Isaiah

53

1Who has believed our message? To whom has the arm of Yahweh been revealed?
1I thugen kuan a uma? Toupa khut kua kiangah ahia a kihil?
2For he grew up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground. He has no good looks or majesty. When we see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
2A maah thil pou nou tak bangin amah lah a dawn khe ngala, lei keu akipana zung bangin a khang khia hi: piandan hoihna leh mel kilawmna himhim a hei keia; amah I hum un amah I deih ding un kilawmna himhim a om kei.
3He was despised, and rejected by men; a man of suffering, and acquainted with disease. He was despised as one from whom men hide their face; and we didn’t respect him.
3Amah mihingte muhsit leh deihlouhin a oma; dahnate neimi leh natna theimi ahi a; amah laka I mai uh sel bang I hi ua, muhsitin a oma, en lah amah I ngaisang tuan kei uh.
4Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted.
4Aman I natnate puain, I dahnate leng a po ngeia: himahleh en bel dahna khu, Pathian vuak, hihgentheihin I bawl ngal ua.
5But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
5Ahihhangin I tatleknate jiakin amah liamin a oma, I thulimlouhna te jiakin vuak sidupin a om a: I lungmuanna dingin sawina a tungah a kiaa; a vuakna golhtea hihdamin I omta hi.
6All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and Yahweh has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
6I vek un belam bangin I vak mang ua; eimah lampi tuam chiat uah I pialta uh; Toupan amah tungah I vek ua thulimlouhna a ngata!
7He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he didn’t open his mouth. As a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep that before its shearers is mute, so he didn’t open his mouth.
7Amah nuaisiahin a oma, himahleh a kingainiama, a kam leng a ka kei; belam nou goh dinga pi uh bang leh, belam a mul metmite maa a dai dide bang maiin; ahi, a kam a ka kei.
8He was taken away by oppression and judgment; and as for his generation, who considered that he was cut off out of the land of the living and stricken for the disobedience of my people?
8Nuaisiahna leh vaihawmnaa lak mangin a oma; a dam tonpihte ngialin houh kuain ahia mihing gam akipan hihmana a om ngaihtuah mahmah? Ka mite tatlekna jiaka dahna khu-a om a hih
9They made his grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in his death; although he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
9Huan, hiamgam a hih ngei keia, a kamah khemna himhim om ngei kei mahleh, a han mi giloute kiang lamah seh sak ua, a sih nungin mi hausa kiang lamah a om hi.
10Yet it pleased Yahweh to bruise him. He has caused him to suffer. When you make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed. He shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Yahweh shall prosper in his hand.
10Ahihhangin Toupan, amah vuak sidup a ut him ahi; a dahsak ta ngeia: a hinna khelhna adia thillat dia na zat peuhpeuh chiangin, a chi suan a muta dinga, a damsung nite a sausak ding, Toupa deihlam lah a khutah lohchingin a om ding.
11After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light and be satisfied. My righteous servant will justify many by the knowledge of himself; and he will bear their iniquities.
11A kha nauvei-gim gah a mu dinga, a lungkimta ding: ka sikha diktat takin a theihnain mi tampi siam a tangsak dinga, a thulimlouhnate uh a puak sak ding.Huaijiakin mi liante tantuan bang amah ka hawm sam dinga, gallak sumte aman mi hatte a hawm sam ding; a hinna pen si khop hiala a sun buaka, talekte laka sim tela a om jiakin: himahleh mi tampi khelhna a puaa, talekte adingin a thumsak hi.
12Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he poured out his soul to death, and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
12Huaijiakin mi liante tantuan bang amah ka hawm sam dinga, gallak sumte aman mi hatte a hawm sam ding; a hinna pen si khop hiala a sun buaka, talekte laka sim tela a om jiakin: himahleh mi tampi khelhna a puaa, talekte adingin a thumsak hi.
