¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹Huan, TOUPAN Mosi a houpiha,

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,

²Israel suante houpih inla, a kiang uah, Na omna ding uh gam kon piak na tun chiang ua,

³and will make an offering by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a freewill offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, of the herd, or of the flock;

³TOUPA kianga meia thillat, halmang thillat hiam, thuchiam tangtung dinga na kithoihna uhiam, noumau utthu a thillat hiam, na ankuanglui hunbi uh hiam, ganhon laka hiam, belam hon laka hiam TOUPA adinga gimlim bawl ding hiama na lat chiang un:

⁴then he who offers his offering shall offer to Yahweh a meal offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of oil:

⁴TOUPA kianga thillat lanmi peuhin tangbuang thillat, tangbuang nelte epha mun sawma khena mun khat, sathau hin mun li akhena mun khata meka a lat ding ahi.

⁵and wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin, you shall prepare with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.

⁵Huan, dawnding thillat dia uain hin mun li akhena mun khat halmang thillat hiam, kithoihna hiama belamnou min kima na bawl ding uh ahi.

⁶“‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil:

⁶Huan, belamtala tangbuang thillat, tangbuang nelte, epha mun sawma khena mun nih, sathau hin mun thuma khena mun khat mek na bawl ding uh ahi.

⁷and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

⁷Huan, dawnding thillat dia TOUPA adinga gimlim dinga uain hin mun thuma khena mun khat na lat ding uh ahi.

⁸When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Yahweh;

⁸Halmang thillat dinga hiam, thuchiam tangtun dinga kithoihna ding hiam, TOUPA kianga lemna thillat ding hiama bawngtal na hih chiang un:

⁹then shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil:

⁹Bawngtal lat toh kitonin tangbuang thillat tangbuang nelte epha mun sawma khena mun thum sathau hin kimkhata mek na lat ding uh ahi.

¹⁰and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

¹⁰Huan, dawnding thillat dia uain hin kimkhat, TOUPA dinga gimlim meia thillat na lat ding uh ahi.

¹¹Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.

¹¹Huchibangin bawngtal te, belamte, belamnou apa te, kelnou te a min kim ua hih ding ahi.

¹²According to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.

¹²A tamdan uh dungjui jelin na bawl ding ua, a tamdan uh bangjelin na lan ding uhi.

¹³“‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

¹³Huai gama piang tengtengin hichibang jelin TOUPA adia gimlim meia thillat a lat chiang un a hih ding uhi.

¹⁴If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh; as you do, so he shall do.

¹⁴Huan, nam dang mi na kiang ua tengsa him hiam, kuapeuh na kiang ua teng jeljel dingte hiamten leng TOUPA adinga gimlim meia thillat lan nuam peuhin na hih bangbang ua a hih sam ding uh ahi.

¹⁵For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout your generations: as you are, so shall the foreigner be before Yahweh.

¹⁵Na suante u tan adinga mipite leh nam dang na kiang ua omte adin leng dan khat kia a om ding ahi; TOUPA maah nam dangte noumau bang geih ahi ding uh.

¹⁶One law and one ordinance shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”

¹⁶Nou ading leh na kiang ua nam dang omte adingin dan khat leh hindan kibang khat kia a om ding, chiin, chiin.

¹⁷Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁷Huan, TOUPAN Mosi a houpiha,

¹⁸“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,

¹⁸Israel suante houpih inla, a kiang uah, Hichi ahi dinga, ka honpina ding gam na vatun ua,

¹⁹then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Yahweh.

¹⁹Huai gam tanghou na nek chiang un, TOUPA kiangah vei thillat na lan ding uh ahi.

²⁰Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering: as the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.

²⁰Na tanghou mek masapen lak ua beu khat vei thillat dia na lat ding uh ahi: phuala vei thillat dia na vei bang un na vei ding uhi.

²¹Of the first of your dough you shall give to Yahweh a wave offering throughout your generations.

²¹Na suante uh tanin na tanghou mek masapen uh TOUPA kianga vei thillat dinga na lat jel ding uh ahi.

²²“‘When you shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which Yahweh has spoken to Moses,

²²Huan, hiai thupiak tengteng, TOUPAN Mosi kianga a gen, na zuih louh ua na bohsiat uleh,

²³even all that Yahweh has commanded you by Moses, from the day that Yahweh gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;

²³TOUPAN thu a piak tung akipana na suante uh tan adia Mosi zanga thu a piak tengteng,

²⁴then it shall be, if it be done unwittingly, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, with the meal offering of it, and the drink offering of it, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering.

