1Now after the Sabbath, as it began to dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb.
1 Asibto* banda, jirbi iyya zaari sintina susubay za da hinay, kala Maryama Magdaliya bora da Maryama fa mo, i koy ka saara guna.
1Now late on the sabbath day, as it began to dawn toward the first [day] of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
2Behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from the sky, and came and rolled away the stone from the door, and sat on it.
2 Kala laabu zinjiyaŋ bambata fo te, zama Irikoy malayka no ka zumbu ka fun beene, a kaa ka tondo gunguray ka goro a boŋ.
2And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled away the stone, and sat upon it.
3His appearance was like lightning, and his clothing white as snow.
3 A takanta ga hima beene maliyaŋ cine, a bankaaray mo ga kwaaray no sanda neezu* cine.
3His appearance was as lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
4For fear of him, the guards shook, and became like dead men.
4 Kaŋ batukoy ga humbur'a se kal i gaahamey jijiri, i ciya sanda buukoyaŋ.
4and for fear of him the watchers did quake, and became as dead men.
5The angel answered the women, “Don’t be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus, who has been crucified.
5 Amma malayka ne wayborey se: «Araŋ wo, ma si humburu, zama ay bay kaŋ Yesu no araŋ goono ga ceeci, nga kaŋ i kanji.
5And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye; for I know that ye seek Jesus, who hath been crucified.
6He is not here, for he has risen, just like he said. Come, see the place where the Lord was lying.
6 Amma a si neewo, zama a tun, sanda mate kaŋ cine a ci din. Wa kaa day ka di. Nango kaŋ Rabbi kani neeya.
6He is not here; for he is risen, even as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
7Go quickly and tell his disciples, ‘He has risen from the dead, and behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there you will see him.’ Behold, I have told you.”
7 Araŋ binde ma koy da waasi ka ci a talibey se kaŋ a bu ka tun. Wa guna mo, a goono ga koy Galili araŋ jine. Araŋ ga di a noodin. To, ay ya day ci araŋ se.»
7And go quickly, and tell his disciples, He is risen from the dead; and lo, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
8They departed quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring his disciples word.
8 I binde fun saara do da waasi da humburkumay da farhã bambata. I zuru nda waasi zama ngey ma konda baaro a talibey se.
8And they departed quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring his disciples word.
9As they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” They came and took hold of his feet, and worshiped him.
9 Yesu bumbo kuband'ey ka ne: «Wa fofo!» Ngey mo kaa k'a cey di ka sududu a se.
9And behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and took hold of his feet, and worshipped him.
10Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Go tell my brothers The word for “brothers” here may be also correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” that they should go into Galilee, and there they will see me.”
10 Gaa no Yesu ne i se: «Wa si humburu bo. Wa koy ka ci ay nya-izey se i ma koy Galili. I ga di ay noodin.»
10Then saith Jesus unto them, Fear not: go tell my brethren that they depart into Galilee, and there shall they see me.
11Now while they were going, behold, some of the guards came into the city, and told the chief priests all the things that had happened.
11 I go koyyaŋo gaa fonda boŋ, kala batuko fooyaŋ furo kwaara ra ka ci alfaga beerey se hay kulu kaŋ te.
11Now while they were going, behold, some of the guard came into the city, and told unto the chief priests all the things that were come to pass.
12When they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave a large amount of silver to the soldiers,
12 Ngey mo margu nangu folloŋ, ngey nda arkusey mo ka saaware. I na soojey no nooru boobo
12And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave much money unto the soldiers,
13saying, “Say that his disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
13 ka ne: «Araŋ ma ne: ‹A talibey no ka kaa cino ra k'a zay waato kaŋ iri goono ga jirbi.›
13saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
14If this comes to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him and make you free of worry.”
14 Da woodin du ka to dabarikoono hanga ra, kulu iri mo ga hin a k'araŋ waa da laakal tunay.»
14And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and rid you of care.
15So they took the money and did as they were told. This saying was spread abroad among the Jews, and continues until this day.
15 Ngey mo na nooro ta. I koy ka te mate kaŋ cine i n'i dondonandi nd'a din. Sanno wo koy mo nangu kulu Yahudancey game ra hala hõ.
15So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying was spread abroad among the Jews, [and continueth] until this day.
16But the eleven disciples went into Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had sent them.
16 Amma a talibi way cindi fa din koy Galili hala tondo kaŋ Yesu ci i se din do.
16But the eleven disciples went into Galilee, unto the mountain where Jesus had appointed them.
17When they saw him, they bowed down to him, but some doubted.
17 Waato kaŋ i di Yesu, i sududu a se, amma boro fooyaŋ sikka.
17And when they saw him, they worshipped [him]; but some doubted.
18Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.
18 Yesu binde kaa i do ka salaŋ i se ka ne: «Dabari kulu, beene nda ganda wane, i n'i no ay se.
18And Jesus came to them and spake unto them, saying, All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth.
19 Go, TR and NU add “therefore” and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

19Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit:
20 teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
20 k'i dondonandi i ma hari kulu te kaŋ ay n'araŋ lordi nd'a. Wa guna mo, ay go araŋ banda duumi hala zamana bananta.»
20teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.
