¹Therefore you are without excuse, O man, whoever you are who judge. For in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself. For you who judge practice the same things.

¹ចំពោះអ្នក អ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេ ទោះបីអ្នកជានរណាក៏ដោយ ក៏អ្នកពុំអាចដោះសាខ្លួនបានដែរ។ ពេលណាអ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេអ្នកក៏ដាក់ទោសខ្លួនឯង ព្រោះអ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេ តែអ្នកបានប្រព្រឹត្ដដូចគេដែរ។

²We know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.

²យើងដឹងថាព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទ្រង់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសអ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដដូច្នេះ គឺវិនិច្ឆ័យស្របតាមសេចក្ដីពិត។

³Do you think this, O man who judges those who practice such things, and do the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?

³រីឯអ្នកអ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដដូច្នេះ តែអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្ដដូចគេដែរនោះ តើអ្នកនឹកស្មានថានឹងបានរួចខ្លួនដោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសអ្នកឬ?

⁴Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?

⁴ឬមួយអ្នកមើលងាយព្រះហឫទ័យសប្បុរស ព្រះហឫទ័យយោគយល់ និង ព្រះហឫទ័យអត់ធ្មត់ដ៏ទូលំទូលាយរបស់ព្រះអង្គ! តើអ្នកមិនទទួលស្គាល់ថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មានព្រះហឫទ័យសប្បុរសដូច្នេះ ដើម្បីជំរុញអ្នកអោយកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិតទេឬ?

⁵But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath, revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God;

⁵ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ ដោយអ្នកមានចិត្ដរឹងរូស មិនព្រមកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិតទេនោះ អ្នកកំពុងតែសន្សំទោស ទុកសំរាប់ថ្ងៃព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទ្រង់ព្រះពិរោធ ជាថ្ងៃដែលព្រះអង្គនឹងសំដែងការវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសដោយយុត្ដិធម៌

⁶who “will pay back to everyone according to their works:” Psalm 62:12; Proverbs 24:12

⁶គឺព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងប្រទានផលអោយម្នាក់ៗតាមអំពើដែលខ្លួនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដ។

⁷to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory, honor, and incorruptibility, eternal life;

⁷ព្រះអង្គប្រទានជីវិតអស់កល្បជានិច្ច ដល់អស់អ្នកដែលព្យាយាមប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អ ហើយស្វែងរកសិរីរុងរឿងកិត្ដិយស និង អ្វីៗដែលមិនចេះសាបសូន្យ

⁸but to those who are self-seeking, and don’t obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath and indignation,

⁸តែទ្រង់ព្រះពិរោធ និង ដាក់ទោសយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ចំពោះអស់អ្នកដែលគិតតែឈ្លោះប្រកែក មិនព្រមស្ដាប់តាមសេចក្ដីពិត គឺបែរទៅស្ដាប់តាមសេចក្ដីទុច្ចរិតវិញ។

⁹oppression and anguish, on every soul of man who works evil, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

⁹ទុក្ខលំបាក ការតប់ប្រមល់ អន្ទះអន្ទែង នឹងកើតមានដល់អស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើអាក្រក់ជាមិនខាន គឺមុនដំបូងដល់សាសន៍យូដាបន្ទាប់មក សាសន៍ក្រិក!

¹⁰But glory, honor, and peace go to every man who works good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

¹⁰រីឯសិរីរុងរឿង កិត្ដិយស និង សេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ នឹងកើតមានដល់អស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អវិញមុនដំបូងដល់សាសន៍យូដា បន្ទាប់មក សាសន៍ក្រិក!

¹¹For there is no partiality with God.

¹¹ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនរើសមុខនរណាឡើយ។

¹²For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.

¹²អស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប ដោយមិនស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ របស់លោកម៉ូសេ នឹងត្រូវវិនាសទាំងគ្មានក្រឹត្យវិន័យ។ រីឯអស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប ដោយស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យគេនឹងត្រូវទទួលទោស ស្របតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យដែរ

¹³For it isn’t the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be justified

¹³ដ្បិតមិនមែនអ្នកឮក្រឹត្យវិន័យប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ដែលបានសុចរិត នៅចំពោះព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រព្រះជាម្ចាស់ គឺអ្នកប្រតិបត្ដិតាមគម្ពីរវិន័យវិញឯណោះ ដែលព្រះអង្គប្រោសអោយបានសុចរិត។

¹⁴(for when Gentiles who don’t have the law do by nature the things of the law, these, not having the law, are a law to themselves,

¹⁴ពេលសាសន៍ដទៃដែលពុំស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ នាំគ្នាប្រតិបត្ដិតាមសេចក្ដីដែលក្រឹត្យវិន័យចែងទុក ដោយមិនដឹងខ្លួន គឺខ្លួនគេនោះហើយជាក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ទោះបីគេមិនស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យក៏ដោយ។

¹⁵in that they show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying with them, and their thoughts among themselves accusing or else excusing them)

¹⁵ត្រង់នេះគេបង្ហាញអោយឃើញថាកិច្ចការដែលគម្ពីរវិន័យចែងទុកអោយធ្វើនោះ មានចារឹកនៅក្នុងដួងចិត្ដរបស់គេស្រាប់ហើយ។ មនសិការរបស់គេ ព្រមទាំងការរិះគិតរបស់គេ ដែលនាំអោយមានការចោទប្រកាន់ខ្លួន ឬ ដោះសាខ្លួន ក៏ផ្ដល់សក្ខីភាពអំពីការនេះដែរ។

¹⁶in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my Good News, by Jesus Christ.

