1Seeing the multitudes, he went up onto the mountain. When he had sat down, his disciples came to him.
1ព្រះយេស៊ូទតឃើញមហាជនទាំងនេះ ព្រះអង្គយាងឡើងទៅលើភ្នំ រួចព្រះអង្គគង់នៅទីនោះ។ សិស្ស នាំគ្នាចូលមកគាល់ព្រះអង្គ
2He opened his mouth and taught them, saying,
2ព្រះអង្គក៏មានព្រះបន្ទូលបង្រៀនគេថា៖
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
3«អ្នកណាដាក់ចិត្ដជាអ្នកក្រខ្សត់ អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គល ហើយ ដ្បិតពួកគេបានទទួលព្រះរាជ្យ នៃស្ថានបរមសុខ!
4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
4អ្នកណាសោកសៅ អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងសំរាលទុក្ខពួកគេ!
5 Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth.
5អ្នកណាមានចិត្ដស្លូតបូត អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ ដ្បិតពួកគេនឹងទទួលផែនដីទុកជាមត៌ក!
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.
6អ្នកណាស្រេកឃ្លានសេចក្ដីសុចរិត អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងប្រទានអោយពួកគេបានឆ្អែត!
7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
7អ្នកណាមានចិត្ដមេត្ដាករុណា អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងសំដែងព្រះហឫទ័យ មេត្ដាករុណាដល់ពួកគេវិញ!
8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
8អ្នកណាមានចិត្ដបរិសុទ្ធ អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ ដ្បិតពួកគេនឹងឃើញព្រះជាម្ចាស់!
9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.
9អ្នកណាកសាងសន្ដិភាព អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ ដ្បិតពួកគេនឹងមានឈ្មោះជាបុត្រ របស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់!
10 Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
10អ្នកណាត្រូវគេបៀតបៀន ព្រោះតែបានធ្វើតាមសេចក្ដីសុចរិត អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ ដ្បិតគេបានទទួលក្នុងព្រះរាជ្យនៃស្ថានបរមសុខ!
11 “Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
11ប្រសិនបើមានគេត្មះតិះដៀល បៀតបៀន និង មានគេនិយាយអាក្រក់គ្រប់យ៉ាង បង្ខូចឈ្មោះអ្នករាល់គ្នា ព្រោះតែខ្ញុំ នោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាមានសុភមង្គលហើយ!
12 Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
12ចូរអរសប្បាយរីករាយឡើង ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នានឹងទទួលរង្វាន់យ៉ាងធំនៅស្ថានបរមសុខ ដ្បិតពួកព្យាការី ដែលរស់នៅមុនអ្នករាល់គ្នា ក៏ត្រូវគេបៀតបៀនដូច្នោះដែរ»។~
13 “You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, with what will it be salted? It is then good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the feet of men.
13«អ្នករាល់គ្នាជាអំបិល សំរាប់មនុស្សលោក ប៉ុន្ដែ បើអំបិលបាត់ជាតិប្រៃហើយ តើគេនឹងយកអ្វីមកធ្វើអោយប្រៃឡើងវិញបាន?។ អំបិលនោះ គ្មានប្រយោជន៍អ្វីទៀតទេ គឺមានតែបោះចោលទៅខាងក្រៅ អោយមនុស្សដើរជាន់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
14 You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden.
14អ្នករាល់គ្នាជាពន្លឺ សំរាប់បំភ្លឺមនុស្សលោក។ គេមិនអាចលាក់បំបាំងក្រុងណាដែលសង់នៅលើភ្នំបានឡើយ។
15 Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house.
15គេមិនដែលអុជចង្កៀង ហើយយកធុងគ្របពីលើនោះទេ គឺគេតែងយកចង្កៀងទៅដាក់លើជើង ចង្កៀងវិញ ហើយចង្កៀងនោះបំភ្លឺអស់អ្នកដែលនៅក្នុងផ្ទះ។
16 Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
16ចូរអោយពន្លឺរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នា បំភ្លឺមនុស្សទាំងឡាយដូច្នោះដែរ គេនឹងឃើញអំពើល្អ ដែលអ្នករាល់គ្នាប្រព្រឹត្ដ ហើយលើកតម្កើងសិរីរុងរឿងព្រះបិតារបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នា ដែលគង់នៅស្ថានបរមសុខ »។
17 “Don’t think that I came to destroy the law or the prophets. I didn’t come to destroy, but to fulfill.
