Colossians

3

1If then you were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God.
1 Za kaŋ i n'araŋ tunandi Almasihu banda, araŋ ma hayey kaŋ yaŋ go beene ceeci, nango kaŋ Almasihu goono ga goro Irikoy kambe ŋwaaro gaa.
2Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth.
2 Araŋ ma laakal dake hayey kaŋ yaŋ go beena ra gaa, manti hayey kaŋ yaŋ go ndunnya ra gaa.
3For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
3 Zama araŋ bu no. Araŋ fundey mo goono ga tugu Almasihu banda Irikoy do.
4When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.
4 Waati kaŋ Almasihu kaŋ ga ti araŋ fundo ga bangay, araŋ mo ga bangay a banda darza ra.
5Put to death therefore your members which are on the earth: sexual immorality, uncleanness, depraved passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry;
6for which things’ sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience.
6 Woodin yaŋ sabbay se mo no Irikoy bine tuna goono ga kaa borey kaŋ ga wangu ka Irikoy gana yaŋ gaa.
7You also once walked in those, when you lived in them;
7 I game ra mo no araŋ n'araŋ diraw te waato, waato kaŋ araŋ goro hayey din ra.
8but now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth.
9Don’t lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings,
10and have put on the new man, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator,
10 Araŋ na boro* tajo faka mo kaŋ Irikoy, a Takakwa, goono ga tajandi bayray ra nga bumbo alhaalo boŋ.
11where there can’t be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondservant, freeman; but Christ is all, and in all.
11 Boro tajitara din ra fayanka si no: da Garekey no wala Yahudancey*, da dambanguyankoy wala boro kaŋ si dambangu, wala mebaraw, wala Sitancey _(danga mebaraw kulu koda)|_, wala bannya, wala burcini. Amma Almasihu no ga ti hay kulu, a go hay kulu ra mo.
12Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance;
12 Yaadin gaa, zama araŋ ya Irikoy suubananteyaŋ no, a hanantey no, da borey kaŋ a ga ba mo, kal araŋ ma bakaraw bine faka, da booriyaŋ, da boŋ kaynandiyaŋ, da lalabu, da suuru kuuku.
13bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
14Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.
14 Hayey din kulu boŋ, araŋ ma bara nda baakasinay, zama nga no g'araŋ haw care gaa gumo hal araŋ ma ciya afolloŋ.
15And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
15 Almasihu laakal kana mo m'araŋ biney may, zama laakal kanay wo se no i n'araŋ ce gaaham folloŋ ra. Araŋ ma saabu mo.
16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.
17Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.
17 Hay kulu mo kaŋ araŋ goono ga te, da sanni ra no wala goy ra no, araŋ m'a kulu te Rabbi Yesu maa ra ka Baaba Irikoy saabu a do.
18Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
18 Wandey, araŋ m'araŋ boŋ ye ganda araŋ kurnyey se, mate kaŋ a ga hima nd'a Rabbi ra.
19Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them.
20Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord.
20 Zankey, araŋ m'araŋ hayrey gana hay kulu ra, zama woodin no ga kaan Rabbi se.
21Fathers, don’t provoke your children, so that they won’t be discouraged.
22Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God.
22 Bannyey, araŋ m'araŋ koyey gana, kaŋ yaŋ ga ti ndunnya waney. Araŋ m'i gana hay kulu ra, manti waati kaŋ i goono g'araŋ guna hinne bo, zama se i ma maa araŋ kaani. Amma araŋ m'i gana nda bine folloŋ Rabbi humburkumay ra.
23And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,
24knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
24 Zama araŋ ga bay kaŋ Rabbi do araŋ ga du tubuyaŋ kaŋ ga ti araŋ alhakko. Wa may Rabbi Almasihu se!
25But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality.
25 Zama boro kaŋ ga laala te, i ga laala din yeti a se. Baar'a-baar'a si no mo.