¹⁶ការនេះនឹងលេចមកអោយឃើញច្បាស់ នៅថ្ងៃដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសមនុស្សលោក គឺព្រះអង្គនឹងវិនិច្ឆ័យតាមរយៈព្រះគ្រិស្ដយេស៊ូ នូវអំពើដែលគេប្រព្រឹត្ដ ដោយលាក់កំបាំងស្របតាមដំណឹងល្អ ដែលខ្ញុំផ្សព្វផ្សាយ។ សាសន៍យូដា និង ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ

¹⁷Indeed you bear the name of a Jew, and rest on the law, and glory in God,

¹⁷ចំពោះអ្នកវិញ អ្នកមានឈ្មោះជាសាសន៍យូដាអ្នកពឹងផ្អែកលើក្រឹត្យវិន័យរបស់លោកម៉ូសេ ហើយអួតអាងខ្លួនថា ខ្លួនជិតស្និទ្ធនឹងព្រះជាម្ចាស់

¹⁸and know his will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law,

¹⁸អ្នកស្គាល់ព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះអង្គ និង បានទទួលការអប់រំពីក្រឹត្យវិន័យ អោយចេះរិះគិតពិចារណាមើលថា ការណាសំខាន់ជាងគេ

¹⁹and are confident that you yourself are a guide of the blind, a light to those who are in darkness,

¹⁹អ្នកជឿជាក់ថាខ្លួនជាអ្នកណែនាំមនុស្សខ្វាក់ ជាពន្លឺបំភ្លឺអ្នកដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីងងឹត

²⁰a corrector of the foolish, a teacher of babies, having in the law the form of knowledge and of the truth.

²⁰ជាគ្រូអប់រំមនុស្សល្ងង់ ជាគ្រូបង្រៀនមនុស្សតូចតាច ព្រោះអ្នកជឿជាក់ថា ការស្គាល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង សេចក្ដីពិតសុទ្ធតែមានចែងនៅក្នុងក្រឹត្យវិន័យទាំងអស់។

²¹You therefore who teach another, don’t you teach yourself? You who preach that a man shouldn’t steal, do you steal?

²¹អ្នកប្រៀនប្រដៅគេ ម្ដេចក៏អ្នកមិនប្រដៅខ្លួនឯងផង! អ្នកហាមគេមិនអោយលួច តែខ្លួនឯងក៏លួចគេដែរ!

²²You who say a man shouldn’t commit adultery. Do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?

²²អ្នកប្រាប់គេមិនអោយប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើផិតក្បត់តែខ្លួនឯងក៏ផិតក្បត់ដែរ! អ្នកថាខ្លួនស្អប់ខ្ពើមព្រះក្លែងក្លាយ តែអ្នកបែរជាប្លន់វិហាររបស់ព្រះទាំងនោះទៅវិញ!

²³You who glory in the law, through your disobedience of the law do you dishonor God?

²³អ្នកអួតអាងលើក្រឹត្យវិន័យ តែអ្នកបែរជាបង្អាប់កិត្ដិយសព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដោយប្រព្រឹត្ដល្មើសក្រឹត្យវិន័យ

²⁴For “the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” Isaiah 52:5; Ezekiel 36:22 just as it is written.

²⁴ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថា «ព្រោះតែអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានជាសាសន៍ដទៃប្រមាថព្រះនាមរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់»។

²⁵For circumcision indeed profits, if you are a doer of the law, but if you are a transgressor of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision.

²⁵ការកាត់ស្បែក មានប្រយោជន៍ លុះត្រាតែអ្នកប្រតិបត្ដិតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ប៉ុន្ដែ បើអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្ដល្មើសក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ការកាត់ស្បែករបស់អ្នកទុកដូចជាមិនកាត់ទៅវិញ។

²⁶If therefore the uncircumcised keep the ordinances of the law, won’t his uncircumcision be accounted as circumcision?

²⁶ប្រសិនបើមនុស្សមិនកាត់ស្បែកកាន់តាមបទបញ្ជារបស់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ក៏ចាត់ទុកគេដូចជាបានកាត់ស្បែកដែរ!។

²⁷Won’t the uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfills the law, judge you, who with the letter and circumcision are a transgressor of the law?

²⁷ជនដែលមិនកាត់ស្បែកផ្នែកខាងរូបកាយតែប្រតិបត្ដិតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យគេមុខជាដាក់ទោសអ្នកមិនខាន ព្រោះអ្នកមានវិន័យសរសេរជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរ ហើយបានទទួលពិធីកាត់ស្បែក តែអ្នកបែរជាប្រព្រឹត្ដល្មើសក្រឹត្យវិន័យ។

²⁸For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh;

²⁸សាសន៍យូដាដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ មិនស្ថិតនៅត្រង់សំបកក្រៅទេ រីឯការកាត់ស្បែកដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ ក៏មិនស្ថិតនៅត្រង់សញ្ញាលើរូបកាយនោះដែរ

²⁹but he is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit not in the letter; whose praise is not from men, but from God.

²⁹សាសន៍យូដាដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ សំដៅទៅផ្នែកខាងក្នុងចិត្ដឯណោះវិញ រីឯការកាត់ស្បែកដ៏ពិតប្រាកដក៏ស្ថិតនៅលើចិត្ដដែរ គឺជាការកាត់ស្បែក ស្របតាមព្រះវិញ្ញាណ មិនមែនតាមគម្ពីរវិន័យជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរនោះឡើយ។ សាសន៍យូដាប្រភេទនេះ ទទួលការកោតសរសើរពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់ មិនមែនពីសំណាក់មនុស្សទេ។
