²My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.

²Mano pagalba ateina iš Viešpaties, kuris sukūrė dangų ir žemę!

³He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber.

³Jis neleis suklupti tavajai kojai, Jis­budrus tavo sargas.

⁴Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

⁴Izraelio sargas nei miega, nei snaudžia.

⁵Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand.

⁵Viešpats yra tavo sargas, Viešpats­tau šešėlis tavo dešinėje:

⁶The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

⁶dieną nepažeis tavęs saulė nė mėnulis naktį.

⁷Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul.

⁷Viešpats saugos tave nuo viso pikto, Jis saugos tavo sielą.

⁸Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore.

⁸Viešpats saugos tavo įėjimą ir išėjimą dabar ir per amžius.
