²Tu esi mano stiprybės Dievas. Kodėl atstumi mane? Kodėl turiu vaikščioti nuliūdęs, priešo spaudžiamas?

³Siųsk savo šviesą ir tiesą! Jos teveda mane į Tavo šventąjį kalną, į Tavo palapinę.

⁴Eisiu prie Dievo aukuro, pas Dievą, savo didžiausią linksmybę. Girsiu Tave arfa, o Dieve, mano Dieve!

⁵Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him: my Savior, my helper, and my God.
