¹The fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star from the sky which had fallen to the earth. The key to the pit of the abyss was given to him.

¹ទេវតា ទីប្រាំផ្លុំត្រែឡើង ខ្ញុំក៏ឃើញផ្កាយមួយធ្លាក់ចុះពីលើមេឃ មកផែនដី ផ្កាយនោះទទួលកូនសោរណ្ដៅនរកអវិចី

²He opened the pit of the abyss, and smoke went up out of the pit, like the smoke from a TR adds “great” burning furnace. The sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke from the pit.

²ហើយបើកទ្វាររណ្ដៅនរកអវិចីនោះ ស្រាប់តែមានផ្សែងហុយឡើងមក ដូចផ្សែងដែលហុយចេញពីឡមួយយ៉ាងធំ។ ពេលនោះព្រះអាទិត្យ និង លំហអាកាសប្រែទៅជាងងឹត ព្រោះតែផ្សែងដែលហុយចេញពីរណ្ដៅ។

³Then out of the smoke came forth locusts on the earth, and power was given to them, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

³មានកណ្ដូបជាច្រើនចេញពីផ្សែងនោះហើរមកលើផែនដី វាបានទទួលអំណាចដូចខ្យាដំរីដែរ។

⁴They were told that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those people who don’t have God’s seal on their foreheads.

⁴កណ្ដូបទាំងនោះបានទទួលបំរាម មិនអោយបំផ្លាញតិណជាតិនានាលើផែនដីរុក្ខជាតិឬ ដើមឈើណាមួយឡើយ ត្រូវបំផ្លាញតែមនុស្សណាដែលគ្មានត្រារបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បោះសំគាល់នៅលើថ្ងាសប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

⁵They were given power not to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion, when it strikes a person.

⁵កណ្ដូបទាំងនោះពុំបានទទួលសិទ្ធិសម្លាប់ទេ គឺគ្រាន់តែធ្វើអោយមនុស្សឈឺចុកចាប់ក្នុងរវាងប្រាំខែប៉ុណ្ណោះ កណ្ដូបនឹងធ្វើអោយមនុស្សឈឺចុកចាប់ដូចខ្យាដំរីទិចដែរ។

⁶In those days people will seek death, and will in no way find it. They will desire to die, and death will flee from them.

⁶នៅគ្រានោះ មនុស្សរកសេចក្ដីស្លាប់ តែរកមិនឃើញ គេចង់ស្លាប់ណាស់ តែសេចក្ដីស្លាប់រត់ចេញឆ្ងាយពីគេ។

⁷The shapes of the locusts were like horses prepared for war. On their heads were something like golden crowns, and their faces were like people’s faces.

⁷កណ្ដូបទាំងនោះមានរាងដូចសេះដែលគេបំពាក់គ្រឿងសឹកចេញទៅច្បាំង នៅលើក្បាលវាមានពាក់កម្រងដូចជាមកុដមាសហើយមុខវាដូចមុខមនុស្ស។

⁸They had hair like women’s hair, and their teeth were like those of lions.

⁸វាមានសក់វែងដូចសក់ស្ដ្រី ហើយមានធ្មេញដូចធ្មេញសឹង្ហ។

⁹They had breastplates, like breastplates of iron. The sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots, or of many horses rushing to war.

⁹វាមានគ្រឿងក្រោះដូចអាវក្រោះធ្វើពីដែក។ ពេលវាហើរ ស្នូរស្លាបរបស់វាលាន់ឮសន្ធឹក ដូចរទេះទឹមដោយសេះជាច្រើនបោលទៅធ្វើសឹកសង្គ្រាម។

¹⁰They have tails like those of scorpions, and stings. In their tails they have power to harm men for five months.

¹⁰កន្ទុយរបស់វាមានទ្រនិចដូចខ្យាដំរីហើយមានអំណាចនឹងអោយមនុស្សម្នាឈឺចុកចាប់ អស់រយៈពេលប្រាំខែ។

¹¹They have over them as king the angel of the abyss. His name in Hebrew is “Abaddon,” “Abaddon” is a Hebrew word that means ruin, destruction, or the place of destruction but in Greek, he has the name “Apollyon.” “Apollyon” means “Destroyer.”

¹¹កណ្ដូបទាំងនោះមានយមរាជ ធ្វើជាស្ដេចដឹកនាំវា ដែលមានឈ្មោះជាភាសាហេប្រឺថាអាបាដូនជាភាសាក្រិកថាអាប៉ុលីយ៉ូន។

¹²The first woe is past. Behold, there are still two woes coming after this.

