1He who is wounded in the stones, or has his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the assembly of Yahweh.
1Nevojde do shromaždenia Hospodinovho ten, ktorý by bol odmužený rozmliaždením semeníka, ani ten, ktorý by mal odrezaný úd výlevu.
2A bastard shall not enter into the assembly of Yahweh; even to the tenth generation shall none of his enter into the assembly of Yahweh.
2Nevojde do shromaždenia Hospodinovho syn nepoctivej lože, ani desiate pokolenie mu nevojde do shromaždenia Hospodinovho.
3An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into the assembly of Yahweh; even to the tenth generation shall none belonging to them enter into the assembly of Yahweh forever:
3Nevojde do shromaždenia Hospodinovho niktorý Ammonita ani Moábita, ani ich desiate pokolenie nevojde do shromaždenia Hospodinovho, až na veky,
4because they didn’t meet you with bread and with water in the way, when you came forth out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.
4pretože vám nevyšli v ústrety s chlebom a s vodou na ceste, keď ste išli z Egypta, a preto, že za mzdu najal proti tebe Baláma, syna Beorovho, z Petora v Aramejskom Medzirieči, aby ťa preklial.
5Nevertheless Yahweh your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam; but Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because Yahweh your God loved you.
5Avšak Hospodin, tvoj Bôh, nechcel počuť Baláma, ale Hospodin, tvoj Bôh, ti obrátil jeho kliatbu na požehnanie, lebo ťa miloval Hospodin, tvoj Bôh.
6You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever.
6Nebudeš hľadať ich pokoja ani ich dobrého po všetky svoje dni až na veky.
7You shall not abhor an Edomite; for he is your brother: you shall not abhor an Egyptian, because you lived as a foreigner in his land.
7Nebudeš si oškliviť Edomeja, lebo je tvoj brat. Nebudeš si oškliviť Egypťana, lebo si bol pohostínom v jeho zemi.
8The children of the third generation who are born to them shall enter into the assembly of Yahweh.
8Synovia, ktorí sa im zrodia, ich tretie pokolenie už vojde do shromaždenia Hospodinovho.
9When you go forth in camp against your enemies, then you shall keep yourselves from every evil thing.
9Keď vyjdeš táborom na svojich nepriateľov, vystríhať sa budeš každej zlej veci.
10If there is among you any man who is not clean by reason of that which happens him by night, then shall he go outside of the camp. He shall not come within the camp:
10Keď bude niekto medzi vami, kto nebude čistý pre nočnú príhodu, vyjde von za tábor, nevojde do tábora.
11but it shall be, when evening comes on, he shall bathe himself in water; and when the sun is down, he shall come within the camp.
11A keď sa bude chýliť k večeru, umyje sa vodou, a keď zajde slnko, vojde do tábora.
12You shall have a place also outside of the camp, where you shall go forth abroad:
12Budeš mať i miesto vonku za táborom, a ta budeš chodiť von.
13and you shall have a paddle among your weapons; and it shall be, when you sit down abroad, you shall dig therewith, and shall turn back and cover that which comes from you:
13A budeš mať i lopatku vo svojej výzbroji a keď budeš mať prisadnúť vonku, vykopeš ňou jamku a obrátiac sa prikryješ svoju nečistotu.
14for Yahweh your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up your enemies before you; therefore your camp shall be holy, that he may not see an unclean thing in you, and turn away from you.
14Lebo Hospodin, tvoj Bôh, sa prechodí prostred tvojho tábora, aby ťa vytrhoval a aby vydal tvojich nepriateľov pred tebou, a preto bude tvoj tábor svätý, aby nevidel u teba nejakej mrzkej veci, pre ktorú by sa odvrátil od teba.
15You shall not deliver to his master a servant who is escaped from his master to you:
15Nevydáš sluhu jeho pánovi, ktorý sa utečie k tebe od svojho pána.
16he shall dwell with you, in the midst of you, in the place which he shall choose within one of your gates, where it pleases him best: you shall not oppress him.
16S tebou bude bývať v tvojom strede na mieste, ktoré si vyvolí v niektorej z tvojich brán, kde sa mu bude ľúbiť. Nebudeš ho utláčať.
17There shall be no prostitute of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
17Nebude zasvätenej smilstvu zo dcér Izraelových, ani nebude zasväteného smilstvu zo synov Izraelových.
18You shall not bring the hire of a prostitute, or the wages of a dog, into the house of Yahweh your God for any vow: for even both these are an abomination to Yahweh your God.
18Nevnesieš mzdy smilnice ani platu psa do domu Hospodina, svojho Boha, nech by to bolo z jakéhokoľvek sľubu, lebo i to i to je ohavnosťou Hospodina, tvojho Boha.
19You shall not lend on interest to your brother; interest of money, interest of food, interest of anything that is lent on interest:
19Nepožičiaš svojmu bratovi na úrok, úrok od peňazí, úrok od pokrmu ani na úrok od nijakej veci, ktorá sa požičiava na úrok.
20to a foreigner you may lend on interest; but to your brother you shall not lend on interest, that Yahweh your God may bless you in all that you put your hand to, in the land where you go in to possess it.
20Cudziemu požičiaš na úrok, ale svojmu bratovi nepožičiaš na úrok, aby ťa požehnal Hospodin, tvoj Bôh, vo všetkom, na čo siahne tvoja ruka na zemi, do ktorej ideš, aby si ju zaujal do dedičstva.
21When you shall vow a vow to Yahweh your God, you shall not be slack to pay it: for Yahweh your God will surely require it of you; and it would be sin in you.
21Keď sľúbiš Hospodinovi, svojmu Bohu, sľub, bez odkladu ho splníš tak, ako si sľúbil; lebo istotne by to vyhľadal Hospodin, tvoj Bôh, od teba, a bol by na tebe hriech.
22But if you shall forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in you.
22Ale keď nebudeš sľubovať, nebude na tebe hriechu.
23That which is gone out of your lips you shall observe and do; according as you have vowed to Yahweh your God, a freewill offering, which you have promised with your mouth.
23No, to, čo vyšlo z tvojich rtov, budeš ostríhať, a učiníš tak, ako si sľúbil Hospodinovi, svojmu Bohu, dobrovoľne to, čo si vravel svojimi ústami.
24When you come into your neighbor’s vineyard, then you may eat of grapes your fill at your own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your vessel.
24Keď vojdeš do vinice svojho blížneho, naješ sa hrozna, koľko sa ti bude ľúbiť, do sýtosti, ale nedáš do svojej nádoby.
25When you come into your neighbor’s standing grain, then you may pluck the ears with your hand; but you shall not move a sickle to your neighbor’s standing grain.
25Keď vojdeš do stojaceho obilia svojho blížneho, keď budeš chcieť, natrháš si klasov svojou rukou, ale sa nezaženieš na obilie svojho blížneho kosákom.
