¹Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.

¹កុមារាកុមារីអើយ ចូរស្ដាប់បង្គាប់មាតាបិតា ដោយយល់ដល់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ ធ្វើដូច្នេះទើបត្រឹមត្រូវ។

²“Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with a promise:

²«ចូរគោរពមាតាបិតា (នេះជាបទបញ្ជាទីមួយ ដែលមានទាំងព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យាជាប់មកជាមួយផង)

³“that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.” Deuteronomy 5:16

³ដើម្បីអោយបានសេចក្ដីសុខ និង មានអាយុវែងនៅលើផែនដីនេះ»។

⁴You fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

⁴រីឯបងប្អូនដែលជាឪពុកវិញ កុំធ្វើអោយកូនរបស់ខ្លួនមួម៉ៅនោះឡើយ តែត្រូវអប់រំវាដោយពាក្យប្រៀនប្រដៅ និង ដំបូន្មានស្របតាមព្រះអម្ចាស់។

⁵Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ;

⁵បងប្អូនជាខ្ញុំបំរើអើយ ចូរស្ដាប់បង្គាប់ម្ចាស់របស់ខ្លួនក្នុងលោកនេះ ដោយគោរពកោតខ្លាចញាប់ញ័រ និង ដោយចិត្ដស្មោះសរដូចស្ដាប់បង្គាប់ព្រះគ្រិស្ដដែរ

⁶not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

⁶មិនត្រូវធ្វើដូច្នេះដើម្បីគ្រាន់តែអោយម្ចាស់ទាំងនោះឃើញថា បងប្អូនចង់ផ្គាប់ចិត្ដមនុស្សឡើយ គឺត្រូវធ្វើដូចជាខ្ញុំបំរើព្រះគ្រិស្ដ ដែលយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់ ធ្វើតាមព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់។

⁷with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men;

⁷ត្រូវបំរើម្ចាស់ដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ដូចបំរើព្រះអម្ចាស់ ពុំមែនបំរើមនុស្សទេ

⁸knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.

⁸ដោយដឹងថាមនុស្សម្នាក់ៗ ទោះជាអ្នកងារ ឬអ្នកជាក្ដីនឹងទទួលរង្វាន់ពីព្រះអម្ចាស់ តាមអំពើល្អដែលខ្លួនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដ។

⁹You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him.

⁹រីឯបងប្អូនដែលជាម្ចាស់វិញ ចូរប្រព្រឹត្ដចំពោះអ្នកបំរើរបស់បងប្អូនបែបនោះដែរ គឺមិនត្រូវគំរាមកំហែងគេឡើយ។ តោងដឹងថា ទាំងពួកគេ ទាំងបងប្អូនមានម្ចាស់តែមួយនៅស្ថានបរមសុខ ហើយព្រះអង្គមិនរើសមុខនរណាសោះឡើយ។

¹⁰Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

¹⁰មួយវិញទៀត ចូរទាញយកកម្លាំង ដោយរួមជាមួយព្រះអម្ចាស់ និង ដោយសារព្រះចេស្ដាដ៏ខ្លាំងក្លារបស់ព្រះអង្គ។

¹¹Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

¹¹ចូរបងប្អូនប្រដាប់ខ្លួនដោយគ្រឿងសស្ដ្រាវុធទាំងប៉ុន្មានរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដើម្បីអាចតតាំងនឹងកលល្បិចរបស់មារ

¹²For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

¹²ដ្បិតយើងមិនមែនតយុទ្ធទល់នឹងមនុស្សទេ គឺតយុទ្ធទល់នឹង វត្ថុសក្ដិសិទ្ធិ ទល់នឹងអ្វីៗដែលមានអំណាច ទល់នឹងមេត្រួតត្រាក្នុងលោកីយ៍ដ៏ងងឹតនេះ ហើយតយុទ្ធទល់នឹងឥទ្ធិពលអរូបិយដ៏អាក្រក់ទាំងឡាយដែលនៅស្ថានលើដែរ។

¹³Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.

