¹Now accept one who is weak in faith, but not for disputes over opinions.

¹ចូរទទួលបងប្អូនណាដែលមានជំនឿទន់ខ្សោយ ដោយរាក់ទាក់ មិនត្រូវរិះគន់យោបល់របស់គេឡើយ។

²One man has faith to eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables.

²បើមាននរណាម្នាក់ជឿថាខ្លួនមានសិទ្ធិបរិភោគអ្វីក៏បាន ហើយមានម្នាក់ទៀតដែលមានជំនឿទន់ខ្សោយ បរិភោគតែបន្លែ

³Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.

³មិនត្រូវអោយអ្នកបរិភោគអ្វីក៏បាន មើលងាយអ្នកដែលមិនបរិភោគនោះឡើយ រីឯអ្នកដែលមិនបរិភោគ ក៏មិនត្រូវវិនិច្ឆ័យអ្នកបរិភោគ ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទទួលអ្នកនោះដែរ។

⁴Who are you who judge another’s servant? To his own lord he stands or falls. Yes, he will be made to stand, for God has power to make him stand.

⁴តើអ្នកមានឋានៈអ្វី បានជាហ៊ានវិនិច្ឆ័យអ្នកបំរើរបស់គេដូច្នេះ? អ្នកបំរើនោះឈរក្ដីដួលក្ដីស្រេចតែនៅលើម្ចាស់របស់គាត់ទេ។ ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ អ្នកបំរើនោះមុខជាឈរមាំមិនខាន ដ្បិតព្រះអម្ចាស់មានអំណាចជួយគាត់អោយឈរបាន។

⁵One man esteems one day as more important. Another esteems every day alike. Let each man be fully assured in his own mind.

⁵មានម្នាក់យល់ថា ថ្ងៃមួយសំខាន់ជាងថ្ងៃមួយតែម្នាក់ទៀតយល់ថា ថ្ងៃទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែដូចគ្នា។ ម្នាក់ៗត្រូវយល់ឃើញតាមគំនិតរបស់ខ្លួនអោយបានដិតដល់ទៅ!។

⁶He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks. He who doesn’t eat, to the Lord he doesn’t eat, and gives God thanks.

⁶ចំពោះអ្នកដែលប្រកាន់ថាមានថ្ងៃសំខាន់ ឬ មិនសំខាន់នោះ គេប្រកាន់ដូច្នេះ ដើម្បីគោរពព្រះអម្ចាស់។ អ្នកដែលបរិភោគអ្វី ទាំងអស់ គេបរិភោគដើម្បីគោរពព្រះអម្ចាស់ ដ្បិតគេអរព្រះគុណព្រះអង្គ។ អ្នកដែលមិនបរិភោគ គេមិនបរិភោគ ដើម្បីគោរពព្រះអម្ចាស់ហើយគេក៏អរព្រះគុណ ព្រះអង្គដែរ

⁷For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself.

⁷ព្រោះក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូន គ្មាននរណាម្នាក់រស់ ឬ ស្លាប់សំរាប់ខ្លួនឯងឡើយ

⁸For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s.

⁸ដ្បិតបើយើងរស់ យើងរស់សំរាប់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ ហើយបើយើងស្លាប់ ក៏ស្លាប់សំរាប់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ដែរ។ ទោះបីយើងរស់ក្ដីស្លាប់ក្ដីយើងថ្វាយខ្លួនទៅព្រះអម្ចាស់ជានិច្ច

⁹For to this end Christ died, rose, and lived again, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.

⁹ដ្បិតព្រះគ្រិស្ដបានសោយទិវង្គត និង មានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញដើម្បីធ្វើជាព្រះអម្ចាស់ទាំងលើមនុស្សស្លាប់ទាំងលើមនុស្សរស់។

¹⁰But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

¹⁰រីឯអ្នក ហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាអ្នកថ្កោលទោសបងប្អូនរបស់អ្នក? ហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាអ្នកមើលងាយបងប្អូនរបស់អ្នក?។ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នានឹងទៅឈរនៅមុខតុលាការរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់

¹¹For it is written, “‘As I live,’ says the Lord, ‘to me every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess to God.’” Isaiah 45:23

¹¹ដ្បិតមានចែងទុកមកថាៈ ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលថា ពិតដូចយើងមានជីវិតរស់យ៉ាងណា មនុស្សទាំងអស់ពិតជាលុតជង្គង់ថ្វាយបង្គំយើង ហើយប្រកាសទទួលស្គាល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់យ៉ាងនោះដែរ។

¹²So then each one of us will give account of himself to God.

¹²ដូច្នេះ យើងត្រូវរៀបរាប់ទូលព្រះជាម្ចាស់នូវអំពើដែលខ្លួនយើងម្នាក់ៗបានប្រព្រឹត្ដ។

¹³Therefore let’s not judge one another any more, but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block in his brother’s way, or an occasion for falling.

