3In prinesimo skrinjo Boga svojega sem k sebi; kajti nismo vprašali po njej v dnevih Savlovih.

12David was afraid of God that day, saying, “How shall I bring the ark of God home to me?”

13So David didn’t move the ark to him into the city of David, but carried it aside into the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite.
13David torej ni odpravil skrinje k sebi v mesto Davidovo, temuč je krenil ž njo v hišo Obededoma Gatovca.In skrinja Božja je ostala z družino Obededomovo v hiši njegovi tri mesece; in GOSPOD je blagoslovil hišo Obededomovo in vse, kar je imel.
14The ark of God remained with the family of Obed-Edom in his house three months: and Yahweh blessed the house of Obed-Edom, and all that he had.
14In skrinja Božja je ostala z družino Obededomovo v hiši njegovi tri mesece; in GOSPOD je blagoslovil hišo Obededomovo in vse, kar je imel.
