¹“This is the thing that you shall do to them to make them holy, to minister to me in the priest’s office: take one young bull and two rams without blemish,

²unleavened bread, unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil: you shall make them of fine wheat flour.

²புளிப்பில்லா அப்பத்தையும், எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்த புளிப்பில்லா அதிரசங்களையும், எண்ணெய் பூசப்பட்ட புளிப்பில்லா அடைகளையும் கோதுமையின் மெல்லியமாவினால்பண்ணி,

³You shall put them into one basket, and bring them in the basket, with the bull and the two rams.

⁴You shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the Tent of Meeting, and shall wash them with water.

⁵You shall take the garments, and put on Aaron the coat, the robe of the ephod, the ephod, and the breastplate, and clothe him with the skillfully woven band of the ephod;

⁶and you shall set the turban on his head, and put the holy crown on the turban.

⁷Then you shall take the anointing oil, and pour it on his head, and anoint him.

⁸You shall bring his sons, and put coats on them.

⁹You shall clothe them with belts, Aaron and his sons, and bind headbands on them: and they shall have the priesthood by a perpetual statute: and you shall consecrate Aaron and his sons.

¹⁰“You shall bring the bull before the Tent of Meeting: and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands on the head of the bull.

¹¹You shall kill the bull before Yahweh, at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

¹¹பின்பு நீ அந்தக் காளையை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்து வாசலண்டையிலே கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் அடித்து,

¹²You shall take of the blood of the bull, and put it on the horns of the altar with your finger; and you shall pour out all the blood at the base of the altar.

¹²அதின் இரத்தத்தில் கொஞ்சம் எடுத்து, உன் விரலினால் பலிபீடத்தின் கொம்புகள்மேல் இட்டு, மற்ற இரத்தம் முழுவதையும் பலிபீடத்தின் அடியிலே ஊற்றி,

¹³You shall take all the fat that covers the innards, the cover of the liver, the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, and burn them on the altar.

¹³குடல்களை மூடிய கொழுப்பு யாவையும், கல்லீரலின்மேலுள்ள சவ்வையும், இரண்டு குண்டிக்காய்களையும், அவைகளின்மேலுள்ள கொழுப்பையும் எடுத்து, பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகித்துப்போட்டு,

¹⁴But the flesh of the bull, and its skin, and its dung, you shall burn with fire outside of the camp: it is a sin offering.

¹⁴காளையின் மாம்சத்தையும் அதின் தோலையும் அதின் சாணியையும் பாளயத்துக்குப் புறம்பே அக்கினியால் சுட்டெரிக்கக்கடவாய்; இது பாவநிவாரணபலி.

¹⁵“You shall also take the one ram; and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands on the head of the ram.

¹⁶You shall kill the ram, and you shall take its blood, and sprinkle it around on the altar.

¹⁶அந்தக் கடாவை அடித்து, அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பிடித்து, பலிபீடத்தின் மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளித்து,

¹⁷You shall cut the ram into its pieces, and wash its innards, and its legs, and put them with its pieces, and with its head.

¹⁷ஆட்டுக்கடாவைச் சந்துசந்தாகத்துண்டித்து, அதின் குடல்களையும் அதின் தொடைகளையும் கழுவி, அவைகளை அந்தத் துண்டங்களின்மேலும் அதின் தலையின்மேலும் வைத்து,

¹⁸You shall burn the whole ram on the altar: it is a burnt offering to Yahweh; it is a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to Yahweh.

¹⁹“You shall take the other ram; and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands on the head of the ram.

¹⁹பின்பு மற்ற ஆட்டுக்கடாவையும் கொண்டுவந்து நிறுத்துவாயாக; அதினுடைய தலையின்மேல் ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் தங்கள் கைகளை வைக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

²⁰Then you shall kill the ram, and take some of its blood, and put it on the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and on the tip of the right ear of his sons, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the big toe of their right foot, and sprinkle the blood around on the altar.

²¹You shall take of the blood that is on the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it on Aaron, and on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him: and he shall be made holy, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.

²²Also you shall take some of the ram’s fat, the fat tail, the fat that covers the innards, the cover of the liver, the two kidneys, the fat that is on them, and the right thigh (for it is a ram of consecration),

²³and one loaf of bread, one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer out of the basket of unleavened bread that is before Yahweh.

