1He showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of Yahweh, and Satan standing at his right hand to be his adversary.
1 Rabbi n'ay cabe mo alfaga* beero Yesuwa. A go ga kay Rabbi malayka jine, Saytan mo go ga kay a kambe ŋwaaro gaa zama nga ma Yesuwa kalima.
2Yahweh said to Satan, “Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?”
2 Rabbi malayka ne Saytan se mo: «Ya Saytan, Rabbi ma deeni ni gaa. Oho, Rabbi kaŋ na Urusalima suuban ma deeni ni gaa. Woone, manti tuuri nune-me no kaŋ i kaa danji ra?»
3Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the angel.
3 Yesuwa binde go ga daabu nda bankaaray ziiboyaŋ, a go ga kay malayka jine.
4He answered and spoke to those who stood before him, saying, “Take the filthy garments off of him.” To him he said, “Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with rich clothing.”
4 Malayka salaŋ ngey kaŋ goono ga kay a jine yaŋ se ka ne: «W'a bankaaray ziibey din kaa a gaa.» A salaŋ Yesuwa mo se ka ne: «Guna, ay naŋ ni zunubo ma fun ni gaa. Ay ga ni daabu mo nda bankaaray darzante yaŋ.»
5I said, “Let them set a clean turban on his head.” So they set a clean turban on his head, and clothed him; and the angel of Yahweh was standing by.
5 Ay ne mo: «I ma boŋtobay hanante didiji a boŋo gaa.» I binde na boŋtobay hananta didiji a boŋo gaa, i na bankaaray mo daŋ a gaa. Rabbi malayka goono ga kay noodin.
6The angel of Yahweh protested to Joshua, saying,
6 Kala Rabbi malayka kaseeti Yesuwa gaa ka ne:
7“Thus says Yahweh of Armies: ‘If you will walk in my ways, and if you will follow my instructions, then you also shall judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you a place of access among these who stand by.
7 «Yaa no Rabbi Kundeykoyo ci: Da ni n'ay fondey gana, k'ay lordey haggoy, waato din gaa no ni ga hin ka may ay windo ra, ni g'ay windi batamey batu. Ay ga ni no fondo mo kaŋ ni ga furo borey kaŋ yaŋ goono ga kay neewo din game ra.
8Hear now, Joshua the high priest, you and your fellows who sit before you; for they are men who are a sign: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant, the Branch.
8 Ya nin alfaga beero Yesuwa, ma hanga jeeri, nin da ni caley kaŋ yaŋ goono ga goro ni jine, zama borey din wo misayaŋ no. Zama guna, ay g'ay tamo fattandi, kaŋ ga ti Tuuri Kamba.
9For, behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua; on one stone are seven eyes: behold, I will engrave its engraving,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
9 Zama tondo kaŋ ay daŋ Yesuwa jine neeya, tondi folloŋ kaŋ gonda moyduma iyye. Guna, ay ga hantum fooyaŋ jabu. Ay ga laabo wo zunubo kaa mo zaari folloŋ ra. Yaadin no Rabbi Kundeykoyo ci.
10In that day,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘you will invite every man his neighbor under the vine and under the fig tree.’”