¹²លុះទុក្ខវេទនាទីមួយបានកន្លងផុតទៅ ទុក្ខវេទនាពីរទៀតក៏កើតមកតាមក្រោយ។

¹³The sixth angel sounded. I heard a voice from the horns of the golden altar which is before God,

¹³ទេវតាទីប្រាំមួយផ្លុំត្រែឡើង ខ្ញុំក៏បានឮសំឡេងមួយចេញពីស្នែងនៅជ្រុងទាំងបួនរបស់អាសនៈមាសដែលស្ថិតនៅខាងមុខព្រះជាម្ចាស់។

¹⁴saying to the sixth angel who had one trumpet, “Free the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates!”

¹⁴សំឡេងនោះពោលមកកាន់ទេវតាទីប្រាំមួយដែលមានត្រែនៅដៃថា៖ «ចូរស្រាយទេវតាទាំងបួនរូប ដែលជាប់ចំណងនៅលើទន្លេធំ គឺទន្លេអឺប្រាតនោះទៅ!»។

¹⁵The four angels were freed who had been prepared for that hour and day and month and year, so that they might kill one third of mankind.

¹⁵គេក៏ស្រាយទេវតាទាំងបួនរូប ដែលបានប្រុងប្រៀបខ្លួនប្រហារជីវិតមនុស្សមួយភាគបី ត្រូវតាមម៉ោងថ្ងៃ ខែ និង ឆ្នាំ។

¹⁶The number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million literally, “ten thousands of ten thousands” . I heard the number of them.

¹⁶ខ្ញុំបានឮថា ចំនួនទាហានទ័ពសេះនោះ មានទាំងអស់ពីររយលាននាក់។

¹⁷Thus I saw the horses in the vision, and those who sat on them, having breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of lions. Out of their mouths proceed fire, smoke, and sulfur.

¹⁷ក្នុងនិមិត្ដហេតុអស្ចារ្យដែលខ្ញុំបានឃើញនោះ មានសេះ និង ពលទាហានដែលជិះពីលើវា ពាក់អាវក្រោះពណ៌ក្រហមដូចភ្លើង ពណ៌បៃតងខ្ចី និង ពណ៌លឿងដូចស្ពាន់ធ័រ។ រីឯក្បាលសេះវិញមានរាងដូចជាក្បាលសឹង្ហ ហើយមានភ្លើង ផ្សែង និង ស្ពាន់ធ័រចេញពីមាត់វាមកផង។

¹⁸By these three plagues were one third of mankind killed: by the fire, the smoke, and the sulfur, which proceeded out of their mouths.

¹⁸មនុស្សមួយភាគបីបានស្លាប់ ដោយសារគ្រោះកាចទាំងបីមុខនេះ គឺស្លាប់ដោយភ្លើង ដោយផ្សែង និង ដោយស្ពាន់ធ័រដែលចេញពីមាត់សេះ

¹⁹For the power of the horses is in their mouths, and in their tails. For their tails are like serpents, and have heads, and with them they harm.

¹⁹ដ្បិតអំណាចរបស់សេះទាំងនោះស្ថិតនៅលើមាត់ និង កន្ទុយ។ កន្ទុយរបស់វាប្រៀបបានទៅនឹងពស់ គឺមានក្បាល ហើយវាធ្វើអោយមនុស្សវេទនា ដោយសារតែក្បាលហ្នឹងឯង។

²⁰The rest of mankind, who were not killed with these plagues, didn’t repent of the works of their hands, that they wouldn’t worship demons, and the idols of gold, and of silver, and of brass, and of stone, and of wood; which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk.

²⁰រីឯមនុស្សឯទៀតៗ ដែលមិនបានស្លាប់ដោយគ្រោះកាចទាំងនោះ ពុំព្រមកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិតឈប់ប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើរបស់ខ្លួនទេ គឺគេពុំព្រមឈប់ថ្វាយបង្គំអារក្ស ថ្វាយបង្គំរូបសំណាករបស់ព្រះក្លែងក្លាយធ្វើពីមាស ពីប្រាក់ ពីលង្ហិន ពីថ្ម និង ធ្វើពីឈើ ជាព្រះដែលមិនចេះមើល មិនចេះស្ដាប់ ហើយក៏មិនចេះដើរនោះឡើយ។

²¹They didn’t repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, The word for “sorceries” (pharmakeia) also implies the use of potions, poisons, and drugs nor of their sexual immorality, nor of their thefts.

²¹គេក៏ពុំព្រមកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត ឈប់ប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើឃាតកម្ម វិជ្ជាធ្មប់ អំពើប្រាសចាកសីលធម៌ និង អំពើលួចប្លន់ដែលខ្លួនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដនោះដែរ។