¹³ហេតុនេះ ហើយ បានជាយើងត្រូវតែឈប់ ថ្កោលទោសគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក តែត្រូវប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្ដថាមិនត្រូវធ្វើអ្វីដែលនាំអោយបងប្អូនជំពប់ដួល ឬ រវាតចិត្ដបាត់ជំនឿនោះឡើយ។

¹⁴I know, and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean of itself; except that to him who considers anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

¹⁴ដោយខ្ញុំរួមជាមួយព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូ ខ្ញុំដឹង ហើយជឿជាក់ថាគ្មានអ្វីមួយមិនបរិសុទ្ធ ឯកឯងនោះទេគឺទាល់តែមាននរណាម្នាក់ចាត់ទុកថាមិនបរិសុទ្ធ ទើបក្លាយទៅជាមិនបរិសុទ្ធ ចំពោះអ្នកដែលថានោះ។

¹⁵Yet if because of food your brother is grieved, you walk no longer in love. Don’t destroy with your food him for whom Christ died.

¹⁵ប្រសិនបើអ្នកនាំអោយបងប្អូនអ្នកពិបាកចិត្ដព្រោះតែរឿងអាហារ នោះបានសេចក្ដីថាអ្នកមិនប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមសេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់ទៀតទេ។ មិនត្រូវយកអាហារមកធ្វើអោយនរណាម្នាក់វិនាសបាត់បង់អោយសោះព្រោះព្រះគ្រិស្ដបានសោយទិវង្គតសំរាប់គេហើយ។

¹⁶Then don’t let your good be slandered,

¹⁶អ្វីៗដែលអ្នករាល់គ្នាយល់ថាល្អ មិនត្រូវទុកអោយគេមានឱកាសនិយាយនិន្ទាបានឡើយ

¹⁷for the Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

¹⁷ដ្បិតព្រះរាជ្យ របស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនមែនអាស្រ័យនៅលើការស៊ីផឹកនោះទេ គឺអាស្រ័យនៅលើសេចក្ដីសុចរិតសេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ និង អំណរដែលមកពីព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ។

¹⁸For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men.

¹⁸អ្នកណាបំរើព្រះគ្រិស្ដរបៀបនេះ អ្នកនោះនឹងបានគាប់ព្រះហឫទ័យព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ហើយមនុស្សផងទាំងពួងក៏គោរពរាប់អានគេដែរ។

¹⁹So then, let us follow after things which make for peace, and things by which we may build one another up.

¹⁹ដូច្នេះយើងត្រូវស្វែងរកអ្វីដែលនាំអោយមានសេចក្ដីសុខ និង អោយមានការអប់រំគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

²⁰Don’t overthrow God’s work for food’s sake. All things indeed are clean, however it is evil for that man who creates a stumbling block by eating.

²⁰មិនត្រូវបំផ្លាញកិច្ចការរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ព្រោះតែរឿងអាហារនោះឡើយ។ តាមពិតអ្វីៗទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែល្អបរិសុទ្ធ ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ បើយើងបរិភោគអ្វីមួយដែលបណ្ដាលអោយអ្នកផ្សេងជំពប់ចិត្ដ បាត់ជំនឿនោះ គឺយើងបែរជាប្រព្រឹត្ដការអាក្រក់ទៅវិញ។

²¹It is good to not eat meat, drink wine, nor do anything by which your brother stumbles, is offended, or is made weak.

²¹ប្រសិនបើយើងមិនបរិភោគសាច់ មិនពិសាស្រា និង មិនប៉ះពាល់របស់ណាដែលធ្វើអោយបងប្អូនជំពប់ចិត្ដបាត់ជំនឿនោះ ជាការល្អប្រពៃហើយ។

²²Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he who doesn’t judge himself in that which he approves.

²²អ្វីៗដែលអ្នកជឿថាត្រឹមត្រូវ ចូររក្សាទុកតែម្នាក់ឯងនៅចំពោះព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទៅ។ អ្នកណាមិនដាក់ទោសខ្លួនឯង ចំពោះការយល់ឃើញរបស់ខ្លួន អ្នកនោះមានសុភមង្គលហើយ!

²³But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because it isn’t of faith; and whatever is not of faith is sin.

²³ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ អ្នកណាមានចិត្ដសង្ស័យពីអាហារដែលខ្លួនបរិភោគ អ្នកនោះមានទោសហើយ ព្រោះការយល់ឃើញរបស់គេនោះ មិនមែនមកពីជំនឿទេ។ ការអ្វីដែលមិនមែនមកពីជំនឿសុទ្ធតែជាអំពើបាបទាំងអស់។

²⁴Now to him who is able to establish you according to my Good News and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept secret through long ages,

²⁵but now is revealed, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, is made known for obedience of faith to all the nations;

²⁶to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever! Amen. TR places verses 24-26 after Romans 16:24 as verses 25-27.
