¹This is the third time I am coming to you. “At the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.” Deuteronomy 19:15

¹នេះជាលើកទីបីហើយ ដែលខ្ញុំមករកបងប្អូន។ ត្រូវសំរួលរឿងទាំងអស់ ដោយមានសាក្សីពីរ ឬ បីនាក់។

²I have said beforehand, and I do say beforehand, as when I was present the second time, so now, being absent, I write to those who have sinned before now, and to all the rest, that, if I come again, I will not spare;

²កាលខ្ញុំនៅជាមួយបងប្អូនជាលើកទីពីរ ខ្ញុំបាននិយាយសេចក្ដីនេះរួចស្រេចហើយ ហើយឥឡូវនេះ ពេលដែលខ្ញុំនៅឆ្ងាយ ខ្ញុំសូមជំរាបអស់អ្នកដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាបកាលពីមុន និង សូមជំរាបអ្នកឯទៀតៗទាំងអស់ អោយបានដឹងជាមុនថា បើខ្ញុំវិលមករកបងប្អូនវិញនោះខ្ញុំនឹងមិនប្រណីអ្នកណាម្នាក់ឡើយ

³seeing that you seek a proof of Christ who speaks in me; who toward you is not weak, but is powerful in you.

³ដ្បិតបងប្អូនចង់បានភស្ដុតាងថា ព្រះគ្រិស្ដមានព្រះបន្ទូលតាមរយៈខ្ញុំ។ ព្រះអង្គមិនទន់ខ្សោយចំពោះបងប្អូនទេ គឺព្រះអង្គបង្ហាញឫទ្ធានុភាពនៅកណ្ដាលចំណោមបងប្អូនវិញ។

⁴For he was crucified through weakness, yet he lives through the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we will live with him through the power of God toward you.

⁴ព្រះអង្គត្រូវគេឆ្កាងដោយព្រះអង្គមានភាពទន់ខ្សោយ ប៉ុន្ដែ ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះជន្មរស់ ដោយឫទ្ធានុភាពរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់។ រីឯយើងវិញក៏ដូច្នោះដែរ យើងទន់ខ្សោយរួមជាមួយព្រះអង្គមែន ប៉ុន្ដែ ដោយយល់ដល់បងប្អូនយើងមានជីវិតរស់រួមជាមួយព្រះអង្គ ដោយឫទ្ធានុភាពរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់។

⁵Test your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don’t you know as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.

⁵សូមបងប្អូនល្បងមើលខ្លួនឯងទៅ តើបងប្អូននៅតែមានជំនឿមែនឬយ៉ាងណា សូមបងប្អូនពិនិត្យពិច័យខ្លួនឯងមើលទៅចុះ! បងប្អូនមិនទទួលស្គាល់ទេ ឬ ថាព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដគង់នៅក្នុងបងប្អូន! ឬមួយមានតែបងប្អូនឃើញថា ព្រះអង្គមិនគង់នៅជាមួយ!

⁶But I hope that you will know that we aren’t disqualified.

⁶ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថា បងប្អូនពិតជាដឹងថា ព្រះអង្គគង់នៅជាមួយយើងមែន។

⁷Now I pray to God that you do no evil; not that we may appear approved, but that you may do that which is honorable, though we are as reprobate.

⁷យើងទូលអង្វរព្រះជាម្ចាស់ សូមកុំអោយបងប្អូនប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើអាក្រក់អ្វីឡើយ។ យើងគ្មានបំណងចង់បង្ហាញភស្ដុតាងថា យើងមានព្រះអង្គគង់ជាមួយហើយនោះទេ យើងគ្រាន់តែចង់ឃើញបងប្អូនប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អប៉ុណ្ណោះ ទោះបីការពិនិត្យពិច័យនេះបែរជាបង្ហាញថា យើងគ្មានភស្ដុតាងអំពីព្រះអង្គគង់ជាមួយក៏ដោយ

⁸For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

⁸ដ្បិតយើងមិនអាចប្រឆាំងនឹងសេចក្ដីពិតបានឡើយ គឺយើងគ្រាន់តែអាចបំរើសេចក្ដីពិតប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

⁹For we rejoice when we are weak and you are strong. And this we also pray for, even your perfecting.

⁹យើងសប្បាយចិត្ដ នៅពេលណាយើងទន់ខ្សោយ ហើយបងប្អូនមានកម្លាំង។ យើងអធិស្ឋានសុំសេចក្ដីតែមួយនេះគឺសូមអោយបងប្អូនបានគ្រប់លក្ខណៈ។

¹⁰For this cause I write these things while absent, that I may not deal sharply when present, according to the authority which the Lord gave me for building up, and not for tearing down.

¹⁰ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាពេលខ្ញុំនៅឆ្ងាយ ខ្ញុំសរសេរសេចក្ដីនេះមកជូនបងប្អូន។ ដូច្នេះ កាលណាខ្ញុំមកដល់ខ្ញុំមិនបាច់និយាយតឹងរ៉ឹងមកកាន់បងប្អូន តាមអំណាចដែលព្រះអម្ចាស់បានប្រទានមកខ្ញុំនោះឡើយ។ ព្រះអង្គប្រទានអំណាចនេះមកខ្ញុំ មិនមែនដើម្បីបំផ្លាញទេគឺដើម្បីកសាងវិញ។

¹¹Finally, brothers, rejoice. Be perfected, be comforted, be of the same mind, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.

¹¹នៅទីបញ្ចប់ បងប្អូនអើយចូរមានអំណរឡើង ចូរខំប្រឹងអោយបានគ្រប់លក្ខណៈ ចូរលើកទឹកចិត្ដគ្នា ចូរមានចិត្ដគំនិតតែមួយចូររស់នៅដោយសុខសាន្ដជាមួយគ្នា នោះព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដែលជាប្រភពនៃសេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់ និង សេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ មុខជាគង់ជាមួយបងប្អូនមិនខាន។

¹²Greet one another with a holy kiss.

¹²ចូរជំរាបសួរគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដោយស្និទ្ធស្នាលផង។ បងប្អូនដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ទាំងអស់ ក៏សូមជំរាបសួរមកបងប្អូនដែរ។

¹³All the saints greet you.

¹³សូមអោយបងប្អូនបានប្រកបដោយព្រះគុណរបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដ សេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់របស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង ការរួមរស់ក្នុងព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ។

¹⁴The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Amen.
