛebbi,

13But Ananias answered, “Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he did to your saints at Jerusalem.
13Ananyas yerra-yas : A Sidi, acḥal n yemdanen i d yeḥkan fell-as ițqehhiṛ inelmaden-ik imqedsen di temdint n Lquds !
14Here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on your name.”

15But the Lord said to him, “Go your way, for he is my chosen vessel to bear my name before the nations and kings, and the children of Israel.
15Lameɛna Sidna Ɛisa yenna-yas : Ṛuḥ, axaṭer argaz-agi d nekk i t-yextaṛen iwakken ad ibecceṛ isem-iw i wat Isṛail, i leǧnas nniḍen akk-d igelliden-nsen.
16 For I will show him how many things he must suffer for my name’s sake.”
16Yerna a s ssekneɣ acḥal ara yeɛteb ɣef ddemma n yisem-iw.
17Ananias departed, and entered into the house. Laying his hands on him, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord, who appeared to you on the road by which you came, has sent me, that you may receive your sight, and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”
17Ananyas iṛuḥ ; mi gewweḍ ɣer wexxam-nni, yessers ifassen-is ɣef Caɛul yenna-yas : A Caɛul a gma, d Sidna Ɛisa-nni i k-d-iḍehṛen deg-webrid ansi i d-tusiḍ, i yi-d-iceggɛen iwakken a k-id-yuɣal yeẓri yerna aț-țeččaṛeḍ d Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen.
18Immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he received his sight. He arose and was baptized.
18Imiren kan ɣlin-d seg wallen-is am akken d iqecṛan, dɣa yuɣal-it-id yeẓri ; yekker, yețwaɣḍes.
19He took food and was strengthened. Saul stayed several days with the disciples who were at Damascus.
19Mi gečča, yuɣal-it-id lǧehd ; isɛedda kra wussan ɣer inelmaden i gellan di temdint n Dimecq.
20Immediately in the synagogues he proclaimed the Christ, that he is the Son of God.
20Ur iɛeṭṭel ara, yebda yețbecciṛ di leǧwameɛ n wat Isṛail belli Sidna Ɛisa d Mmi-s n Ṛebbi.
21All who heard him were amazed, and said, “Isn’t this he who in Jerusalem made havoc of those who called on this name? And he had come here intending to bring them bound before the chief priests!”
21Wid akk i s isellen, wehmen qqaṛen : Eɛni mačči d win akken i gețqehhiṛen di temdint n Lquds wid ineddhen s yisem-agi n Ɛisa ? Eɛni ur d-yusi ara ɣer dagi iwakken a ten-yawi țwarzen ɣer lmuqedmin imeqqranen ?
22But Saul increased more in strength, and confounded the Jews who lived at Damascus, proving that this is the Christ.
22Lameɛna Caɛul simmal yețnerni di liman ; isseɛweq at Isṛail izedɣen di temdint n Dimecq mi sen-d-ițbeggin belli d Ɛisa i d Lmasiḥ.
23When many days were fulfilled, the Jews conspired together to kill him,
23Mi Ɛeddan kra wussan, at Isṛail mcawaṛen akken a t-nɣen ;
24but their plot became known to Saul. They watched the gates both day and night that they might kill him,

26When Saul had come to Jerusalem, he tried to join himself to the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple.
26Mi i d-yusa ɣer temdint n Lquds, Caɛul inuda ɣef yinelmaden, lameɛna kukran-t akk axaṭer ur uminen ara belli yuɣal d anelmad n Sidna Ɛisa.
27But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared to them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how at Damascus he had preached boldly in the name of Jesus.
27Dɣa Barnabas yewwi-t ɣer ṛṛusul, yeḥka-yasen amek i s-d-iban Sidna Ɛisa deg webrid, amek i s-d-ihḍeṛ d wamek i gbecceṛ s yisem n Sidna Ɛisa ɛinani mbla akukru di temdint n Dimecq.

30When the brothers knew it, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him off to Tarsus.
30Mi slan watmaten s wannect-agi, srewlen-t ɣer temdint n Qiṣarya iwakken ad iṛuḥ syenna ɣer temdint n Sars.
31So the assemblies throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace, and were built up. They were multiplied, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit.
31Tajmaɛt n watmaten yellan di tmura n Yahuda d Jlili akk-d Samarya tethenna, tețțimɣuṛ di liman, tețțeddu s tugdi n Sidi Ṛebbi, tețnerni s lemɛawna n Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen.
32It happened, as Peter went throughout all those parts, he came down also to the saints who lived at Lydda.
32Buṭrus i d-inudan tijmaɛin meṛṛa, iṛuḥ daɣen ɣer watmaten izedɣen di temdint n Lud.
33There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years, because he was paralyzed.
33Yufa dinna yiwen wergaz isem-is Inyas ; argaz-agi tmanya iseggasen nețța deg usu axaṭer ikref.
34Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and make your bed!” Immediately he arose.

35Mi t-walan yeḥla, imezdaɣ akk n temdint n Lud d wid n uzaɣaṛ n tmurt n Sarun beddlen tikli, qeblen abrid n Sidna Ɛisa.
36Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which when translated, means Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and acts of mercy which she did.
36Di temdint n Jafa, tella yiwet n tmeṭṭut isem-is Tabita ; tețseddiq, tețɛawan igellilen.
37It happened in those days that she fell sick, and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room.
37Di lweqt-nni, yeɣli-d fell-as lehlak dɣa temmut. Ssarden-ț, ssersen-ț di tɣuṛfeț.
38As Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men to him, imploring him not to delay in coming to them.
38Mi slan inelmaden belli Buṭrus di temdint n Jafa i gella, yerna ț-țamdint ur nebɛid ara ɣef temdint n Lud, ceggɛen ɣuṛ-es sin yergazen iwakken a t-ḥellelen a d-yas ɣuṛ-sen s lemɣawla.
39Peter got up and went with them. When he had come, they brought him into the upper room. All the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them.
39Buṭrus ikker yedda yid-sen imiren kan. Mi gewweḍ, ssulin-t ɣer tɣuṛfeț-nni. Tuǧǧal akk țrunt, zzint-as-d i Buṭrus, sseknent-as-d tiqendyaṛ d ibeṛnyas i tzeṭṭ Durka uqbel aț-țemmet.
40Peter put them all out, and kneeled down and prayed. Turning to the body, he said, “Tabitha, get up!” She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
40Buṭrus issufeɣ ɣer beṛṛa wid akk yellan dinna, yeqqim ɣef tgecrar, yedɛa ɣer Sidi Ṛebbi ; izzi ɣer lmegget-nni yenna-yas : Tabita, ekker ! Dɣa teldi-d allen-is, twala-d Buṭrus, imiren teqqim-ed.
41He gave her his hand, and raised her up. Calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive.
41Buṭrus yefka-yas afus-is iskker-iț-id, dɣa issawel i inelmaden nni akk-d tuǧǧal, ufan-ț-id tedder.
42And it became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed in the Lord.