17«សុំកុំនឹកស្មានថាខ្ញុំមកលុបបំបាត់គម្ពីរវិន័យ ឬ គម្ពីរព្យាការី ចោលឡើយ។ ខ្ញុំមិនមែនមកលុបបំបាត់ទេ គឺខ្ញុំមកធ្វើអោយគម្ពីរមានអត្ថន័យពេញលក្ខណៈទៅវិញ។
18 For most certainly, I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not even one smallest letter or one tiny pen stroke shall in any way pass away from the law, until all things are accomplished.
18ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានដឹងច្បាស់ថា ដរាបណាផ្ទៃមេឃ និង ផែនដីនៅស្ថិតស្ថេរដរាបនោះគ្មានក្បៀស ឬ បន្ដក់ណាមួយក្នុងគម្ពីរវិន័យ ត្រូវរលុបបាត់ឡើយ គឺគម្ពីរទាំងមូលនឹងនៅស្ថិតស្ថេររហូតដល់ ទីបំផុត។
19 Whoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and teach others to do so, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever shall do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.
19អ្នកណាល្មើសបទបញ្ជាតូចមួយនេះ ហើយបង្រៀនអ្នកផ្សេងអោយធ្វើ តាមអ្នកនោះនឹងមានឋានៈតូចជាងគេ ក្នុងព្រះរាជ្យ នៃស្ថានបរមសុខ។ ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ អ្នកណាប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមបទបញ្ជាទាំងនេះ ហើយបង្រៀនអ្នកផ្សេងអោយប្រព្រឹត្ដតាម អ្នកនោះនឹងមានឋានៈធំក្នុងព្រះរាជ្យនៃស្ថានបរមសុខ។
20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, there is no way you will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
20ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាដឹងច្បាស់ថា បើសេចក្ដីសុចរិត របស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនប្រសើរជាងសេចក្ដីសុចរិតរបស់ពួកអាចារ្យ និង ពួកផារីស៊ី ទេ អ្នករាល់គ្នាពុំអាចចូលទៅក្នុងព្រះរាជ្យនៃស្ថានបរមសុខបានឡើយ»។
21 “You have heard that it was said to the ancient ones, ‘You shall not murder;’ and ‘Whoever shall murder shall be in danger of the judgment.’
21«អ្នករាល់គ្នា ធ្លាប់ ឮ សេចក្ដី ដែល មានថ្លែង ប្រាប់បុព្វបុរស ថា "កុំសម្លាប់មនុស្ស " អ្នកណាសម្លាប់គេ អ្នកនោះនឹងត្រូវគេផ្ដន្ទាទោស។
22 But I tell you, that everyone who is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment; and whoever shall say to his brother, ‘Raca !’ shall be in danger of the council; and whoever shall say, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of the fire of Gehenna.
22រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំសុំបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា អ្នកណាខឹងនឹងបងប្អូន អ្នកនោះនឹងត្រូវគេផ្ដន្ទាទោសដែរ។ អ្នកណាជេរប្រទេចផ្ដាសាបងប្អូន អ្នកនោះនឹងត្រូវក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាន់ខ្ពស់ កាត់ទោស ហើយអ្នកណាត្មះតិះដៀលគេ អ្នកនោះនឹងត្រូវគេផ្ដន្ទាទោសធ្លាក់ក្នុងភ្លើងនរកអវីចី។
23 “If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you,
23ដូចេ្នះ កាលណាអ្នកយកតង្វាយទៅថ្វាយព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ហើយនៅទីនោះ អ្នកនឹកឃើញថាបងប្អូនណាម្នាក់មានទំនាស់នឹងអ្នក
24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.
24ចូរទុកតង្វាយរបស់អ្នក នៅកន្លែងថ្វាយតង្វាយ ហើយទៅស្រុះស្រួលនឹងបងប្អូនរបស់អ្នកជាមុនសិន រួចសឹមវិលមកថ្វាយតង្វាយរបស់អ្នកវិញ។
25 Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are with him in the way; lest perhaps the prosecutor deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be cast into prison.
25កាលណាអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរទៅតុលាការជាមួយគូវិវាទរបស់អ្នក ចូរស្រុះស្រួលជាមួយអ្នកនោះជាប្រញាប់ ក្រែងលោគេបញ្ជូនអ្នកទៅចៅក្រម ចៅក្រមបញ្ជូនអ្នកទៅនគរបាល ហើយអ្នកត្រូវជាប់គុក។
26 Most certainly I tell you, you shall by no means get out of there, until you have paid the last penny.
26ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អោយអ្នកដឹងច្បាស់ថា ដរាបណាអ្នកមិនបានបង់ប្រាក់ពិន័យគ្រប់ចំនួន ឥតខ្វះមួយសេនទេនោះ អ្នកនឹងមិនរួចខ្លួនឡើយ»។
27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery;’
27«អ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្លាប់ឮសេចក្ដីថ្លែងទុកមកថា "កុំប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើផិតក្បត់"។
28 but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
28រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំសុំបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា អ្នកណាមើលស្ដ្រីម្នាក់ ហើយមានចិត្ដស្រើបស្រាលចង់រួមបវេណីជាមួយនាង អ្នកនោះដូចជាបានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើផិតក្បត់ជាមួយនាង នៅក្នុងចិត្ដរបស់ខ្លួន រួចស្រេចទៅហើយ។
29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.
29ប្រសិនបើភ្នែកស្ដំារបស់អ្នក នាំអ្នកអោយប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប ចូរខ្វេះចេញហើយបោះចោលអោយឆ្ងាយពីអ្នកទៅ បើអ្នកបាត់ភ្នែកតែមួយនេះ ប្រសើរជាងបណ្ដោយអោយរូបកាយទាំងមូលធ្លាក់ទៅក្នុងនរក។
30 If your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off, and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.
30ប្រសិនបើដៃស្ដំារបស់អ្នក នាំអ្នកអោយប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប ចូរកាត់វា ហើយបោះចោលអោយឆ្ងាយពីអ្នកទៅ បើអ្នកបាត់តែអវយវៈមួយនេះ ប្រសើរជាងបណ្ដោយអោយរូបកាយទាំងមូលធ្លាក់ទៅក្នុងនរក»។
31 “It was also said, ‘Whoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorce,’
31«មានសេចក្ដីថ្លែងទុកមកថា "បុរសណាលែងភរិយា ត្រូវធ្វើលិខិតលែងលះអោយនាង"
32 but I tell you that whoever puts away his wife, except for the cause of sexual immorality, makes her an adulteress; and whoever marries her when she is put away commits adultery.
32រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំសុំបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា បុរសណាលែងភរិយារបស់ខ្លួន (លើកលែងតែរួមរស់ជាមួយគ្នា ដោយឥតបានរៀបការ) បុរសនោះធ្វើអោយនាងទៅជាស្ដ្រីផិតក្បត់ ប្រសិនបើនាងរៀបការម្ដងទៀត។ រីឯបុរសណារៀបការនឹងស្ដ្រីប្ដីលែង បុរសនោះក៏ប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើផិតក្បត់ដែរ»។
33 “Again you have heard that it was said to them of old time, ‘You shall not make false vows, but shall perform to the Lord your vows,’
33«អ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្លាប់បានឮសេចក្ដីដែលមានថ្លែងប្រាប់បុព្វបុរស ថាៈ " កុំបំភ្លេចពាក្យសម្បថចោលឡើយ។ ត្រូវតែធ្វើតាមគ្រប់ពាក្យដែលអ្នកបានស្បថនឹងព្រះអម្ចាស់"។
34 but I tell you, don’t swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is the throne of God;
34រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំសុំបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា កុំស្បថអោយសោះ កុំស្បថដោយយកមេឃជាសាក្សីឡើយ ព្រោះមេឃជាបល្ល័ង្ករបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់
35 nor by the earth, for it is the footstool of his feet; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.
35ក៏កុំស្បថដោយយកផែនដីជាសាក្សីដែរ ព្រោះផែនដីជាកំណល់ទ្រព្រះបាទារបស់ព្រះអង្គ។ កុំស្បថដោយយកក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម ជាសាក្សី ព្រោះយេរូសាឡឹមជាក្រុងរបស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រដ៏ឧត្ដម។
36 Neither shall you swear by your head, for you can’t make one hair white or black.
36កុំស្បថដោយយក ក្បាលអ្នកជាសាក្សី ព្រោះអ្នកពុំអាចធ្វើអោយសក់របស់អ្នកទៅជា ស ឬ ខ្មៅបានឡើយ សូម្បីតែមួយសរសៃក៏ពុំបានផង។
37 But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes’ and your ‘No’ be ‘No.’ Whatever is more than these is of the evil one.
