1Then he brought me back by the way of the outer gate of the sanctuary, which looks toward the east; and it was shut.
1แล้วท่านก็นำข้าพเจ้ากลับมาตามทางของประตูของสถานบริสุทธิ์ห้องนอก ซึ่งหันหน้าไปทางตะวันออก และประตูนั้นปิดอยู่
2Yahweh said to me, This gate shall be shut; it shall not be opened, neither shall any man enter in by it; for Yahweh, the God of Israel, has entered in by it; therefore it shall be shut.
2พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับข้าพเจ้าว่า "ประตูนี้จะปิดอยู่เรื่อยไป อย่าให้เปิดและไม่ให้ใครเข้าไปทางนี้ เพราะพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอลได้เสด็จเข้าไปทางนี้ เพราะฉะนั้นจึงให้ปิดไว้
3As for the prince, he shall sit therein as prince to eat bread before Yahweh; he shall enter by the way of the porch of the gate, and shall go out by the way of the same.
3เฉพาะเจ้านายเท่านั้น คือเจ้านาย ท่านจะประทับเสวยพระกระยาหารต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์ในประตูนี้ได้ ท่านจะต้องเข้ามาทางมุขของหอประตูและต้องออกไปตามทางเดียวกัน"
4Then he brought me by the way of the north gate before the house; and I looked, and behold, the glory of Yahweh filled the house of Yahweh: and I fell on my face.
4แล้วท่านก็นำข้าพเจ้ามาตามทางของประตูเหนือมาที่ข้างหน้าพระนิเวศ และข้าพเจ้ามองดู และดูเถิด สง่าราศีของพระเยโฮวาห์ก็เต็มพระนิเวศของพระเยโฮวาห์ และข้าพเจ้าก็ซบหน้าลงถึงดิน
5Yahweh said to me, Son of man, mark well, and see with your eyes, and hear with your ears all that I tell you concerning all the ordinances of the house of Yahweh, and all its laws; and mark well the entrance of the house, with every exit of the sanctuary.
5และพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับข้าพเจ้าว่า "บุตรแห่งมนุษย์เอ๋ย จงตั้งใจให้ดี ทุกสิ่งที่เราจะบอกเจ้าเกี่ยวกับกฎทั้งสิ้นของพระนิเวศของพระเยโฮวาห์ และราชบัญญัติทั้งสิ้นของพระนิเวศนั้น จงดูด้วยตาของเจ้า และฟังด้วยหูของเจ้า และจดจำเรื่องทางเข้าพระนิเวศและทางออกจากสถานบริสุทธิ์ให้ดี
6You shall tell the rebellious, even to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: you house of Israel, let it suffice you of all your abominations,
6แล้วจงบอกแก่วงศ์วานที่มักกบฏ คือวงศ์วานอิสราเอลว่า องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า โอ วงศ์วานอิสราเอลเอ๋ย ขอให้การที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียนทั้งสิ้นของเจ้าสิ้นสุดเสียทีเถิด
7in that you have brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to profane it, even my house, when you offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant, to add to all your abominations.
7คือการที่เจ้าพาคนต่างด้าวที่มิได้เข้าสุหนัตทางจิตใจและเนื้อหนังเข้ามาในสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเรา กระทำให้สถานนั้น คือพระนิเวศของเรามัวหมอง เมื่อเจ้าถวายอาหารของเราแก่เรา คือไขมันและเลือด สิ่งเหล่านี้ได้ทำลายพันธสัญญาของเราด้วยการอันน่าสะอิดสะเอียนทั้งสิ้นของเจ้า
8You have not performed the duty of my holy things; but you have set performers of my duty in my sanctuary for yourselves.
8และเจ้ามิได้ดูแลรักษาสิ่งบริสุทธิ์ของเรา แต่เจ้าได้ตั้งคนเฝ้าให้ดูแลรักษาอยู่ในสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเรา เพื่อประโยชน์แก่ตัวเจ้าเอง
9Thus says the Lord Yahweh, No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any foreigners who are among the children of Israel.
9องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าจึงตรัสดังนี้ว่า อย่าให้คนต่างด้าว ที่มิได้เข้าสุหนัตทางจิตใจคนและเนื้อหนังคือชนต่างด้าวทั้งสิ้นที่อยู่ท่ามกลางชนชาติอิสราเอลเข้าไปในสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเรา
10But the Levites who went far from me, when Israel went astray, who went astray from me after their idols, they shall bear their iniquity.
