1You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins,
1 Araŋ wo, waato araŋ go buukoyaŋ araŋ taaley d'araŋ zunubey sabbay se.
2in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the children of disobedience;
2 Hayey din ra no araŋ goro waato, saaya kaŋ araŋ goono ga ndunnya wo fondey d'a miiley gana. Araŋ goono ga may mo beene batama dabarikwa se. Nga ga ti biya* din _(Iblisi no)|_ kaŋ goono ga goy hala sohõ borey kaŋ yaŋ wangu ka Irikoy gana ra.
3among whom we also all once lived in the lust of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.
3 I game ra mo iri kulu n'iri gora te doŋ, iri bine* ibaay laaley ra. Iri goono ga bine ibaay d'iri fonguyaŋey gana. Iri zunubi daa kaŋ iri hay d'a sabbay se mo iri ciya boroyaŋ kaŋ se Irikoy bine ga tun, danga boro cindey cine.
4But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us,
4 Amma Irikoy ya arzakakoy no suuji ra. Zama a ba iri nda baakasinay bambata,
5even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
5 a n'iri funandi Almasihu banda. (A gomno do no a n'araŋ faaba.)
6and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
6 A n'iri tunandi Almasihu banda k'iri gorandi mo a banda beena ra Almasihu Yesu ra.
7that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus;
Gomno wo gonda arzaka kaŋ sinda me.
8for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
8 Zama gomni nooyaŋ do no Irikoy n'araŋ faaba, araŋ cimandiyaŋo do. _Faaba|_ wo mo, manti araŋ do no a fun, amma Irikoy nooyaŋ no.
9not of works, that no one would boast.
9 Manti te-goyey do no faaba fun, zama boro kulu ma si fooma nd'a.
10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.
10 Zama iri ya Irikoy kambe goyo no. A n'iri taka Almasihu ra hal iri ma goy hannoyaŋ te. Irikoy jin ka goy hanney din soola no zama iri ma dira i ra.
11Therefore remember that once you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “uncircumcision” by that which is called “circumcision,” (in the flesh, made by hands);
12that you were at that time separate from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of the promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
Araŋ sinda baa mo sappey kaŋ kaa alkawli do ra. Araŋ sinda beeje, araŋ sinda Irikoy ndunnya ra doŋ.
13But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off are made near in the blood of Christ.
13 Amma sohõ Almasihu Yesu ra araŋ kaŋ mooru waato din, Irikoy n'araŋ maanandi Almasihu kuro do.
14For he is our peace, who made both one, and broke down the middle wall of partition,
14 Zama nga no ga ti iri laakal kana.
15having abolished in the flesh the hostility, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man of the two, making peace;
15 waato kaŋ a na ibaretaray kaa nga gaahamo do, danga asariya* kaŋ gonda lordi* da farillayaŋ nooya. A na woodin te hal i boro hinka din ra a ma boro taji folloŋ taka nga bumbo ra. Yaadin no a na laakal kana te d'a.
16and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, having killed the hostility thereby.
16 A na woodin te mo hala gaaham folloŋ ra nga m'i boro hinka sasabandi Irikoy do nga kanjiyaŋ* bundo do, za kaŋ kanjiyaŋ bundo do no Almasihu na ibaretara din wi.
17He came and preached peace to you who were far off and to those who were near.
17 A kaa ka laakal kanay Baaru Hanna waazu araŋ kaŋ ga mooru se da ngey kaŋ yaŋ ga maan se mo.
18For through him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.
18 Zama a do no iri boro hinka gonda fondo ka furo Baabo do Biya folloŋ ra.
19So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God,
19 Yaadin gaa binde, araŋ wo manti yawyaŋ wala ce-yawyaŋ no, amma araŋ ya laab'izeyaŋ no hanantey banda, araŋ ya Irikoy almayaaliyaŋ mo no.
20being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone;
20 Irikoy n'araŋ cina mo diyey da annabey daba boŋ. Almasihu bumbo no ga ti cinaro bonjara.
21in whom the whole building, fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord;
21 Nga no ga cinaro kulu haw care gaa hal a ma soobay ka tonton ka ciya Irikoy fu hanna Rabbi ra.
22in whom you also are built together for a habitation of God in the Spirit.
22 A ra mo no i goono g'araŋ cina care banda hal araŋ ma ciya naŋ kaŋ Irikoy ga goro Biya _Hanno|_ ra.