37ត្រូវនិយាយអោយទៀងទាត់ បើ "មែន" អោយប្រាកដជា "មែន"បើ "ទេ" អោយប្រាកដជា"ទេ"។ រីឯពាក្យពន្លើស សុទ្ធតែមកពីមារកំណាចទាំងអស់»។
38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.’
38«អ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្លាប់បានឮសេចក្តីថ្លែង ទុកមកថា "ប្រសិនបើគេវាយភ្នែកអ្នកម្ខាង ត្រូវវាយភ្នែកគេតែម្ខាងវិញ ប្រសិនបើគេវាយអ្នកបាក់ធ្មេញមួយ ត្រូវវាយគេអោយបាក់ធ្មេញតែមួយដែរ"។
39 But I tell you, don’t resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also.
39រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំសុំបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា កុំតបតនឹងមនុស្សកំណាចអោយសោះ បើមានគេទះកំផ្លៀងស្ដំារបស់អ្នក ចូរបែរអោយគេទះម្ខាងទៀតទៅ។
40 If anyone sues you to take away your coat, let him have your cloak also.
40បើមានគេប្ដឹងចង់បានអាវក្នុងរបស់អ្នក ចូរអោយគេយកអាវធំថែមទៀតទៅ។
41 Whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two.
41បើមានគេបង្ខំអ្នកអោយធ្វើដំណើរមួយយោជន៍ ចូរទៅពីរយោជន៍ជាមួយគេចុះ។
42 Give to him who asks you, and don’t turn away him who desires to borrow from you.
42អ្នកណាសុំអ្វីពីអ្នក ចូរអោយគេទៅ ហើយកុំគេចមុខចេញពីអ្នកដែលសុំខ្ចីអ្វីៗពីអ្នកដែរ»។
43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy. ’
43«អ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្លាប់បានឮសេចក្ដីថ្លែងទុកមកថា "ចូរស្រឡាញ់បងប្អូនឯទៀតៗ ហើយស្អប់ខ្មាំងសត្រូវរបស់អ្នក"។
44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,
44រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំសុំបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា ចូរស្រឡាញ់ ខ្មាំងសត្រូវរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នា ព្រមទាំងទូលអង្វរព្រះជាម្ចាស់ សូមព្រះអង្គប្រទានពរអោយអស់អ្នកដែលបៀតបៀនអ្នករាល់គ្នាផង។
45 that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.
45ធ្វើដូច្នេះ អ្នករាល់គ្នានឹងបានទៅជាបុត្រ របស់ព្រះបិតាដែលគង់នៅស្ថានបរមសុខ ដ្បិតព្រះអង្គប្រទានអោយព្រះអាទិត្យរបស់ព្រះអង្គរះ បំភ្លឺ ទាំងមនុស្សអាក្រក់ ទាំងមនុស្សល្អ ហើយទ្រង់ប្រទានទឹកភ្លៀង អោយទាំងមនុស្សសុចរិត ទាំងមនុស្សទុច្ចរិតផងដែរ។
46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Don’t even the tax collectors do the same?
46ប្រសិនបើអ្នករាល់គ្នា ស្រឡាញ់តែអស់អ្នកដែលស្រឡាញ់អ្នករាល់គ្នា តើនឹងទទួលរង្វាន់អ្វី? សូម្បីតែអ្នកទារពន្ធ ក៏ចេះស្រឡាញ់គ្នាគេដែរ។
47 If you only greet your friends, what more do you do than others? Don’t even the tax collectors do the same?
47បើអ្នករាល់គ្នារាប់រកតែបងប្អូនរបស់ខ្លួនប៉ុណ្ណោះ តើមានអ្វីអស្ចារ្យ? សូម្បីតែសាសន៍ដទៃក៏ប្រព្រឹត្ដ ដូច្នោះដែរ។
48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
48ព្រះបិតារបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាដែលគង់នៅស្ថានបរមសុខទ្រង់គ្រប់លក្ខណ៍យ៉ាង ណា សុំអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានគ្រប់លក្ខណ៍យ៉ាងនោះដែរ»។