10แต่คนเลวีผู้ที่ได้ไปไกลจากเรา หลงไปจากเราไปติดตามรูปเคารพของเขาเมื่อคนอิสราเอลหลงไปนั้น จะต้องได้รับโทษความชั่วช้าของตน
11Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having oversight at the gates of the house, and ministering in the house: they shall kill the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.
11เขาทั้งหลายจะต้องปรนนิบัติอยู่ในสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเรา ตรวจตราดูอยู่ที่ประตูพระนิเวศ และปฏิบัติอยู่ในพระนิเวศ เขาจะฆ่าเครื่องเผาบูชาและเครื่องสัตวบูชาให้ประชาชน และเขาจะต้องคอยเฝ้าประชาชน เพื่อจะรับใช้เขาทั้งหลาย
12Because they ministered to them before their idols, and became a stumbling block of iniquity to the house of Israel; therefore have I lifted up my hand against them, says the Lord Yahweh, and they shall bear their iniquity.
12เพราะเขาทั้งหลายได้ปรนนิบัติประชาชนอยู่หน้ารูปเคารพของเขา จึงทำให้วงศ์วานอิสราเอลตกอยู่ในความชั่วช้า องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสว่า เพราะฉะนั้นเราจึงได้ปฏิญาณด้วยเรื่องเขาทั้งหลายว่า เขาทั้งหลายจะต้องได้รับโทษความชั่วช้าของเขา
13They shall not come near to me, to execute the office of priest to me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, to the things that are most holy; but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
13อย่าให้เขาทั้งหลายเข้ามาใกล้เรา เพื่อจะรับใช้เราในตำแหน่งปุโรหิต หรือเข้ามาใกล้สิ่งบริสุทธิ์ใดๆของเราในที่บริสุทธิ์ที่สุดนั้น แต่เขาต้องทนรับความอับอายขายหน้า และการอันน่าสะอิดสะเอียนทั้งหลายซึ่งเขาได้กระทำนั้น
14Yet will I make them performers of the duty of the house, for all its service, and for all that shall be done therein.
14แต่ถึงกระนั้นเราจะกำหนดให้เขาเป็นผู้ดูแลพระนิเวศ ให้กระทำบริการทั้งสิ้นและกระทำสิ่งที่ต้องกระทำในพระนิเวศนั้นทั้งสิ้น
15But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, who performed the duty of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister to me; and they shall stand before me to offer to me the fat and the blood, says the Lord Yahweh:
15แต่ปุโรหิตคนเลวี บรรดาบุตรชายของศาโดก ผู้ยังดูแลสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเรา เมื่อคนอิสราเอลหลงไปจากเรานั้น องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสว่า ให้เขาเข้ามาใกล้เราเพื่อปรนนิบัติเรา และให้คอยรับใช้เรา ที่จะถวายไขมันและเลือด
16they shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister to me, and they shall keep my instruction.
16เขาจะเข้ามาในสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเราได้ และให้เขาเข้ามาใกล้โต๊ะของเราเพื่อจะปรนนิบัติเรา และให้เขารักษาคำกำชับของเรา
17It shall be that, when they enter in at the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments; and no wool shall come on them, while they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within.
17ต่อมาเมื่อเขาเข้าประตูลานชั้นในนั้น ให้เขาสวมเสื้อผ้าป่าน อย่าให้เขามีสิ่งใดที่ทำด้วยขนแกะเลยขณะเมื่อเขาทำการปรนนิบัติอยู่ที่ประตูลานชั้นใน และอยู่ข้างใน
18They shall have linen tires on their heads, and shall have linen breeches on their waists; they shall not clothe themselves with anything that causes sweat.
18ให้เขาสวมมาลาป่านไว้เหนือศีรษะ และสวมกางเกงผ้าป่านเพียงเอว อย่าให้เขาคาดตัวด้วยสิ่งใดที่ให้มีเหงื่อ
19When they go forth into the outer court, even into the outer court to the people, they shall put off their garments in which they minister, and lay them in the holy rooms; and they shall put on other garments, that they not sanctify the people with their garments.
19และเมื่อเขาออกไปยังลานนอก คือไปยังลานนอกเพื่อไปหาประชาชน ให้เขาเปลื้องเสื้อผ้าชุดที่ปรนนิบัติงานนั้นออกเสีย และวางไว้เสียในห้องบริสุทธิ์ แล้วจึงสวมเสื้อผ้าอื่น เกรงว่าเขาจะนำความบริสุทธิ์ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ไปติดต่อกับประชาชนด้วยเสื้อผ้าของเขา
20Neither shall they shave their heads, nor allow their locks to grow long; they shall only cut off the hair of their heads.
