1The hand of Yahweh was on me, and he brought me out in the Spirit of Yahweh, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones.
1 Rabbi na nga kamba dake ay boŋ, a n'ay sambu ka konda ay nga Biya ra. A n'ay jisi gooru fo bindi ra, a to da biriyaŋ mo.
1The hand of Jehovah was upon me, and he brought me out in the Spirit of Jehovah, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones.
2He caused me to pass by them all around: and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and behold, they were very dry.
2 A n'ay bisandi i game ra, i windanta. A go mo, i ga baa gumo gooro batama ra, guna ikogoyaŋ mo no karaw.
2And he caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.
3He said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? I answered, Lord Yahweh, you know.
3 A ne ay se: «Boro izo, a ga hin ka te woone yaŋ wo ma funa, wala?» Ay mo tu a se ka ne: «Ya Rabbi, Koy Beero, nin no ga bay.»
3And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord Jehovah, thou knowest.
4Again he said to me, Prophesy over these bones, and tell them, you dry bones, hear the word of Yahweh.
4 A ye ka ne ay se: Ma annabitaray te biriyey wo boŋ ka ne i se: «Ya araŋ biri kogey, wa maa Rabbi sanno!»
4Again he said unto me, Prophesy over these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of Jehovah.
5Thus says the Lord Yahweh to these bones: Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live.
5 Yaa no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci biriyey wo se: A go, ay ga naŋ fulanzamyaŋ ma furo araŋ ra, araŋ ga funa mo.
5Thus saith the Lord Jehovah unto these bones: Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live.
6I will lay sinews on you, and will bring up flesh on you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I am Yahweh.
6 Ay ga kaajiyaŋ daŋ araŋ gaa, ya kande basi ka daabu araŋ gaa, ya araŋ daabu nda kuuru, ya fulanzamyaŋ daŋ araŋ ra, araŋ ga funa mo. Araŋ ga bay mo kaŋ ay no ga ti Rabbi.
6And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.
7So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, an earthquake; and the bones came together, bone to its bone.
7 Ay binde na annabitaray te, mate kaŋ cine i n'ay lordi nd'a din. Ay goono ga annabitara te mo, kala dunduyaŋ fo te, laabo jijiri. Biriyey mo margu-margu ka dabu care gaa, biri fo kulu nda nga cala, i dabu care gaa.
7So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and, behold, an earthquake; and the bones came together, bone to its bone.
8I saw, and, behold, there were sinews on them, and flesh came up, and skin covered them above; but there was no breath in them.
8 Ay guna mo, kala ay di kaajiyaŋ go i gaa, basi zay, kuuru mo n'i daabu, amma fulanzamyaŋ si no i ra jina.
8And I beheld, and, lo, there were sinews upon them, and flesh came up, and skin covered them above; but there was no breath in them.
9Then he said to me, Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and tell the wind, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.
Yaadin no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci.
9Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
10So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army.
10 Ay binde na annabitara te mate kaŋ cine a n'ay lordi nd'a. Fulanzamyaŋo mo kaa i ra, hal i funa. I tun ka kay ngey cey gaa, wongu jama bambata no, kaŋ ga beeri gumo.
10So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.
11Then he said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are clean cut off.
11 Kal a ne ay se: «Ya boro izo, biriyey din, Israyla dumo jama no. A go mo, borey goono ga ne: ‹Iri biriyey koogu, iri na laakal kaa, i n'iri pati parkatak.›
11Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are clean cut off.
12Therefore prophesy, and tell them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, my people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel.
12 Ni binde ma annabitaray te ka ne i se: Ya ay borey, a go, ay g'araŋ saarayey fiti, ya araŋ fattandi ka kaa araŋ saarayey ra. Ay ga kande araŋ mo Israyla laabo ra. Yaadin no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci.
12Therefore prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, O my people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel.
13You shall know that I am Yahweh, when I have opened your graves, and caused you to come up out of your graves, my people.
13 Araŋ ga bay kaŋ ay no ga ti Rabbi, waati kaŋ cine ay n'araŋ saarayey fiti, k'araŋ fattandi ka kaa araŋ saarayey ra, ya ay borey.
13And ye shall know that I am Jehovah, when I have opened your graves, and caused you to come up out of your graves, O my people.
14I will put my Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land: and you shall know that I, Yahweh, have spoken it and performed it, says Yahweh.
14 Ay g'ay Biya daŋ araŋ ra hal araŋ ma funa. Ya araŋ gorandi araŋ bumbey laabo ra mo. Waato din gaa no araŋ ga bay kaŋ ay, Rabbi no ka ci, ay n'a toonandi mo. Yaadin no Rabbi ci.»
14And I will put my Spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I will place you in your own land: and ye shall know that I, Jehovah, have spoken it and performed it, saith Jehovah.
15The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,
15 Rabbi sanno ye ka kaa ay do ka ne:
15The word of Jehovah came again unto me, saying,
16You, son of man, take one stick, and write on it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write on it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:
16 Ni binde, boro izo, ma goobu fo sambu. Ni ma hantum a gaa: «Yahuda nda Israyla izey kaŋ nga nd'ey ga hangasinay sabbay se.» Ma goobu fo mo sambu koyne. Nga mo ni ga hantum a gaa: «Yusufu sabbay se, danga Ifraymu nda Israyla dumo kulu kaŋ nga nd'ey ga hangasinay goobo no.»
16And thou, son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and [for] all the house of Israel his companions:
17and join them for you one to another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.
17 M'i margu ka te goobu folloŋ, i ma ciya afolloŋ ni kambe ra.
17and join them for thee one to another into one stick, that they may become one in thy hand.
18When the children of your people shall speak to you, saying, Will you not show us what you mean by these?
18 Da ni borey izey ga ni hã ka ne: «Ni si woone yaŋ kaŋ go ni se feerijo kaa taray iri se bo?»
18And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not show us what thou meanest by these?
19tell them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions; and I will put them with it, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in my hand.
19 kala ni ma ne i se: Yaa no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci: A go, ay ga Yusufu goobo sambu, wo kaŋ go Ifraymu kambe ra, da Israyla kundey kaŋ nga nd'ey ga hangasinay, ya i margu nda Yahuda goobo. Ay g'i ciya goobu folloŋ, i ga ciya afolloŋ mo ay kambe ra.
19say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions; and I will put them with it, [even] with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in my hand.
20The sticks whereon you write shall be in your hand before their eyes.
20 Goobey kaŋ gaa ni ga hantumo te ga goro ni kambe ra, borey ga di ey mo.
20And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thy hand before their eyes.
21Say to them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, where they are gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
21 Ni ma ye ka ne i se koyne: Yaawo no Rabbi, Koy Beero ci: A go, ay ga Israyla izey sambu ka fun d'ey dumi cindey ra, nangey kulu kaŋ i koy. Ay g'i margu ka fun d'ey kuray kulu, ya kand'ey ngey laabo ra.
21And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, whither they are gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
22and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all; and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all;

22and I will make them one nation in the land, upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all; and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all;
23neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.
23 I si ye mo ka ngey boŋ ziibandi koyne ngey toorey, da ngey fanta harey, da ngey hartayaŋey kulu ra. Amma ay g'i faaba i nangorayey kulu ra naŋ kaŋ i na zunubi te, ay g'i hanandi mo. Yaadin gaa no i ga ciya ay jama, ay mo ga ciya i Irikoyo.
23neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will save them out of all their dwelling-places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.
24My servant David shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my ordinances, and observe my statutes, and do them.

26Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in their midst forevermore.