¹³ហេតុនេះចូរបងប្អូនប្រើគ្រឿងសស្ដ្រាវុធទាំងប៉ុន្មានរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទៅ ដើម្បីអោយបងប្អូនអាចតទល់នៅថ្ងៃអពមង្គល ហើយមានជំហររឹងប៉ឹងដដែល ដោយបានប្រើគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយ។

¹⁴Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

¹⁴ដូច្នេះ ចូរមានជំហររឹងប៉ឹងឡើង ចូរយកសេចក្ដីពិតមកក្រវាត់ចង្កេះ យកសេចក្ដីសុចរិតធ្វើជាអាវក្រោះ

¹⁵and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace;

¹⁵យកចិត្ដប្រុងប្រៀបផ្សាយដំណឹងល្អ អំពីសេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ មកពាក់ជាស្បែកជើង។

¹⁶above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.

¹⁶ជាពិសេស ចូរយកជំនឿធ្វើជាខែលដើម្បីអោយបងប្អូនអាចពន្លត់ព្រួញភ្លើង ទាំងប៉ុន្មានរបស់មារ កំណាច។

¹⁷And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word from Greek rhema, which means spoken word of God;

¹⁷ចូរទទួលការសង្គ្រោះយកមកធ្វើជាមួកដែក និង យកព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មកធ្វើជាដាវរបស់ព្រះវិញ្ញាណ។

¹⁸with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints:

¹⁸ចូរអធិស្ឋាន គ្រប់ពេលវេលា តាមការណែនាំរបស់ព្រះវិញ្ញាណ ដោយប្រើទាំងពាក្យអធិស្ឋាន ទាំងពាក្យអង្វរគ្រប់យ៉ាង ហើយប្រុងស្មារតីទូលអង្វរព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដោយចិត្ដព្យាយាមបំផុតសំរាប់ប្រជាជនដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ទាំងអស់។

¹⁹on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News,

¹⁹ចូរអង្វរព្រះអង្គសំរាប់ខ្ញុំផង សូមព្រះអង្គប្រទានអោយខ្ញុំរកបានពាក្យត្រឹមត្រូវ នៅពេលណាខ្ញុំហាមាត់និយាយ សូមប្រទានអោយខ្ញុំមានចិត្ដអង់អាច នាំគេអោយស្គាល់គំរោងការដ៏លាក់កំបាំងនៃដំណឹងល្អ

²⁰for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

²⁰ទោះបីខ្ញុំជាប់ឃុំឃាំងក៏ដោយ ក៏ខ្ញុំនៅតែជាទូតនៃដំណឹងល្អនេះដែរ ដូច្នេះ សូមទូលអង្វរព្រះអង្គអោយខ្ញុំមានចិត្ដអង់អាច និយាយតាមដែលខ្ញុំត្រូវនិយាយ។

²¹But that you also may know my affairs, how I am doing, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will make known to you all things;

²¹លោកទីឃីកុស ជាបងប្អូនដ៏ជាទីស្រឡាញ់របស់យើង និង ជាអ្នកបំរើដ៏ស្មោះត្រង់របស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ នឹងជំរាបបងប្អូនអំពីសុខទុក្ខរបស់ខ្ញុំ និង អំពីកិច្ចការដែលខ្ញុំធ្វើនោះដែរ។

²²whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know our state, and that he may comfort your hearts.

²²ខ្ញុំចាត់គាត់មករកបងប្អូន ក្នុងគោលបំណងអោយបងប្អូនបានដឹងដំណឹងពីយើង និង អោយគាត់លើកទឹកចិត្ដបងប្អូនទៀតផង។

²³Peace be to the brothers, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

²³សូមព្រះជាម្ចាស់ជាព្រះបិតា និង ព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដជាព្រះអម្ចាស់ ប្រទានសេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ និង សេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់ ព្រមទាំងជំនឿមកបងប្អូន។

²⁴Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with incorruptible love. Amen.

²⁴សូមព្រះគុណរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ស្ថិតនៅជាមួយអស់អ្នកដែលស្រឡាញ់ព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដនៃយើង ដោយឥតមានចិត្ដប្រែប្រួលឡើយ។
