1Paul and Timothy, servants of Jesus Christ; To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the overseers or, superintendents, or bishops and servants Or, deacons :
1S ɣuṛ Bulus akk-d Timuti iqeddacen n Ɛisa Lmasiḥ, i watmaten yumnen s Ɛisa Lmasiḥ, i imeqqranen n tqeḍɛit akk-d wid i ten-ițɛassan yellan di temdint n Filibus.
2Grace to you, and peace from God, our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
2Ṛṛeḥma ț-țalwit a wen-d țțunefkent s ɣuṛ baba-tneɣ Ṛebbi akk-d Ɛisa Lmasiḥ Ssid-nneɣ !
3I thank my God whenever I remember you,
3?ḥemmideɣ țcekkiṛeɣ Sidi Ṛebbi mkul tikkelt m'ara kkun-id-mmektiɣ.
4always in every request of mine on behalf of you all making my requests with joy,
4Yal ass deɛɛuɣ fell-awen s lxiṛ di tẓallit-iw s lfeṛḥ d ameqqran,
5for your partnership The word translated “partnership” (koinonia) also means “fellowship” and “sharing.” in furtherance of the Good News from the first day until now;
5ɣef ddemma n lexbaṛ n lxiṛ i deg tețțekkim seg wass amezwaru armi ț-țura.
6being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
6Umneɣ s tideț belli win yebdan deg-wen ccɣel-agi yelhan, a t-ikemmel alamma d ass n tuɣalin n Sidna Ɛisa Lmasiḥ.
7It is even right for me to think this way on behalf of all of you, because I have you in my heart, because, both in my bonds and in the defense and confirmation of the Good News, you all are partakers with me of grace.
7D lḥeqq imi țxemmimeɣ akkagi fell-awen axaṭer tezgam deg ul-iw yerna tețțekkim irkulli di tejmilt i yi-d-ifka Sidi Ṛebbi, ama mi lliɣ di lḥebs ama mi țbecciṛeɣ lexbaṛ n lxiṛ s tezmert ț-țissas.
8For God is my witness, how I long after all of you in the tender mercies of Christ Jesus.
8Atan Ṛebbi d inigi, acḥal i kkun ccedhaɣ axaṭer ḥemmleɣ-kkun s leḥnana n Ɛisa Lmasiḥ ;
9This I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment;
9yerna ayen i ssutureɣ di tẓallit-iw d anerni n leḥmala-nwen di tmusni akk-d lefhama.
10so that you may approve the things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ;
10S wakka aț-țissinem amek ara textiṛem ayen ifazen, iwakken aț-țilim teṣfam, ulac ayen ara wen-ssukksen i wass n tuɣalin n Lmasiḥ ;
11being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
11yerna tudert-nwen aț-țeččaṛ s wayen yellan d lḥeqq i gxeddem yis-wen Ɛisa Lmasiḥ, i tmanegt akk-d lḥemd n Sidi Ṛebbi.
12Now I desire to have you know, brothers, The word for “brothers” here and where context allows may also be correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” that the things which happened to me have turned out rather to the progress of the Good News;
12Ay atmaten, bɣiɣ aț-țeẓrem belli ayen idṛan yid-i, d ayen i gesnernan abecceṛ n lexbaṛ n lxiṛ.
13so that it became evident to the whole palace or, praetorian guard, and to all the rest, that my bonds are in Christ;
13Axaṭer deg ufrag n ccṛeɛ akk-d imukan nniḍen meṛṛa, ẓran akk ɣef ddemma n Lmasiḥ i țwaḥebseɣ.
14and that most of the brothers in the Lord, being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word of God without fear.
14Aṭas n watmaten i gțeklen ɣef Ssid-nneɣ, yerna ɣas akken ẓran-iyi țwarzeɣ s snasel ur kukran ara, țbecciṛen awal n Ṛebbi mbla tugdi.
15Some indeed preach Christ even out of envy and strife, and some also out of good will.
15S tideț, llan kra țbecciṛen Lmasiḥ s ṭṭmeɛ akk-d zzux ; meɛna wiyaḍ țbecciṛen s wul yeṣfan d neyya.
16The former insincerely preach Christ from selfish ambition, thinking that they add affliction to my chains;
16Widak-agi xeddmen ayagi s lmaḥibba, imi ẓran țwaxtaṛeɣ iwakken ad dafɛeɣ ɣef lexbaṛ n lxiṛ.
