1Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded.
1 Hay kulu kaŋ Rabbi ci Musa se, yaadin mo no Musa ci Israyla izey se.
2When a man vows a vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
2 Musa salaŋ Israyla izey kundey jine borey se ka ne: «Yaa no Rabbi ci:
3“Also when a woman vows a vow to Yahweh, and binds herself by a bond, being in her father’s house, in her youth,
3 Da alboro fo na alkawli sambu Rabbi se, wala mo a na zeyaŋ fo ze ka nga boŋ jarandi nda jaraw, kulu a sanno ma si tun. Mate kulu kaŋ a ci da nga meyo, kal a m'a toonandi.
4and her father hears her vow, and her bond with which she has bound her soul, and her father holds his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
4 Woone mo, nga no ga ti mate kaŋ i ga te da wayboro fo na alkawli fo sambu Rabbi se, wala a na nga boŋ jarandi nda jaraw fo waato kaŋ a go nga baabo windo ra, a wandiyay waate.
5But if her father disallow her in the day that he hears, none of her vows, or of her bonds with which she has bound her soul, shall stand: and Yahweh will forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
5 Da wandiya baabo maa a sarto, sanda, jarawo kaŋ a sambu nga boŋ gaa, baabo mo dangay a se, kulu a sarto ga goro. Hay kulu kaŋ a sambu nga boŋ gaa mo si tun.
6“If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul,
6 Amma da baabo wang'a se za hano kaŋ a maa r'a, kulu waybora sartey, wala jaraw kulu kaŋ a sambu nga boŋ gaa, i si no. Rabbi mo g'a yaafa a se, zama a baabo wangu a se.
7and her husband hears it, and hold his peace at her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her bonds with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
7 Da wayboro hiiji, kaŋ sarti fo go a boŋ, wala sanni yaŋ kaŋ a te me waasay ra ka jare;
8But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he shall make void her vow which is on her, and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul: and Yahweh will forgive her.
8 da kurnyo maa r'a, a dangay a se mo hano kaŋ hane a maa din, yaadin gaa waybora sartey ga goro. Jarawey kaŋ yaŋ a sambu nga boŋ gaa din mo, i go no.
9“But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul, shall stand against her.
9 Amma hano kaŋ hane kurnyo maa r'a, d'a wangu a se, kulu waybora sarto kaŋ go a boŋ din, kurnyo g'a tunandi. Sanney mo kaŋ yaŋ a ci me waasay ra ka nga boŋ jarandi nd'a, i si no a boŋ. Rabbi mo g'a yaafa a se.
10“If she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
10 Amma wayboro kaŋ kurnye bu, wala boro kaŋ i fay, hay kulu kaŋ a sambu nga boŋ gaa ga goro a boŋ.
11and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and didn’t disallow her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she bound her soul shall stand.
11 D'a na sarti sambu za a go kurnyo fu ra, wala mo a ze ka jaraw fo sambu,
12But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband has made them void; and Yahweh will forgive her.
12 a kurnyo mo maa r'a, ka dangay a boŋ, a mana wangu, kulu yaadin gaa a sartey kulu ga goro a boŋ. Jaraw kulu kaŋ a sambu nga boŋ mo si tun.
13Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
13 Amma da kurnyo na waybora sanney tunandi hano kaŋ hane a maa r'ey, yaadin gaa hay kulu kaŋ fatta waybora meyo ra, kaŋ a na alkawli sambu nga ga te, wala mo jarawo kaŋ go a boŋ din, i si no a boŋ. A kurnyo n'i tunandi nooya. Rabbi mo g'a yaafa waybora se.
14But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows, or all her bonds, which are on her: he has established them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
14 Sarti wala za-jinde kulu kaŋ wayboro sambu nga boŋ gaa, a kurnyo gonda dabari a m'i tabbatandi, wala a m'i tunandi.
15But if he shall make them null and void after that he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.”
15 Amma da kurnyo dangay siw! zaari ka koy zaari, kulu yaadin gaa a na waybora sartey tabbatandi no. A jarawey kulu kaŋ a jare, a kurnyo n'i tabbatandi, za kaŋ a dangay waybora se hano kaŋ hane a maa r'ey.
16These are the statutes, which Yahweh commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.
16 Amma d'a ye k'i tunandi woodin banda, kulu a ga waybora taalo jare.»
17 Woodin yaŋ no ga ti farilla sanney kaŋ yaŋ Rabbi ci Musa se, mate kaŋ a bara kurnye nda wande game ra, wala baaba nda nga ize way game ra, kaŋ a go baabo windo ra ga goro a wandiyay waate.
