Isaiah

16

1Send the lambs for the ruler of the land from Selah to the wilderness, to the mountain of the daughter of Zion.
1 Wa feej'izeyaŋ samba laabo maykwa se, _gomni wane yaŋ|_ I ma tun d'ey Sela kaŋ go saajo ra ka koy Sihiyona ize wayo tondo boŋ.
2For it will be that as wandering birds, as a scattered nest, so will the daughters of Moab be at the fords of the Arnon.
2 Zama sanda curoyaŋ kaŋ goono ga te boŋdaray, Sanda fiti kaŋ i say-say, Yaadin cine no Mowab ize wayey ga hima Arnon gooro yawyaŋo do.
3Give counsel! Execute justice! Make your shade like the night in the midst of the noonday! Hide the outcasts! Don’t betray the fugitive!
4Let my outcasts dwell with you! As for Moab, be a hiding place for him from the face of the destroyer. For the extortioner is brought to nothing. Destruction ceases. The oppressors are consumed out of the land.
4 Naŋ Mowab zurantey ma goro ni banda, Ni ma ciya i se tuguyaŋ do hal i ma faaba ka fun halacikwa kamba ra.» Zama toonyante ban, halaciyaŋ gaze, Taamu-taamukwa daray laabo ra.
5A throne will be established in loving kindness. One will sit on it in truth, in the tent of David, judging, seeking justice, and swift to do righteousness.
5 Baakasinay suuji boŋ no karga ga sinji, Ciitiko mo ga goro a boŋ naanay ra Dawda bukka ra. A ga cimi ciiti ceeci, A ga cahã mo nga ma adilitaray goy te.
6We have heard of the pride of Moab, that he is very proud; even of his arrogance, his pride, and his wrath. His boastings are nothing.
6 Iri maa Mowab boŋbeera baaru, Boŋbeeraykoy no gumo hala nd'a boŋbeera d'a fundi beera d'a futa mo. Amma a sanney kulu yaamo no.
7Therefore Moab will wail for Moab. Everyone will wail. You will mourn for the raisin cakes of Kir Hareseth, utterly stricken.
7 Woodin sabbay se no Mowab ga kaati nga boŋ se, Borey kulu ga kaati no. Araŋ ga bu baray te Cir-Hareset reyzin takula se, Zama daahir ibare n'i kar ka zeeri.
8For the fields of Heshbon languish with the vine of Sibmah. The lords of the nations have broken down its choice branches, which reached even to Jazer, which wandered into the wilderness. Its shoots were spread abroad. They passed over the sea.
8 Zama Hesbon farey lakaw, Ngey nda Sibma reyzin tiksey. Reyzin fun-taji hanney na dumi cindey koyey zeeri. Kambey kaa ka to hala Yazer, I yandi kal i koy saaji fimbo ra, I salle mo hal i na teeko daaru.
9Therefore I will weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah. I will water you with my tears, Heshbon, and Elealeh: for on your summer fruits and on your harvest the battle shout has fallen.
9 Woodin sabbay se no ay ga hẽ Yazer se, Danga Sibma reyzin tiksey nooya. Ya Hesbon da Eleyale, ay g'araŋ tayandi d'ay mundey, Zama cilili kaŋ ni ga te kaydiya nafa nda ni heemar waate wano kulu boŋ, a ban.
10Gladness is taken away, and joy out of the fruitful field; and in the vineyards there will be no singing, neither joyful noise. Nobody will tread out wine in the presses. I have made the shouting stop.
10 Ay na bine kaani da farhã kaa fari albarkanta ra. Dooni da farhã kosongu mo si no reyzin kaley ra, Taamuko si no kaŋ ga reyzin taamu-taamu kankamyaŋo do, Ay naŋ reyzin wiyaŋ kosongo ma ban mo.
11Therefore my heart sounds like a harp for Moab, and my inward parts for Kir Heres.
11 Woodin se no ay bina goono ga hẽ sanda moolo beeri cine Mowab se, Ay bina ga hẽ gumo Cir-Hareset se.
12It will happen that when Moab presents himself, when he wearies himself on the high place, and comes to his sanctuary to pray, that he will not prevail.
12 A ga ciya mo, waati kaŋ i di kaŋ Mowab na nga boŋ fargandi nga tudey boŋ sududuyaŋ nangey do, Kal a ga kaa nga nangu hananta do ka te adduwa, Amma yaamo no.
13This is the word that Yahweh spoke concerning Moab in time past.
13 Sanney kaŋ Rabbi ci Mowab boŋ waato jirbey ra din nooya.
14But now Yahweh has spoken, saying, “Within three years, as a worker bound by contract would count them, the glory of Moab shall be brought into contempt, with all his great multitude; and the remnant will be very small and feeble.”
