¹It happened, when he went into the house of one of the rulers of the Pharisees on a Sabbath to eat bread, that they were watching him.

¹មានថ្ងៃមួយជាថ្ងៃសប្ប័ទ ព្រះយេស៊ូយាងទៅសោយព្រះស្ងោយនៅផ្ទះរបស់មេដឹកនាំខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី ម្នាក់ អស់អ្នកដែលនៅផ្ទះនោះតាមឃ្លំាមើលព្រះអង្គ។

²Behold, a certain man who had dropsy was in front of him.

²មានបុរសម្នាក់កើតទាច ឈរនៅមុខព្រះអង្គ។

³Jesus, answering, spoke to the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”

³ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលសួរទៅពួកបណ្ឌិតខាងវិន័យ និង ពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី ថា៖ «តើយើងមានសិទ្ធិមើលអ្នកជំងឺអោយបានជា នៅថ្ងៃសប្ប័ទឬទេ?»។

⁴But they were silent. He took him, and healed him, and let him go.

⁴គេនៅស្ងៀមទាំងអស់គ្នា ព្រះយេស៊ូហៅអ្នកជំងឺមក ហើយប្រោសគាត់អោយជា រួចអោយគាត់ត្រឡប់ទៅវិញ។

⁵He answered them, “Which of you, if your son TR reads “donkey” instead of “son” or an ox fell into a well, wouldn’t immediately pull him out on a Sabbath day?”

⁵បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នករាល់គ្នា បើអ្នកណាម្នាក់មានកូន ឬ គោធ្លាក់អណ្ដូង ទោះបីថ្ងៃនោះជាថ្ងៃសប្ប័ទក៏ដោយ ក៏អ្នកនោះស្រង់វាឡើងជាបន្ទាន់មិនខាន»។

⁶They couldn’t answer him regarding these things.

⁶គេពុំអាចឆ្លើយ តបនឹងព្រះអង្គអំពីសេចក្ដីទាំងនេះបានឡើយ។

⁷He spoke a parable to those who were invited, when he noticed how they chose the best seats, and said to them,

⁷ព្រះយេស៊ូសង្កេតឃើញភ្ញៀវៗចេះតែរើសកន្លែងកិត្ដិយសអង្គុយ ព្រះអង្គក៏មានព្រះបន្ទូលជាប្រស្នាទៅគេថា៖

⁸ “When you are invited by anyone to a marriage feast, don’t sit in the best seat, since perhaps someone more honorable than you might be invited by him,

⁸«បើមានគេអញ្ជើញអ្នកទៅជប់លៀង ក្នុងពិធីមង្គលការណាមួយ សុំកុំទៅអង្គុយកន្លែងដែលគេបំរុងទុក សំរាប់ភ្ញៀវ កិត្ដិយស ក្រែងលោគេបានអញ្ជើញភ្ញៀវម្នាក់ទៀត មានឋានៈខ្ពស់ជាងអ្នក។

⁹ and he who invited both of you would come and tell you, ‘Make room for this person.’ Then you would begin, with shame, to take the lowest place.

⁹ប្រសិនបើម្ចាស់ផ្ទះបានអញ្ជើញអ្នកផង អញ្ជើញភ្ញៀវមានឋានៈខ្ពស់នោះផង គាត់មុខជាសុំអោយអ្នកទុកកន្លែងកិត្ដិយសជូនអ្នកមានឋានៈខ្ពស់ជាមិនខាន។ ពេលនោះអ្នកនឹងត្រូវអាម៉ាស់មុខ ហើយទៅអង្គុយកន្លែងអន់ជាងគេវិញ។

¹⁰ But when you are invited, go and sit in the lowest place, so that when he who invited you comes, he may tell you, ‘Friend, move up higher.’ Then you will be honored in the presence of all who sit at the table with you.

¹⁰ដូច្នេះ បើមានគេអញ្ជើញអ្នក ចូរទៅអង្គុយកន្លែងអន់ជាងគេសិន លុះដល់ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះពោលមកកាន់អ្នកថា "សំឡាញ់អើយ! សូមអ្នកមកអង្គុយនៅកន្លែងខាងមុខនេះវិញ" ពេលនោះ អ្នកនឹងមានកិត្ដិយស នៅចំពោះមុខភ្ញៀវទាំងអស់ដែលអង្គុយរួមតុជាមួយអ្នកជាមិនខាន។

¹¹ For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”

¹¹អ្នកណាលើកតម្កើងខ្លួនអ្នកនោះនឹងត្រូវគេបន្ទាបចុះ។ រីឯអ្នកដែលបន្ទាបខ្លួន នឹងត្រូវគេលើកតម្កើងវិញ»។

¹²He also said to the one who had invited him, “When you make a dinner or a supper, don’t call your friends, nor your brothers, nor your kinsmen, nor rich neighbors, or perhaps they might also return the favor, and pay you back.