²⁴Hichi bang ahi dinga, omkhawmten theiloua a hihkhak uh ahihleh, omkhawm tengtengin halmang thillat TOUPA dinga gimlim dingin bawng tuai khat a lan ding ua, a dan ngeina bangin tangbuang thillat leh dawn ding thillat toh, khelhna kithoihna dingin keltal khat leng a lan tel ding uh ahi.

²⁵The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error:

²⁵Huan, siampuin Israel suante omkhawm tengteng adingin lemna a bawl dinga, ngaihdam ahi ding uh, hihkhak ahihjiak leh a thillat uh. TOUPA adia meia thillat leh a hihkhelh uh tanga khelhna kithoihna a lattak jiak un:

²⁶and all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for in respect of all the people it was done unwittingly.

²⁶Israel suante omkhawm tengteng ngaihdam ahi ding ua, a lak ua nam dang omte leng; mipi tengtengin a hihkhak uh ahih jiakin.

²⁷“‘If one person sins unwittingly, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering.

²⁷Huan, min theiloua thil a hihkhelh leh khelhna kithoihna dingin kelnu khat kum khata upa a lat ding ahi.

²⁸The priest shall make atonement for the soul who errs, when he sins unwittingly, before Yahweh, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.

²⁸Thei loua TOUPA maa hihkhialmi adingin siampuin lemna a bawl ding hi; huchiin ngaihdam ahi ding,

²⁹You shall have one law for him who does anything unwittingly, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.

²⁹Thei loua hihkhialmi adin, Israel suante, huai gama piangte adin leh nam dangmi na lak ua omte dingin leng dan khat na neih ding uh ahi.

³⁰“‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Yahweh; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

³⁰Himahleh a kisaktheih jiaka hih ahihleh, huai gama piang hiam, nam dang hiam leng hileh TOUPA gensia ahi a: huai mi a chipihte laka kipan satkhiak ding ahi.

³¹Because he has despised the word of Yahweh, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.’”

³¹TOUPA thu a musita, a thupiak a bohsiat jiakin, huai mi satkhiak geih mai ding ahi, a thulimlouhna moh aman a po ding, chiin, chiin.

³²While the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.

³²Israel suante gamdaia a om lai un mi khat khawlnia singpua a mu ua,

³³Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

³³A singpuak mumiten Mosi leh Aron leh mipite kiangah a pi uh.

³⁴They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

³⁴Bangchia hih ding ahia chih genkhiak nailouh ahih jiakin tanna in ah a khum uh.

³⁵Yahweh said to Moses, “The man shall surely be put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”

³⁵Huan, TOUPAN Mosi kiangah, Huai mi hihlup ngeingei ding ahi, dainawl ah mipi tengtengin suanga a den ding uh ahi, a chi hi.

³⁶All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones; as Yahweh commanded Moses.

³⁶Huchiin TOUPAN Mosi thu a piak bangin mipi tengtengin dainawl ah a pi ua, suangin a denglumta uhi.

³⁷Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

³⁷Huan, TOUPAN Mosi a houpiha,

³⁸“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them that they should make themselves fringes or, tassels (Hebrew tzitzit) in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe or, tassel of each border a cord of blue:

³⁸Israel suante kiangah, a suante uh tanpha a a puan mong ua a gei bawl ding leh, a mong teng geia a dum khak dingin chiin:

³⁹and it shall be to you for a fringe or, tassel , that you may look on it, and remember all the commandments of Yahweh, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;

³⁹Huai a mong na et ua, TOUPA thupiak tengteng na theihgige ua na zuihna ding un leh; kijuaka na om jel bang ua na lungtang uh deih leh na mit uh la lampeuh deiha na om louhna ding un:

⁴⁰that you may remember and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

⁴⁰Ka thupiak tengteng na theihgige ua na zuih ua, na Pathian ua dinga na siangthou theihna ding un ahi.Na Pathian uh hi dinga Aigupta gam akipan nou honpikhepa TOUPA na pathian uh ka hi. Kei TOUPA na pathian uh ka hi, chiin.

⁴¹I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am Yahweh your God.”

⁴¹Na Pathian uh hi dinga Aigupta gam akipan nou honpikhepa TOUPA na pathian uh ka hi. Kei TOUPA na pathian uh ka hi, chiin.
