¹But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they and some others came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared.

²They found the stone rolled away from the tomb.

³They entered in, and didn’t find the Lord Jesus’ body.

³នាងក៏នាំគ្នាចូលទៅក្នុងផ្នូរ តែពុំឃើញព្រះសពរបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូទេ។

⁴It happened, while they were greatly perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing.

⁴ស្ដ្រីទាំងនោះមិនដឹងជាត្រូវគិតយ៉ាងណាស្រាប់តែមានបុរសពីរនាក់ស្លៀកពាក់ភ្លឺចិញ្ចែងចិញ្ចាច មកឈរជិតនាង។

⁵Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth. They said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?

⁶He isn’t here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee,

⁷saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again?”

⁸They remembered his words,

⁹returned from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven, and to all the rest.

¹⁰Now they were Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James. The other women with them told these things to the apostles.

¹⁰ស្ដ្រីទាំងនោះ មាននាងម៉ារីជាអ្នកស្រុកម៉ាដាឡានាងយ៉ូអាន់ និង នាងម៉ារីជាម្ដាយរបស់យ៉ាកុប។ ស្ដ្រីឯទៀតៗដែលបានទៅជាមួយនាងទាំងនោះ ក៏រៀបរាប់ហេតុការណ៍ប្រាប់ក្រុមសាវ័កដែរ

¹¹These words seemed to them to be nonsense, and they didn’t believe them.

¹¹ពួកគេពុំជឿពាក្យសំដីនាងទេ ព្រោះគេថា នាងទាំងនោះនិយាយរឿងផ្ដេសផ្ដាស។

¹²But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.

¹³Behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was sixty stadia 60 stadia = about 11 kilometers or about 7 miles. from Jerusalem.

¹⁴They talked with each other about all of these things which had happened.

¹⁵It happened, while they talked and questioned together, that Jesus himself came near, and went with them.

¹⁶But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.

¹⁷He said to them, “What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?”

¹⁸One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things which have happened there in these days?”

¹⁸ម្នាក់ឈ្មោះក្លេវប៉ាស ទូលព្រះអង្គថា៖ «ប្រជាជនទាំងអស់នៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម ដឹងហេតុការណ៍ដែលកើតឡើងប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃមុននេះគ្រប់ៗគ្នា ម្ដេចក៏លោកមិនដឹង?»។

¹⁹He said to them, “What things?” They said to him, “The things concerning Jesus, the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;

¹⁹ព្រះអង្គសួរទៅគេថា៖ «តើរឿងអ្វី?»។ គេទូលឆ្លើយថា៖ «គឺរឿងលោកយេស៊ូជាអ្នក ភូមិណាសារ៉ែត។ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង ប្រជាជនទាំងមូល ទទួលស្គាល់ថា លោកជាព្យាការី មានឫទ្ធានុភាពក្នុងគ្រប់ កិច្ចការដែលលោកបានធ្វើ និង គ្រប់ពាក្យសំដីដែលលោកបានថ្លែង។

²⁰and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him.

²⁰ពួកនាយកបូជាចារ្យ និង ពួកមន្ដ្រីរបស់ យើង បានបញ្ជូនលោកទៅអោយគេកាត់ទោសប្រហារជីវិត ហើយគេឆ្កាងលោកផង។

²¹But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.

²²Also, certain women of our company amazed us, having arrived early at the tomb;

²³and when they didn’t find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.

²⁴Some of us went to the tomb, and found it just like the women had said, but they didn’t see him.”

²⁴មានពួកយើងខ្លះនាំគ្នាទៅផ្នូរដែរ ហើយបានឃើញដូចពាក្យស្ដ្រីទាំងនោះនិយាយមែន ប៉ុន្ដែ ពុំមាននរណាបានឃើញលោកសោះ»។

²⁵He said to them, “Foolish men, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!

²⁵ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេថា៖ «មនុស្សខ្វះប្រាជ្ញាអើយ! អ្នក រាល់គ្នាមិនងាយជឿពាក្យទាំងប៉ុន្មាន ដែលពួកព្យាការីបានថ្លែងសោះ!។

²⁶ Didn’t the Christ have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?”