¹²បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅកាន់អ្នកដែលបានយាងព្រះអង្គមកសោយព្រះស្ងោយនោះថា៖«កាលណាអ្នកអញ្ជើញភ្ញៀវមកជប់លៀង ទោះបីថ្ងៃត្រង់ក្ដីល្ងាចក្ដី កុំអញ្ជើញមិត្ដភក្ដិបងប្អូន ញាតិសន្ដានរបស់អ្នក ឬ អ្នកជិតខាងដែលមានសម្បត្ដិស្ដុកស្ដម្ភនោះឡើយ ដ្បិតអ្នកទាំងនោះអញ្ជើញអ្នកតបស្នងវិញបាន។

¹³ But when you make a feast, ask the poor, the maimed, the lame, or the blind;

¹³ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ ពេលណាអ្នកធ្វើពិធីជប់លៀងត្រូវអញ្ជើញអ្នកក្រីក្រ មនុស្សពិការ ខ្វិនខ្វាក់។

¹⁴ and you will be blessed, because they don’t have the resources to repay you. For you will be repaid in the resurrection of the righteous.”

¹⁴ធ្វើដូច្នេះ អ្នកនឹងមានសុភមង្គល ជាមិនខាន ដ្បិតអ្នកទាំងនោះពុំអាចតបស្នងអ្នកបានឡើយ គឺព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិញទេដែលនឹងតបស្នងជូនអ្នក នៅពេលមនុស្សសុចរិតរស់ឡើងវិញ»។

¹⁵When one of those who sat at the table with him heard these things, he said to him, “Blessed is he who will feast in the Kingdom of God!”

¹⁵ក្រោយបានឮព្រះបន្ទូលទាំងនេះហើយ បុរសម្នាក់ដែលអង្គុយរួមតុជាមួយព្រះយេស៊ូ ទូលព្រះអង្គថា៖«អ្នកណាបានចូលរួមពិធីជប់លៀងក្នុងព្រះរាជ្យ របស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ អ្នកនោះប្រាកដជា មានសុភមង្គល ហើយ!»។

¹⁶But he said to him, “A certain man made a great supper, and he invited many people.

¹⁶ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគាត់ថា៖ «មានបុរសម្នាក់រៀបពិធីជប់លៀងមួយយ៉ាងធំ ហើយលោកបានអញ្ជើញ ភ្ញៀវជាច្រើន។

¹⁷ He sent out his servant at supper time to tell those who were invited, ‘Come, for everything is ready now.’

¹⁷លុះដល់ម៉ោងជប់លៀង លោកចាត់អ្នកបំរើអោយទៅប្រាប់ភ្ញៀវថា "ម្ហូបអាហារបានរៀបចំស្រេច ហើយសូមអញ្ជើញមក!"។

¹⁸ They all as one began to make excuses. “The first said to him, ‘I have bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please have me excused.’

¹⁸ប៉ុន្ដែ ភ្ញៀវទាំងនោះដោះសាបន្ដបន្ទាប់គ្នា ម្នាក់និយាយទៅកាន់អ្នកបំរើថា "ខ្ញុំទើបនឹងទិញដីចំការមួយកន្លែង ខ្ញុំត្រូវតែចេញទៅមើលឥឡូវនេះ សូមមេត្ដាអភ័យទោសអោយខ្ញុំផង"។

¹⁹ “Another said, ‘I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I must go try them out. Please have me excused.’

¹⁹ម្នាក់និយាយថា "ខ្ញុំទើបនឹងទិញគោប្រាំនឹម ខ្ញុំត្រូវតែទៅទឹមវាសាក លមើលសូមមេត្ដាអភ័យទោសអោយខ្ញុំផង"។

²⁰ “Another said, ‘I have married a wife, and therefore I can’t come.’

²⁰ម្នាក់ទៀតពោលថា "ខ្ញុំទើបនឹងរៀបការប្រពន្ធខ្ញុំពុំអាចទៅចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីជប់លៀងបានឡើយ"។

²¹ “That servant came, and told his lord these things. Then the master of the house, being angry, said to his servant, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in the poor, maimed, blind, and lame.’

²¹អ្នកបំរើវិលទៅជួបម្ចាស់ របស់ខ្លួនវិញ ហើយជំរាបលោកតាមដំណើររឿង។ ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះក៏ខឹង លោកប្រាប់ទៅអ្នកបំរើថា "ចូរប្រញាប់ចេញទៅ តាមទីផ្សារ ទៅតាមផ្លូវនានាក្នុងទីក្រុង ហើយប្រមូលមនុស្សក្រីក្រ មនុស្សពិការ និង មនុស្សខ្វាក់ខ្វិនមក"។

²² “The servant said, ‘Lord, it is done as you commanded, and there is still room.’

²²បន្ដិចក្រោយមក អ្នកបំរើជំរាបចៅហ្វាយវិញថា "លោកម្ចាស់! ខ្ញុំបាទបានធ្វើតាមបង្គាប់របស់លោកហើយតែកន្លែងអង្គុយនៅមាន សល់ទៀត"។

²³ “The lord said to the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

²³ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះប្រាប់ទៅអ្នកបំរើទៀតថា "ចូរទៅតាមផ្លូវស្រុកស្រែ តាមកៀនរបង ហើយបង្ខំមនុស្សម្នាអោយចូលមកពេញផ្ទះខ្ញុំ។

²⁴ For I tell you that none of those men who were invited will taste of my supper.’”