20อย่าให้เขาโกนศีรษะหรือปล่อยให้มวยผมยาว ให้เขาเพียงแต่ขลิบผมบนศีรษะของเขาเท่านั้น
21Neither shall any of the priests drink wine, when they enter into the inner court.
21เมื่อปุโรหิตเข้าไปในลานชั้นในจะดื่มเหล้าองุ่นไม่ได้
22Neither shall they take for their wives a widow, nor her who is put away; but they shall take virgins of the seed of the house of Israel, or a widow who is the widow of a priest.
22อย่าให้ปุโรหิตแต่งงานกับหญิงม่ายหรือหญิงที่ถูกหย่าแล้ว แต่ให้แต่งงานกับหญิงพรหมจารีจากเชื้อสายแห่งวงศ์วานอิสราเอล หรือหญิงม่ายซึ่งเป็นหญิงม่ายของปุโรหิต
23They shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the common, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
23เขาทั้งหลายจะต้องสั่งสอนประชาชนของเราถึงความแตกต่างระหว่างของบริสุทธิ์และของสามัญ และกระทำให้เขาสังเกตแยกแยะระหว่างของมลทินกับของสะอาดได้
24In a controversy they shall stand to judge; according to my ordinances shall they judge it: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my appointed feasts; and they shall make my Sabbaths holy.
24ถ้ามีคดี เขาจะต้องกระทำหน้าที่ผู้พิพากษา และเขาจะต้องพิพากษาตามคำตัดสินของเรา ในบรรดางานเทศกาลตามกำหนดของเรานั้นเขาจะต้องรักษาราชบัญญัติและกฎเกณฑ์ของเรา และเขาจะต้องรักษาวันสะบาโตทั้งหลายของเราให้บริสุทธิ์
25They shall go in to no dead person to defile themselves; but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister who has had no husband, they may defile themselves.
25อย่าให้เขากระทำตัวให้เป็นมลทินด้วยเข้าไปใกล้ผู้ตาย เว้นแต่เป็นบิดาหรือมารดาหรือบุตรชายหรือบุตรสาว หรือพี่น้องผู้ชายหรือพี่น้องผู้หญิงที่ไม่มีสามี ก็จะกระทำตัวให้เป็นมลทินได้
26After he is cleansed, they shall reckon to him seven days.
26หลังจากที่เขารับการชำระแล้ว มีกำหนดอีกเจ็ดวัน
27In the day that he goes into the sanctuary, into the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering, says the Lord Yahweh.
27องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสว่า ในวันที่เขาเข้าไปในสถานบริสุทธิ์ คือที่ลานชั้นในเพื่อจะปรนนิบัติอยู่ในสถานบริสุทธิ์ เขาจะต้องถวายเครื่องบูชาไถ่บาปเสียก่อน
28They shall have an inheritance: I am their inheritance; and you shall give them no possession in Israel; I am their possession.
28นั่นจะเป็นมรดกของเขา เราเป็นมรดกของเขา และเจ้าจะไม่ต้องให้เขาถือกรรมสิทธิ์ใดๆในอิสราเอล เราเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของเขา
29They shall eat the meal offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; and every devoted thing in Israel shall be theirs.
29ให้เขารับประทานเครื่องธัญญบูชา เครื่องบูชาไถ่บาป และเครื่องบูชาไถ่การละเมิด และทุกสิ่งที่ถวายไว้ในอิสราเอลจะเป็นของเขาทั้งหลาย
30The first of all the first fruits of every thing, and every offering of everything, of all your offerings, shall be for the priest: you shall also give to the priests the first of your dough, to cause a blessing to rest on your house.
30และผลไม้ดีที่สุดของผลไม้รุ่นแรกทุกชนิดและของถวายทุกชนิดจากเครื่องถวายบูชาทั้งสิ้นของเจ้าจะเป็นของบรรดาปุโรหิตทั้งหลาย เจ้าจงมอบแป้งเปียกผลแรกของเจ้าให้แก่ปุโรหิต เพื่อว่าพระพรจะมีอยู่เหนือครัวเรือนของเจ้า
31The priests shall not eat of anything that dies of itself, or is torn, whether it be bird or animal.
31ปุโรหิตจะต้องไม่รับประทานสิ่งใดๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนกหรือสัตว์ที่ตายเองหรือถูกฉีกกัดตาย"