²⁶ព្រះគ្រិស្ដ ត្រូវតែរងទុក្ខលំបាកបែបនេះសិន មុននឹងចូលទៅទទួលសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះអង្គ»។

²⁷Beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.

²⁸They drew near to the village, where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.

²⁸លុះមកជិតដល់ភូមិដែលសិស្សទាំងពីរបំរុងនឹងទៅ ព្រះយេស៊ូធ្វើហាក់ដូចជាចង់យាងបន្ដទៅមុខទៀត។

²⁹They urged him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over.” He went in to stay with them.

²⁹គេឃាត់ព្រះអង្គថា៖ «សូមលោកស្នាក់នៅជាមួយយើងខ្ញុំទីនេះហើយ ដ្បិតថ្ងៃកាន់តែទាប ហើយជិតយប់ផង» ព្រះយេស៊ូក៏ចូលទៅស្នាក់នៅជាមួយគេ។

³⁰It happened, that when he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave to them.

³⁰ព្រះអង្គគង់រួមតុជាមួយគេ ហើយយកនំបុ័ងមកកាន់ អរព្រះគុណព្រះជាម្ចាស់ រួចកាច់ ប្រទានអោយគេ។

³¹Their eyes were opened, and they recognized him, and he vanished out of their sight.

³¹ពេលនោះ ភ្នែកគេបានភ្លឺឡើង មើលព្រះអង្គស្គាល់ ប៉ុន្ដែ ព្រះអង្គបាត់ពីមុខគេទៅ។

³²They said one to another, “Weren’t our hearts burning within us, while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?”

³²គេនិយាយគ្នាថា៖ «កាលព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលមកកាន់យើងព្រមទាំងបកស្រាយគម្ពីរអោយយើងស្ដាប់ នៅតាមផ្លូវយើងមានចិត្ដរំភើបយ៉ាងខ្លាំង!»។

³³They rose up that very hour, returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,

³³គេក៏ក្រោកឡើង វិលត្រឡប់ទៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមវិញភ្លាម ឃើញក្រុមសិស្ស ទាំងដប់មួយនាក់នៅជុំគ្នាជាមួយពួកគេឯទៀតៗ

³⁴saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!”

³⁴គេប្រាប់អ្នកទាំងពីរថា៖ «ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញ ពិតប្រាកដមែន ហើយទ្រង់បានបង្ហាញខ្លួនអោយស៊ីម៉ូនឃើញ!»។

³⁵They related the things that happened along the way, and how he was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.

³⁵សិស្សទាំងពីរនាក់រៀបរាប់ហេតុការណ៍ដែល កើតឡើងនៅតាមផ្លូវ ហើយគេបានស្គាល់ព្រះអង្គនៅពេលព្រះអង្គកាច់នំបុ័ង។

³⁶As they said these things, Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace be to you.”

³⁶នៅពេលសិស្សទាំងពីរនាក់ កំពុងតែនិយាយរៀបរាប់ ព្រះអម្ចាស់យាងមកគង់នៅកណ្ដាលចំណោមសិស្សទាំងអស់ ហើយមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «សូមអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាប្រកបដោយសេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ»។

³⁷But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.

³⁷គេភ័យតក់ស្លុត ញ័ររន្ធត់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ព្រោះស្មានថាខ្មោចលង។

³⁸He said to them, “Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?

³⁸ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ហេតុអ្វីបានជាអ្នករាល់គ្នារន្ធត់ចិត្ដ ដូច្នេះ? ម្ដេចក៏អ្នករាល់គ្នានៅសង្ស័យ?

³⁹ See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit doesn’t have flesh and bones, as you see that I have.”

³⁹ចូរមើលដៃជើងខ្ញុំ គឺពិតជាខ្ញុំមែន!ចូរស្ទាបមើល៍ ខ្មោចគ្មានសាច់គ្មានឆ្អឹង ដូចខ្ញុំទេ»។

⁴⁰When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.

