Isaiah

16

1Send the lambs for the ruler of the land from Selah to the wilderness, to the mountain of the daughter of Zion.
1Gam vaihawmmi adingin belam noute Sela khua gamdai lama om akipanin Zion tanu tang ah khak un.
2For it will be that as wandering birds, as a scattered nest, so will the daughters of Moab be at the fords of the Arnon.
2Huchiin, Moab tanute vasa a bu akipan dalha lengleng bangin Arnon lui kaite ah a om ding uhi.
3Give counsel! Execute justice! Make your shade like the night in the midst of the noonday! Hide the outcasts! Don’t betray the fugitive!
3Thu honhilh inla, vai hon hawmsak in: na lim sun laiin jan bangin bawl inla; delhkhiakte bu sakin; taimang mansak ken.
4Let my outcasts dwell with you! As for Moab, be a hiding place for him from the face of the destroyer. For the extortioner is brought to nothing. Destruction ceases. The oppressors are consumed out of the land.
4Moab laka mi delhkhiaka omte na kiang ah om uhen; amau adingin hihsemi mela kipan bukna mun hi hen: lepgumi lah bangmahlou-a- bawlin a omta ngala, hihsiatna a daitaa, nuaisiahnate gama kipana hihmanthatin a omta uh.
5A throne will be established in loving kindness. One will sit on it in truth, in the tent of David, judging, seeking justice, and swift to do righteousness.
5Huchiin laltutphah hehpihnaa hihkipin a om dinga, huai tungah, David puanin ah, mi khat, vaihawmin, vaihawmna diktat zongin, thil diktat kin taka hih pahin, chih taktakin a tu ding hi.
6We have heard of the pride of Moab, that he is very proud; even of his arrogance, his pride, and his wrath. His boastings are nothing.
6Moabte kisaktheihna thu, a kisathei mahmah uh chih, ka naja ua: a suahngal dan uleh, a kisaktheih dan ulah, a hehdan thu uh; a kiotsaknate uh bangmah ahi kei hi.
7Therefore Moab will wail for Moab. Everyone will wail. You will mourn for the raisin cakes of Kir Hareseth, utterly stricken.
7Huaijiakin Moabte tuh Moabte tungah a mau tuaituai ding ua, mi chih a mau tuaituai ding uh: Kirhareseth grep beu khase tuntunin na kah ding uhi.
8For the fields of Heshbon languish with the vine of Sibmah. The lords of the nations have broken down its choice branches, which reached even to Jazer, which wandered into the wilderness. Its shoots were spread abroad. They passed over the sea.
8Hesbon loute lah a tul khinta ngala, Sibmah grep gui toh: nam chih kumpipaten a kung hoih tata akitansak phengphung ua: Jazer kho tantanin a jam ua, gamdai ah a jam lut ua; ahiangte a jam dalh sengsunga, tuipi ah a jam galkah ta.
9Therefore I will weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah. I will water you with my tears, Heshbon, and Elealeh: for on your summer fruits and on your harvest the battle shout has fallen.
9Huaijiakin Sibmah grep gui tuh Jazer kahin ka kah dinga: Heshbon leh Elealeh aw, ka khituiin ka honbuak ding: na nipi gahte tung leh na buh tungah kisual kikou husa a keta ngala.
10Gladness is taken away, and joy out of the fruitful field; and in the vineyards there will be no singing, neither joyful noise. Nobody will tread out wine in the presses. I have made the shouting stop.
10Kipahna laksakin a omta, lou hoih taka kipanin leng nopna laksakin a omta a; grep huanah lasak himhim a omta kei dinga, husa noptuak himhim leng a om nawn sam kei ding: grep sukna khukte ah chila sukmi mi himhimin uain a chilkhe ta kei ding uh; grep laa kikou ka daisak ta.
11Therefore my heart sounds like a harp for Moab, and my inward parts for Kir Heres.
11Huaijiakin ka gilte lah Moab hehpihnain pekging bangin a ginga, ka gilsung lah Kir-heres hehpihnain pekging bangin a ging lai hi.
12It will happen that when Moab presents himself, when he wearies himself on the high place, and comes to his sanctuary to pray, that he will not prevail.
12Huan, hichi ahi dinga, Moab a kilat chiangin mun sanga kihihgima, thum dinga a mun siangthou a a hongpai chiangin a vuaksuak ding hi.
13This is the word that Yahweh spoke concerning Moab in time past.
13Huaite Moab tungthu TOUPAN tuma a gen ahi.Tuin bel TOUPAN, Kilohmi kum sima kum thum sungin Moab, thu pina, a mipi thupitakte nasanin, muhsithuaia omsakin a om dinga; a om sunt tawm chik mahmah, gen tham louh ahi ding uh, chiin a genta.
14But now Yahweh has spoken, saying, “Within three years, as a worker bound by contract would count them, the glory of Moab shall be brought into contempt, with all his great multitude; and the remnant will be very small and feeble.”
14Tuin bel TOUPAN, Kilohmi kum sima kum thum sungin Moab, thu pina, a mipi thupitakte nasanin, muhsithuaia omsakin a om dinga; a om sunt tawm chik mahmah, gen tham louh ahi ding uh, chiin a genta.