17but the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the Good News.
17Ma d wiyaḍ, țbecciṛen Lmasiḥ s wul yeččuṛen ț-țiḥila ; ixemmimen nsen ur ṣfin ara, ɣilen s wakka ara rnun lqeṛḥ i wul-iw m'akka lliɣ di lḥebs.
18What does it matter? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed. I rejoice in this, yes, and will rejoice.
18Ur i yi-tewqiɛ ara, axaṭer akken yebɣu yili lḥal, ama s tḥila ama s wul yeṣfan Lmasiḥ yețwabecceṛ ; ɣef wayagi feṛḥeɣ yerna mazal ad feṛḥeɣ,
19For I know that this will turn out to my salvation, through your supplication and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
19axaṭer ẓriɣ ayagi meṛṛa i nnfeɛ inu, s tẓallit-nwen akk-d lemɛawna n Ṛṛuḥ n Sidna Ɛisa.
20according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will in no way be disappointed, but with all boldness, as always, now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death.
20Bɣiɣ yerna ssarameɣ ur d-yețțili wacemma s wayes ara ssetḥiɣ ; meɛna am ass-a am uzekka, s lețkal ameqqran, a d-tban deg-i tmanegt n Lmasiḥ ama s tudert-iw ama s lmut-iw ;
21For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
21axaṭer ɣuṛ-i, Lmasiḥ ț-țudert-iw ma d lmut d rrbeḥ.
22But if I live on in the flesh, this will bring fruit from my work; yet I don’t know what I will choose.
22Meɛna ma yella tudert-iw di ddunit, d lfayda ɣef ddemma n leqdic-iw ɣef lexbaṛ n lxiṛ , d acu ara xtiṛeɣ ? Ur ẓriɣ ara !
23But I am in a dilemma between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.
23Di snat lǧihat-agi ɛewqeɣ : deg yiwet n tama, bɣiɣ ad ṛuḥeɣ iwakken ad iliɣ akk-d Lmasiḥ, axaṭer d ayen ifazen aṭas ,
24Yet, to remain in the flesh is more needful for your sake.
24di tama nniḍen, ɣef ddemma-nwen yenfeɛ axiṛ ad idireɣ di ddunit ; ayagi tḥeqqeqeɣ deg-s.
25Having this confidence, I know that I will remain, yes, and remain with you all, for your progress and joy in the faith,
25?riɣ ad idireɣ yerna ad qqimeɣ gar-awen meṛṛa, iwakken aț-tennernim yerna aț-țfeṛḥem di liman.
26that your rejoicing may abound in Christ Jesus in me through my presence with you again.
26Tuɣalin-iw ɣuṛ-wen, a wen-d-tefk sebba tajḍiṭ, s wayes ara tzuxxem s Ɛisa Lmasiḥ ɣef ddemma-inu.
27Only let your way of life be worthy of the Good News of Christ, that, whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News;
27Acu kan, ddut s tikli yuklal lexbaṛ n lxiṛ n Lmasiḥ iwakken ad sleɣ fell-awen, ama usiɣ-ed a kkun-ẓreɣ ama ɣabeɣ fell-awen, tǧehdem, tedduklem s yiwen n Ṛṛuḥ, tețḥarabem s yiwen wul ɣef liman i d-ițțak lexbaṛ n lxiṛ.
28and in nothing frightened by the adversaries, which is for them a proof of destruction, but to you of salvation, and that from God.
28?uṛ-wat aț-țeǧǧem iɛdawen a kkun-ssagden, ayagi ad yili i nutni d țbut n nnger-nsen, i kunwi d țbut n leslak-nwen ; annect-agi s ɣuṛ Ṛebbi i d-yekka ;
29Because it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer on his behalf,
29axaṭer tețțunefk-awen-d ṛṛeḥma mačči kan iwakken aț-țamnem s Lmasiḥ, meɛna iwakken aț-țenɛețțabem daɣen ɣef ddemma-ines
30having the same conflict which you saw in me, and now hear is in me.
30m'ara tețḥarabem akken twalam țḥarabeɣ nekkini, yerna mazal țḥarabeɣ ar tura am akken i teslam yis.