²³கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் வைத்திருக்கிற புளிப்பில்லா அப்பங்களுள்ள கூடையில் ஒரு அப்பத்தையும் எண்ணெயிட்ட அப்பமாகிய ஒரு அதிரசத்தையும் ஒரு அடையையும் எடுத்து,

²⁴You shall put all of this in Aaron’s hands, and in his sons’ hands, and shall wave them for a wave offering before Yahweh.

²⁴அவைகள் எல்லாவற்றையும் ஆரோனின் உள்ளங்கைகளிலும் அவன் குமாரரின் உள்ளங்கைகளிலும் வைத்து, அவைகளைக் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் அசைவாட்டப்படும் காணிக்கையாக அசைவாட்டி,

²⁵You shall take them from their hands, and burn them on the altar on the burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma before Yahweh: it is an offering made by fire to Yahweh.

²⁶“You shall take the breast of Aaron’s ram of consecration, and wave it for a wave offering before Yahweh: and it shall be your portion.

²⁶ஆரோனுடைய பிரதிஷ்டையின் ஆட்டுக்கடாவிலே மார்க்கண்டத்தை எடுத்து, அதைக் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் அசைவாட்டப்படும் காணிக்கையாக அசைவாட்டக்கடவாய்; அது உன் பங்காயிருக்கும்.

²⁷You shall sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the thigh of the wave offering, which is waved, and which is heaved up, of the ram of consecration, even of that which is for Aaron, and of that which is for his sons:

²⁷மேலும், ஆரோனுடைய பிரதிஷ்டைக்கும் அவன் குமாரருடைய பிரதிஷ்டைக்கும் நியமித்த ஆட்டுக்கடாவில் அசைவாட்டப்படுகிற மார்க்கண்டத்தையும் ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கப்படுகிற முன்னந்தொடையையும் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்துவாயாக.

²⁸and it shall be for Aaron and his sons as their portion forever from the children of Israel; for it is a wave offering: and it shall be a wave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifices of their peace offerings, even their wave offering to Yahweh.

²⁸அது ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கிற படைப்பானதினால், இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பலியிடுகிறவைகளில் அவைகளே நித்திய கட்டளையாக ஆரோனையும் அவன் குமாரரையும் சேர்வதாக; இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கிற சமாதானபலிகளில் அவைகளே ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கும் படைப்பாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

²⁹“The holy garments of Aaron shall be for his sons after him, to be anointed in them, and to be consecrated in them.

²⁹ஆரோனின் பரிசுத்த வஸ்திரங்கள், அவனுக்குப்பின், அவனுடைய குமாரரைச் சேரும்; அவர்கள் அவைகளை உடுத்திக்கொண்டு, அபிஷேகம்பண்ணப்பட்டுப் பிரதிஷ்டையாக்கப்படுவார்கள்.

³⁰Seven days shall the son who is priest in his place put them on, when he comes into the Tent of Meeting to minister in the holy place.

³⁰அவனுடைய குமாரரில் அவன் பட்டத்திற்கு வருகிற ஆசாரியன் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தில் ஆராதனை செய்வதற்கு ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கும்போது, அவைகளை ஏழுநாள்மட்டும் உடுத்திக்கொள்ளக்கடவன்.

³¹“You shall take the ram of consecration, and boil its flesh in a holy place.

³¹பிரதிஷ்டையின் ஆட்டுக்கடாவைக் கொண்டுவந்து, அதின் மாம்சத்தைப் பரிசுத்த இடத்தில் வேவிப்பாயாக.

³²Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

³²அந்த ஆட்டுக்கடாவின் மாம்சத்தையும், கூடையிலிருக்கிற அப்பத்தையும், ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரத்தின் வாசலிலே புசிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

³³They shall eat those things with which atonement was made, to consecrate and sanctify them: but a stranger shall not eat of it, because they are holy.

³³அவர்களைப் பிரதிஷ்டைப்பண்ணிப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தும்பொருட்டு, அவைகளால் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்டபடியால், அவைகளை அவர்கள் புசிக்கக்கடவர்கள்; அந்நியனோ அவைகளைப் புசிக்கலாகாது; அவைகள் பரிசுத்தமானவைகள்.

³⁴If anything of the flesh of the consecration, or of the bread, remains to the morning, then you shall burn the remainder with fire: it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.

³⁴பிரதிஷ்டையின் மாம்சத்திலும் அப்பத்திலும் ஏதாகிலும் விடியற்காலம் மட்டும் மீந்திருந்ததானால், அதை அக்கினியாலே சுட்டெரிப்பாயாக; அது புசிக்கப்படலாகாது, அது பரிசுத்தமானது.

