¹Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be glorified, even as also with you;

¹នៅទីបំផុត បងប្អូនអើយ សូមអធិស្ឋានអោយយើងផង ដើម្បីអោយព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់បានផ្សព្វផ្សាយយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័សតទៅទៀត និង បានរុងរឿងដូចនៅក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូនដែរ។

²and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have faith.

²សូមអធិស្ឋានអោយយើងគេចផុតពីមនុស្សពាល ពីមនុស្សអាក្រក់ ដ្បិតមិនមែនគ្រប់គ្នាទេដែលមានជំនឿ។

³But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one.

³ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះហឫទ័យស្មោះត្រង់ ព្រះអង្គនឹងប្រោសប្រទានអោយបងប្អូនមានជំហររឹងប៉ឹង និង ការពារបងប្អូនកុំអោយធ្លាក់ទៅក្នុងកណ្ដាប់ដៃរបស់មេកំណាច។

⁴We have confidence in the Lord concerning you, that you both do and will do the things we command.

⁴នៅចំពោះព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រព្រះអម្ចាស់ យើងទុកចិត្ដបងប្អូនថា បងប្អូនតែងតែប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមពាក្យរំលឹកដាស់តឿនរបស់យើង ហើយបងប្អូនក៏នឹងប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមតទៅមុខទៀតដែរ។

⁵May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patience of Christ.

⁵សូមព្រះអម្ចាស់ដឹកនាំចិត្ដគំនិតបងប្អូន អោយស្រឡាញ់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង មានចិត្ដស៊ូទ្រាំដែលព្រះគ្រិស្ដប្រទានអោយ។

⁶Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw yourselves from every brother who walks in rebellion, and not after the tradition which they received from us.

⁶បងប្អូនអើយ យើងសូមរំលឹកដាស់តឿនបងប្អូន ក្នុងព្រះនាមព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដជាអម្ចាស់នៃយើងថា ចូរចៀសចេញអោយឆ្ងាយពីបងប្អូនណាដែលរស់នៅដោយឥតសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ ផ្ទុយនឹងរបៀបដែលយើងបានទទួលយកមកបង្រៀនបងប្អូន។

⁷For you know how you ought to imitate us. For we didn’t behave ourselves rebelliously among you,

⁷បងប្អូនជ្រាបស្រាប់ហើយថា ត្រូវយកតំរាប់តាមយើងបែបណា ដ្បិតយើងពុំបានរស់នៅក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូន ដោយឥតសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់នោះឡើយ

⁸neither did we eat bread from anyone’s hand without paying for it, but in labor and travail worked night and day, that we might not burden any of you;

⁸យើងពុំបានទទួលទានម្ហូបអាហាររបស់នរណាម្នាក់ដោយឥតបង់ប្រាក់ទេ។ យើងខំប្រឹងធ្វើការហត់នឿយ ទាំងយប់ ទាំងថ្ងៃ កុំអោយនរណាម្នាក់ពិបាកនឹងផ្គត់ផ្គង់យើង។

⁹not because we don’t have the right, but to make ourselves an example to you, that you should imitate us.

¹⁰For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: “If anyone will not work, neither let him eat.”

¹⁰ព្រោះកាលយើងនៅជាមួយបងប្អូន យើងបានទូន្មានបងប្អូនថា អ្នកណាមិនព្រមធ្វើការ អ្នកនោះក៏មិនត្រូវបរិភោគដែរ។

¹¹For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies.

¹¹យើងបានឮដំណឹងថាមានអ្នកខ្លះក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូនរស់នៅដោយឥតសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ គេហាក់ដូចជារវល់ញាប់ដៃញាប់ជើង តែឥតធ្វើការអ្វីទាល់តែសោះ។

¹²Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

¹²យើងសូមទូន្មាន និង សូមដាស់តឿនបងប្អូនប្រភេទនោះ ក្នុងនាមព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដថា សូមអញ្ជើញធ្វើការអោយបានស្រួលបួលឡើង និង បរិភោគអាហារដែលបានមកពីកម្លាំងញើសខ្លួនឯងទៅ។

¹³But you, brothers, don’t be weary in doing well.

¹³ចំពោះបងប្អូនវិញ បងប្អូនអើយ សូមប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អកុំរសាយចិត្ដឡើយ។

¹⁴If any man doesn’t obey our word in this letter, note that man, that you have no company with him, to the end that he may be ashamed.

¹⁴បើអ្នកណាមិនស្ដាប់តាមសេចក្ដីដែលយើងសរសេរក្នុងសំបុត្រនេះទេ សូមចំណាំមុខទុកហើយកុំទាក់ទងជាមួយអ្នកនោះ ដើម្បីអោយគាត់ខ្មាសគេ

¹⁵Don’t count him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

¹⁵ប៉ុន្ដែ មិនត្រូវចាត់ទុកគាត់ជាមារសត្រូវឡើយ គឺត្រូវដាស់តឿនគាត់ទុកដូចជាបងប្អូនវិញ។

¹⁶Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all.
