Daniel

12

1“At that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince who stands for the children of your people; and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone who shall be found written in the book.
Alwaati woodin mo no, i ga ni borey faaba, afo kulu kaŋ maa i gar hantumante tira ra.
2Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
2 Boro boobo mo kaŋ goono ga kani laabu bulungo ra mo ga hay. Afooyaŋ ga koy fundi hal abada ra, afooyaŋ mo ga koy haawi nda foyra kaŋ sinda me ra.
3Those who are wise shall shine as the brightness of the expanse; and those who turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.
3 Borey kaŋ yaŋ gonda laakal mo ga kaari danga beena batama nyaaleyaŋ. Boro kaŋ na boro boobo bare adilitaray do haray mo ga kaari danga handariyayzeyaŋ hala abada abadin.
4But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run back and forth, and knowledge shall be increased.”
4 Amma nin, ya Daniyel, ma sanno daabu, ma tira daabu nda kawaatimi hala alwaati bananta. Boro boobo mo ga soobay ka koy-da-ye te da zuray, bayray mo ga tonton.»
5Then I, Daniel, looked, and behold, two others stood, one on the river bank on this side, and the other on the river bank on that side.
5 Saaya din ay Daniyel, ay guna. A go, boro hinka fooyaŋ go ga kay isa me gaa, afa jabu woone gaa, afa mo ya-haray jabo gaa.
6One said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
6 Afo mo salaŋ da bora kaŋ go ga faka nda lin taafe, nga kaŋ go isa haro boŋ. A ne: «Man gaa jirbey misa hala dambara haro wo bananta ga to?»
7I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have made an end of breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
7 Kal ay maa bora kaŋ go ga faka nda lin* taafa din, nga kaŋ go isa haro boŋ, waato kaŋ a na nga kambe ŋwaari nda nga kambe wow sambu ka koy beene haray, a ze mo da nga kaŋ ga funa hal abada din. A ne: «I ga te alwaati nda alwaati hinka da alwaati jare jina. D'i na boro hanantey hino bagu-baguyaŋo te ka ban, gaa no hayey wo kulu ga ban.»
8I heard, but I didn’t understand: then I said, my lord, what shall be the issue of these things?
8 Ay maa, amma ay mana faham. Saaya din no ay ne: «Ya ay Koyo, man hayey wo kokora do?»
9He said, Go your way, Daniel; for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.
9 A ne: «Ya nin Daniyel, koy ni koyyaŋ, zama i na sanney daabu k'i kawaatimandi hala jirbey bananta.
10Many shall purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined; but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but those who are wise shall understand.
10 Boro boobo ga ngey boŋ hanandi ka ngey boŋ himandi ikwaarayyaŋ. I ga hanan mo. Amma boro laaley ga goy laaley te. Ilaaley ra mo fahamante si no, amma laakalkooney wo ga faham.
11From the time that the continual burnt offering shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred ninety days.
11 Alwaato kaŋ i ga sargay kaŋ i ga ton kaŋ si fappe din kaa, i na fanta hari laala kaŋ ga kazaamandi mo sinji, i ga te jirbi zambar fo nda zangu hinka nda wayga.
12Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred thirty-five days.
12 Albarkante mo no boro kaŋ suuru ka to hala jirbi zambar fo nda zangu hinza nda waranza cindi guwa din gaa.
13But go you your way until the end; for you shall rest, and shall stand in your lot, at the end of the days.
13 Amma ni ma koy ni koyyaŋ hala bananta ga to. Zama ni ga fulanzam, ni ga kay ni baa ra mo jirbey bananta ra.»