³⁵“You shall do so to Aaron, and to his sons, according to all that I have commanded you. You shall consecrate them seven days.

³⁶Every day you shall offer the bull of sin offering for atonement: and you shall cleanse the altar, when you make atonement for it; and you shall anoint it, to sanctify it.

³⁶பாவநிவிர்த்திக்காக ஒவ்வொரு நாளிலும் ஒவ்வொரு காளையைப் பாவ நிவாரண பலியாகப் பலியிட்டு; பலிபீடத்துக்காகப் பிராயச்சித்தம் செய்தபின், அந்தப் பலிபீடத்தைச் சுத்திசெய்யவேண்டும்; அதைப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தும்படி அதை அபிஷேகம்பண்ணக்கடவாய்.

³⁷Seven days you shall make atonement for the altar, and sanctify it: and the altar shall be most holy; whatever touches the altar shall be holy.

³⁷ஏழுநாளளவும் பலிபீடத்திற்காகப் பிராயச்சித்தஞ்செய்து, அதைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்கக்கடவாய்; பலிபீடமானது மகா பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கும்; பலிபீடத்தைத் தொடுகிறதெல்லாம் பரிசுத்தமாகும்.

³⁸“Now this is that which you shall offer on the altar: two lambs a year old day by day continually.

³⁸பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் நீ பலியிடவேண்டியது என்னவெனில்; இடைவிடாமல் ஒவ்வொருநாளிலும் ஒருவயதான இரண்டு ஆட்டுக்குட்டிகளைப் பலியிடவேண்டும்.

³⁹The one lamb you shall offer in the morning; and the other lamb you shall offer at evening:

³⁹ஒரு ஆட்டுக்குட்டியைக் காலையிலும், மற்ற ஆட்டுக்குட்டியை மாலையிலும் பலியிடுவாயாக.

⁴⁰and with the one lamb a tenth part of an ephah 1 ephah is about 22 litres or about 2/3 of a bushel of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil, and the fourth part of a hin of wine for a drink offering.

⁴⁰ஒரு மரக்காலிலே பத்திலொரு பங்கானதும், இடித்துப் பிழிந்த காற்படி எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்ததுமாகிய மெல்லிய மாவையும், பானபலியாகக் கால்படி திராட்சரசத்தையும், ஒரு ஆட்டுக்குட்டியுடனே படைப்பாயாக.

⁴¹The other lamb you shall offer at evening, and shall do to it according to the meal offering of the morning, and according to its drink offering, for a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to Yahweh.

⁴¹மற்ற ஆட்டுக்குட்டியை மாலையிலே பலியிட்டு, காலையிலே செலுத்தின போஜனபலிக்கும் பானபலிக்கும் ஒத்தபிரகாரம் அதைக் கர்த்தருக்குச் சுகந்த வாசனையான தகனபலியாகப் படைக்கக்கடவாய்.

⁴²It shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the Tent of Meeting before Yahweh, where I will meet with you, to speak there to you.

⁴²உன்னுடனே பேசும்படி நான் உங்களைச் சந்திக்கும் இடமாயிருக்கிற ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தினுடைய வாசலாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியிலே, உங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் செலுத்தப்படவேண்டிய நித்திய சர்வாங்க தகனபலி இதுவே.

⁴³There I will meet with the children of Israel; and the place shall be sanctified by my glory.

⁴³அங்கே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரைச் சந்திப்பேன்; அந்த ஸ்தலம் என்னுடைய மகிமையினால் பரிசுத்தமாக்கப்படும்.

⁴⁴I will sanctify the Tent of Meeting and the altar: Aaron also and his sons I will sanctify, to minister to me in the priest’s office.

⁴⁴ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தையும் பலிபீடத்தையும் நான் பரிசுத்தமாக்குவேன்; எனக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யும்படிக்கு, ஆரோனையும் அவன் குமாரரையும் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தி,

⁴⁵I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.

⁴⁵இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் நடுவே நான் வாசம்பண்ணி, அவர்களுக்குத் தேவனாயிருப்பேன்.

⁴⁶They shall know that I am Yahweh their God, who brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I might dwell among them: I am Yahweh their God.

⁴⁶தங்கள் நடுவே நான் வாசம்பண்ணும்படி, தங்களை எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணின நான் தங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் என்று அவர்கள் அறிவார்கள்; நானே அவர்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்.
