Revelation

6

1I saw that the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as with a voice of thunder, “Come and see!”
2And behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow. A crown was given to him, and he came forth conquering, and to conquer.
2 Ay guna kal ay di bari kwaaray fo. Bora kaŋ goono ga goro a boŋ mo gonda biraw. I n'a no koytaray fuula, a fatta mo da saaya ka te zaama.
3When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come!”
3 Alwaato kaŋ a na kawaatimi hinkanta feeri, ay maa fundikooni hinkanta goono ga ne: «Kaa!»
4Another came forth, a red horse. To him who sat on it was given power to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another. There was given to him a great sword.
4 Bari fo mo fatta, bari ciray no. Bora kaŋ goono ga goro a boŋ mo, i naŋ a ma laakal kanay ta ndunnya gaa, hala borey ma care wi. I n'a no takuba bambata mo.
5When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come and see!” And behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a balance in his hand.
5 Alwaato kaŋ a na kawaatimi hinzanta feeri, ay maa fundikooni hinzanta goono ga ne: «Kaa!» Ay guna kal ay di bari bi fo. Bora kaŋ go ga goro a boŋ mo gonda tiŋay neesiji nga kamba ra.
6I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A choenix of wheat for a denarius, and three choenix of barley for a denarius! Don’t damage the oil and the wine!”
6 Ay maa koyne sanda jinde fo fundikooni taaca din game ra kaŋ ne: «Alkama muudu fo, zaari fo goy banandi, sayir* muudu hinza, zaari fo goy banandi, ji nda duvan* mo, ma si i sara.»
7When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see!”
7 Alwaato kaŋ a na kawaatimi taacanta feeri mo, ay maa fundikooni taacanta jinda kaŋ goono ga ne: «Kaa!»
8And behold, a pale horse, and he who sat on it, his name was Death. Hades followed with him. Authority over one fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword, with famine, with death, and by the wild animals of the earth was given to him.
8 Ay guna kal ay di bari boosa fo. Bora kaŋ goono ga goro a boŋ mo, a maa ga ti Buuyaŋ, Alaahara mo go g'a banda gana. I n'i no dabari ndunnya kanandi taaci ra afo boŋ i m'a wi da takuba, da haray, da buuyaŋ, da ndunnya ganji hamey mo.
9When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed for the Word of God, and for the testimony of the Lamb which they had.
9 Alwaato kaŋ a na kawaatimi guwanta feeri, borey kaŋ yaŋ i wi Irikoy sanno da seeda kaŋ i te sabbay se, ay di i fundey go sargay* feema cire.
10They cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, Master, the holy and true, until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”
10 I kuuwa nda jinde beeri ka ne: «Ya Koy Beero hanna da Cimi-Cimo wano, waatifo no ni ga ciiti da ndunnya gorokoy k'iri kuro bana i boŋ?»
11A long white robe was given to each of them. They were told that they should rest yet for a while, until their fellow servants and their brothers, who would also be killed even as they were, should complete their course.
11 Kala i n'i boro fo kulu no kwaay kwaaray yaŋ ka ne i se i ma fulanzam kayna jina, hal i tamtaray hangasiney d'i nya-izey, kaŋ yaŋ i g'i wi sanda mate kaŋ i n'i wi din, i jama ma kubay.
12I saw when he opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake. The sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became as blood.
12 Ay guna koyne, alwaato kaŋ a na kawaatimi iddanta feeri. Kala laabu zinjiyaŋ bambata te. Wayna mo bare ka ciya ibi sanda bufu zaara kaŋ i te da hamni. Hando kulu mo bare ka ciya sanda kuri.
13The stars of the sky fell to the earth, like a fig tree dropping its unripe figs when it is shaken by a great wind.
13 Beene handariyayzey fun ka kaŋ ndunnya boŋ, sanda waati kaŋ haw bambata na jeejay* nya zinji k'a izey kaŋ mana nin dooru ganda.
14The sky was removed like a scroll when it is rolled up. Every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
14 Beene batama mo bara sanda tira kaŋ i g'a kunkuni. Tondi beeri kulu da gungu kulu mo fun ngey nangey ra.
15The kings of the earth, the princes, the commanding officers, the rich, the strong, and every slave and free person, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains.
15 Ndunnya bonkooney, da boro beerey, da wongu nyaŋey, da arzakantey, da gaabikooney, da bannyey da burciney kulu, i na ngey boŋ tugu guusey ra da tondi kuukey tondey game ra.
16They told the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb,
16 I goono ga ne tondi kuukey da tondey se: «Wa kaŋ iri boŋ, k'iri tugu nga kaŋ goono ga goro karga boŋ se da Feej'izo futa mo se.
17for the great day of his wrath has come; and who is able to stand?”
17 Zama i futay zaari bambata kaa. May no ga hin ka kay mo?»