²⁴ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា ក្នុងចំណោមអស់អ្នកដែលខ្ញុំបានអញ្ជើញកាលពីមុននោះ គ្មាននរណាម្នាក់បានបរិភោគក្នុងពិធីជប់លៀងរបស់ខ្ញុំឡើយ!"»។

²⁵Now great multitudes were going with him. He turned and said to them,

²⁵មានមហាជនជាច្រើនធ្វើដំណើរជាមួយព្រះយេស៊ូ។ ព្រះអង្គបែរព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រទៅរកគេ ហើយមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖

²⁶ “If anyone comes to me, and doesn’t disregard or, hate his own father, mother, wife, children, brothers, and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he can’t be my disciple.

²⁶«បើអ្នកណាចង់មកតាមខ្ញុំ តែមិនស្រឡាញ់ខ្ញុំខ្លំាងជាងឪពុកម្ដាយ ប្រពន្ធ កូន បងប្អូនប្រុសស្រី និង ជីវិតខ្លួនទេ អ្នកនោះពុំអាចធ្វើជាសិស្សរបស់ខ្ញុំបានឡើយ។

²⁷ Whoever doesn’t bear his own cross, and come after me, can’t be my disciple.

²⁷អ្នកណាមិនលីឈើឆ្កាងរបស់ខ្លួន មកតាមខ្ញុំទេ អ្នកនោះក៏ពុំអាចធ្វើជាសិស្សរបស់ខ្ញុំបានដែរ។

²⁸ For which of you, desiring to build a tower, doesn’t first sit down and count the cost, to see if he has enough to complete it?

²⁸ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នករាល់គ្នា ប្រសិនបើនរណាម្នាក់ចង់សង់ផ្ទះថ្មធំមួយ អ្នកនោះត្រូវអង្គុយគិតគូរមើលថ្លៃសង់ជាមុនសិនដើម្បីអោយដឹងថា តើខ្លួនមានប្រាក់ល្មមនឹងបង្ហើយសំណង់ ឬ យ៉ាងណា

²⁹ Or perhaps, when he has laid a foundation, and is not able to finish, everyone who sees begins to mock him,

²⁹ក្រែងលោចាក់គ្រឹះហើយ តែមិនអាចបង្ហើយបាន មនុស្សម្នាឃើញ មុខជាសើចចំអកអោយមិនខាន។

³⁰ saying, ‘This man began to build, and wasn’t able to finish.’

³⁰គេនឹងពោល "មើលបុរសនេះសង់ផ្ទះ តែមិនអាចបង្ហើយបានទេ!"។

³¹ Or what king, as he goes to encounter another king in war, will not sit down first and consider whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?

³¹ម៉្យាងទៀត ប្រសិនបើមានស្ដេចមួយអង្គចេញទៅធ្វើសឹកសង្គ្រាម តទល់នឹងស្ដេចមួយអង្គទៀត ទ្រង់ត្រូវគង់គិតគូរជាមុនសិនថា បើទ្រង់មានទ័ពមួយម៉ឺននាក់ តើទ្រង់អាចតទល់នឹងបច្ចាមិត្ដដែលមានគ្នាពីរម៉ឺននាក់បានឬយ៉ាងណា

³² Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sends an envoy, and asks for conditions of peace.

³²បើឃើញថាមិនអាចតទល់បានទេ នោះទ្រង់នឹងចាត់រាជទូតអោយទៅសុំចរចារកសន្ដិភាព ក្នុងពេលដែលស្ដេចមួយអង្គទៀតនៅឆ្ងាយនៅឡើយ។

³³ So therefore whoever of you who doesn’t renounce all that he has, he can’t be my disciple.

³³ដូច្នេះ ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នករាល់គ្នា បើអ្នកណាមិនលះបង់អ្វីៗទាំងអស់ដែលខ្លួនមានទេ អ្នកនោះមិនអាចធ្វើជាសិស្ស របស់ខ្ញុំបានឡើយ»។

³⁴ Salt is good, but if the salt becomes flat and tasteless, with what do you season it?

³⁴«អំបិលជារបស់មួយសំខាន់ណាស់។ ប៉ុន្ដែ បើវាបាត់ជាតិប្រៃហើយ តើធ្វើម្ដេចនឹងអោយវាប្រៃវិញបាន?។

³⁵ It is fit neither for the soil nor for the manure pile. It is thrown out. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

³⁵វាគ្មានសារប្រយោជន៍អ្វីទៀតទេ ទោះបីយកទៅលាយដីឬ លាយជី ក៏មិនកើតដែរ មានតែចាក់ចោលទៅខាងក្រៅប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ អស់អ្នកដែលឮពាក្យនេះ សូមយកទៅពិចារណាចុះ!»។
