¹Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.

¹கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள், அவர் நல்லவர்; அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது.

²Let Israel now say that his loving kindness endures forever.

²அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளதென்று இஸ்ரவேல் சொல்வதாக.

³Let the house of Aaron now say that his loving kindness endures forever.

³அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளதென்று, ஆரோனின் குடும்பத்தார் சொல்வார்களாக.

⁴Now let those who fear Yahweh say that his loving kindness endures forever.

⁴அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளதென்று, கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவர்கள் சொல்வார்களாக.

⁵Out of my distress, I called on Yah. Yah answered me with freedom.

⁵நெருக்கத்திலிருந்து கர்த்தரை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டேன், கர்த்தர் என்னைக் கேட்டருளி விசாலத்திலே வைத்தார்.

⁶Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

⁶கர்த்தர் என் பட்சத்தில் இருக்கிறார், நான் பயப்படேன்; மனுஷன் எனக்கு என்ன செய்வான்?

⁷Yahweh is on my side among those who help me. Therefore I will look in triumph at those who hate me.

⁷எனக்கு அநுகூலம் பண்ணுகிறவர்கள் நடுவில் கர்த்தர் என் பட்சத்தில் இருக்கிறார்; என் சத்துருக்களில் சரிக்கட்டுதலைக் காண்பேன்.

⁸It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man.

⁸மனுஷனை நம்புவதைப்பார்க்கிலும், கர்த்தர் பேரில் பற்றுதலாயிருப்பதே நலம்.

⁹It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in princes.

⁹பிரபுக்களை நம்புவதைப்பார்க்கிலும் கர்த்தர் பேரில் பற்றுதலாயிருப்பதே நலம்.

¹⁰All the nations surrounded me, but in the name of Yahweh, I cut them off.

¹⁰எல்லா ஜாதியாரும் என்னை வளைந்து கொள்ளுகிறார்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தினால் அவர்களைச் சங்கரிப்பேன்.

¹¹They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me. In the name of Yahweh I indeed cut them off.

¹¹என்னைச் சுற்றிலும் வளைந்து கொள்ளுகிறார்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தினால் அவர்களைச் சங்கரிப்பேன்.

¹²They surrounded me like bees. They are quenched like the burning thorns. In the name of Yahweh I cut them off.

¹²தேனீக்களைப்போல என்னை வளைந்துகொள்ளுகிறார்கள்; முள்ளில் பற்றின நெருப்பைப்போல அணைந்து போவார்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தினால் அவர்களைச் சங்கரிப்பேன்.

¹³You pushed me back hard, to make me fall, but Yahweh helped me.

¹³நான் விழும்படி நீ என்னைத் தள்ளினாய்; கர்த்தரோ எனக்கு உதவி செய்தார்.

¹⁴Yah is my strength and song. He has become my salvation.

¹⁴கர்த்தர் என் பெலனும், என் கீதமுமானவர்; அவர் எனக்கு இரட்சிப்புமானார்.

¹⁵The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous. “The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly.

¹⁵நீதிமான்களுடைய கூடாரங்களில் இரட்சிப்பின் கெம்பீர சத்தம் உண்டு; கர்த்தரின் வலதுகரம் பராக்கிரமஞ்செய்யும்.

¹⁶The right hand of Yahweh is exalted! The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly!”

¹⁶கர்த்தரின் வலதுகரம் உயர்ந்திருக்கிறது; கர்த்தரின் வலதுகரம் பராக்கிரமஞ்செய்யும்.

¹⁷I will not die, but live, and declare Yah’s works.

¹⁷நான் சாவாமல், பிழைத்திருந்து, கர்த்தருடைய செய்கைகளை விவரிப்பேன்.

¹⁸Yah has punished me severely, but he has not given me over to death.

¹⁸கர்த்தர் என்னை வெகுவாய்த் தண்டித்தும், என்னைச் சாவுக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கவில்லை.

¹⁹Open to me the gates of righteousness. I will enter into them. I will give thanks to Yah.

¹⁹நீதியின் வாசல்களைத் திறவுங்கள்; நான் அவைகளுக்குள் பிரவேசித்துக் கர்த்தரைத் துதிப்பேன்.

²⁰This is the gate of Yahweh; the righteous will enter into it.

²⁰கர்த்தரின் வாசல் இதுவே; நீதிமான்கள் இதற்குள் பிரவேசிப்பார்கள்.

²¹I will give thanks to you, for you have answered me, and have become my salvation.

²¹நீர் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, எனக்கு இரட்சிப்பாயிருந்தபடியால், நான் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்.

²²வீடுகட்டுகிறவர்கள் ஆகாதென்று தள்ளின கல்லே, மூலைக்குத் தலைக்கல்லாயிற்று.

²³This is Yahweh’s doing. It is marvelous in our eyes.

²³அது கர்த்தராலே ஆயிற்று, அது நம்முடைய கண்களுக்கு ஆச்சரியமாயிருக்கிறது.

²⁴This is the day that Yahweh has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!

²⁴இது கர்த்தர் உண்டுபண்ணின நாள்; இதிலே களிகூர்ந்து மகிழக்கடவோம்.

²⁵Save us now, we beg you, Yahweh! Yahweh, we beg you, send prosperity now.

²⁵கர்த்தாவே, இரட்சியும்; கர்த்தாவே, காரியத்தை வாய்க்கப்பண்ணும்.

²⁶Blessed is he who comes in the name of Yahweh! We have blessed you out of the house of Yahweh.

²⁶கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தினாலே வருகிறவர் ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கப்பட்டவர்; கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திலிருந்து உங்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறோம்.

²⁷Yahweh is God, and he has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the altar.

²⁷கர்த்தர் நம்மைப் பிரகாசிப்பிக்கிற தேவனாயிருக்கிறார்; பண்டிகைப் பலியைக் கொண்டுபோய் பலிபீடத்தின் கொம்புகளில் கயிறுகளால் கட்டுங்கள்.

²⁸You are my God, and I will give thanks to you. You are my God, I will exalt you.

²⁸நீர் என் தேவன், நான் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; நீர் என் தேவன், நான் உம்மை உயர்த்துவேன்.

²⁹Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.

²⁹கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள், அவர் நல்லவர்; அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது.