⁴⁰ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នោះហើយ ក៏បង្ហាញព្រះហស្ដ និង ព្រះបាទាអោយគេឃើញ។

⁴¹While they still didn’t believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”

⁴¹សិស្សពុំទាន់ជឿនៅឡើយទេ ព្រោះគេអរផង ហើយងឿងឆ្ងល់ផង។ ដូច្នេះ ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលសួរគេថា៖ «នៅទីនេះតើអ្នករាល់គ្នាមានអ្វីបរិភោគឬទេ?»។

⁴²They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.

⁴²គេយកត្រីអំាងមួយដុំមកថ្វាយព្រះអង្គ

⁴³He took them, and ate in front of them.

⁴³ព្រះអង្គទទួលយក ហើយសោយនៅមុខពួកគេទាំងអស់គ្នា។

⁴⁴He said to them, “This is what I told you, while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the law of Moses, the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me must be fulfilled.”

⁴⁴បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «កាលខ្ញុំនៅជាមួយអ្នករាល់គ្នានៅឡើយ ខ្ញុំបាននិយាយប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា សេចក្ដីទាំងអស់ដែលមានចែងទុកអំពីខ្ញុំ ក្នុងគម្ពីរវិន័យ របស់លោកម៉ូសេ ក្នុងគម្ពីរព្យាការី និង ក្នុងគម្ពីរទំនុកតម្កើង ត្រូវតែកើតមាន»។

⁴⁵Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures.

⁴⁵ព្រះអង្គក៏បំភ្លឺចិត្ដគំនិតគេអោយយល់ អត្ថន័យគម្ពីរ

⁴⁶He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,

⁴⁶ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖«ហេតុការណ៍នេះកើតឡើង ស្របតាមសេចក្ដីដែលមានចែងទុកក្នុងគម្ពីរមែន គឺព្រះគ្រិស្ដ ត្រូវរងទុក្ខលំបាក ហើយមានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញនៅថ្ងៃទីបី។

⁴⁷ and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

⁴⁷អ្នករាល់គ្នាត្រូវប្រកាស ក្នុងព្រះនាមព្រះអង្គ អោយមនុស្សគ្រប់ជាតិសាសន៍កែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត ដើម្បីអោយបានរួចពីបាប គឺត្រូវប្រកាសចាប់ តាំងពីក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមតទៅ។

⁴⁸ You are witnesses of these things.

⁴⁸អ្នករាល់គ្នាជាសាក្សីអំពីហេតុការណ៍ទាំងនេះ។

⁴⁹ Behold, I send forth the promise of my Father on you. But wait in the city of Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high.”

⁴⁹ខ្ញុំនឹងចាត់ព្រះវិញ្ញាណមកសណ្ឋិតលើអ្នករាល់គ្នា តាមព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យារបស់ព្រះបិតាខ្ញុំ។ អ្នករាល់គ្នាត្រូវនៅក្នុងក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមនេះរហូតដល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ប្រទានអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាមានឫទ្ធានុភាព។

⁵⁰He led them out as far as Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.

⁵⁰បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះយេស៊ូនាំពួកសិស្ស ចេញពីទីក្រុងទៅភូមិបេថានី។ ពេលទៅដល់ ព្រះអង្គលើកព្រះហស្ដឡើង ហើយប្រទានពរអោយគេ។

⁵¹It happened, while he blessed them, that he withdrew from them, and was carried up into heaven.

⁵¹នៅពេលដែលព្រះអង្គកំពុងតែប្រទានពរ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់លើកយកព្រះអង្គចេញពីគេ ឡើងទៅស្ថានបរមសុខ ។

⁵²They worshiped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

⁵²ក្រោយពីបានក្រាបថ្វាយបង្គំព្រះអង្គរួចហើយ គេក៏វិលត្រឡប់ទៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមវិញ ប្រកបដោយអំណរដ៏លើសលប់។

⁵³and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

⁵³គេនៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារ ហើយនាំគ្នាលើកតម្កើងព្រះជាម្ចាស់ជានិច្ចនិរន្ដរ៍។
