1He brought me back to the door of the house; and behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward; (for the forefront of the house was toward the east;) and the waters came down from under, from the right side of the house, on the south of the altar.
1ภายหลังท่านก็นำข้าพเจ้ากลับมาที่ประตูพระนิเวศ และดูเถิด มีน้ำไหลออกมาจากใต้ธรณีประตูพระนิเวศตรงไปทางทิศตะวันออก เพราะพระนิเวศหันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันออก และน้ำไหลลงมาจากข้างล่าง ทางด้านขวาของพระนิเวศ ทิศใต้ของแท่นบูชา
2Then he brought me out by the way of the gate northward, and led me round by the way outside to the outer gate, by the way of the gate that looks toward the east; and behold, there ran out waters on the right side.
2แล้วท่านจึงนำข้าพเจ้าออกมาทางประตูเหนือ และนำข้าพเจ้าอ้อมไปภายนอกถึงประตูชั้นนอก ซึ่งหันหน้าไปทางตะวันออก และดูเถิด น้ำนั้นออกมาทางด้านขวา
3When the man went forth eastward with the line in his hand, he measured one thousand cubits, and he caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the ankles.
3ชายผู้นั้นได้เดินไปทางตะวันออกมีเชือกวัดอยู่ในมือ ท่านวัดได้หนึ่งพันศอก แล้วนำข้าพเจ้าลุยน้ำไป และน้ำลึกเพียงตาตุ่ม
4Again he measured one thousand, and caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the knees. Again he measured one thousand, and caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the waist.
4แล้วท่านก็วัดได้อีกหนึ่งพัน แล้วนำข้าพเจ้าลุยน้ำไปและน้ำลึกถึงเข่า แล้วท่านก็วัดได้อีกหนึ่งพัน แล้วนำข้าพเจ้าลุยน้ำไป น้ำนั้นลึกเพียงเอว
5Afterward he measured one thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass through; for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed through.
5ภายหลังท่านก็วัดได้อีกหนึ่งพัน และกลายเป็นแม่น้ำที่ข้าพเจ้าลุยข้ามไม่ได้ เพราะน้ำนั้นขึ้นแล้วลึกพอที่จะว่ายได้ เป็นแม่น้ำที่ลุยข้ามไม่ได้
6He said to me, Son of man, have you seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the bank of the river.
6และท่านพูดกับข้าพเจ้าว่า "บุตรแห่งมนุษย์เอ๋ย เจ้าเห็นสิ่งนี้หรือ" แล้วท่านก็พาข้าพเจ้ากลับมาตามฝั่งแม่น้ำ
7Now when I had returned, behold, on the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
7ขณะเมื่อข้าพเจ้ากลับ ดูเถิด ข้าพเจ้าเห็นต้นไม้มากมายอยู่ที่ฝั่งแม่น้ำทั้งสองฟาก
8Then he said to me, These waters issue forth toward the eastern region, and shall go down into the Arabah; and they shall go toward the sea; into the sea shall the waters go which were made to issue forth; and the waters shall be healed.
8และท่านพูดกับข้าพเจ้าว่า "น้ำนี้ไหลตรงไปทางท้องถิ่นตะวันออก และไหลลงไปถึงทะเลทราย แล้วลงไปถึงทะเล และเมื่อน้ำไหลออกมานั้นไปถึงน้ำทะเล น้ำนั้นก็กลับจืดดี
9It shall happen, that every living creature which swarms, in every place where the rivers come, shall live; and there shall be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters have come there, and the waters of the sea shall be healed, and everything shall live wherever the river comes.
9ต่อมาแม่น้ำนั้นไปถึงที่ไหน ทุกสิ่งที่มีชีวิตซึ่งแหวกว่ายไปมาก็จะมีชีวิตได้ และที่นั่นมีปลามากมายเพราะว่าน้ำนี้ไปถึงที่นั่นน้ำทะเลก็จืด เพราะฉะนั้นแม่น้ำไปถึงไหน ทุกสิ่งก็มีชีวิต
10It shall happen, that fishermen shall stand by it: from En Gedi even to En Eglaim shall be a place for the spreading of nets; their fish shall be after their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.
10ต่อมาชาวประมงก็จะยืนอยู่ที่ข้างทะเล จากเอนเกดีถึงเอนเอกลาอิม จะเป็นที่สำหรับตากอวน ปลาในที่นั่นจะมีหลายชนิด เหมือนปลาในทะเลใหญ่ คือจะมีมากมาย
11But the miry places of it, and its marshes, shall not be healed; they shall be given up to salt.
11แต่ที่เป็นบึงและหนองน้ำจะไม่จืด ต้องทิ้งไว้ให้เป็นเกลือ
12By the river on its bank, on this side and on that side, shall grow every tree for food, whose leaf shall not wither, neither shall its fruit fail: it shall bring forth new fruit every month, because its waters issue out of the sanctuary; and its fruit shall be for food, and its leaf for healing.

13Thus says the Lord Yahweh: This shall be the border, by which you shall divide the land for inheritance according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions.
13องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า "นี่เป็นเขตแดนซึ่งเจ้าจะใช้แบ่งแผ่นดินสำหรับเป็นมรดกท่ามกลางอิสราเอลทั้งสิบสองตระกูล โยเซฟจะได้สองส่วน
14You shall inherit it, one as well as another; for I swore to give it to your fathers: and this land shall fall to you for inheritance.
14และเจ้าจงแบ่งให้เท่าๆกัน เราปฏิญาณที่จะมอบให้แก่บรรพบุรุษของเจ้า และแผ่นดินนี้จะตกแก่เจ้าเป็นมรดกของเจ้า
15This shall be the border of the land: On the north side, from the great sea, by the way of Hethlon, to the entrance of Zedad;
15ต่อไปนี้เป็นเขตแดนของแผ่นดินนี้ ด้านทิศเหนือจากทะเลใหญ่ไปตามทางเมืองเฮทโลน และต่อไปถึงเมืองเศดัด
16Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazer Hatticon, which is by the border of Hauran.
16เมืองฮามัท เมืองเบโรธาห์ เมืองสิบราอิม ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างพรมแดนเมืองดามัสกัสกับพรมแดนเมืองฮามัท จนถึงเมืองฮาเซอร์ฮัททิโคน ซึ่งอยู่ที่พรมแดนเมืองเฮาราน
17The border from the sea, shall be Hazar Enon at the border of Damascus; and on the north northward is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.

18The east side, between Hauran and Damascus and Gilead, and the land of Israel, shall be the Jordan; from the north border to the east sea you shall measure. This is the east side.
18ทางด้านตะวันออก เขตแดนจะยื่นจากเมืองเฮารานและดามัสกัส ระหว่างกิเลอาดกับแผ่นดินอิสราเอล เรื่อยไปตามแม่น้ำจอร์แดน ไปถึงทะเลด้านตะวันออก ท่านทั้งหลายจงวัด นี่เป็นเขตด้านตะวันออก
19The south side southward shall be from Tamar as far as the waters of Meriboth Kadesh, to the brook of Egypt, to the great sea. This is the south side southward.
19ทางด้านใต้เขตแดนจะยื่นจากทามาร์จนถึงน้ำแห่งการโต้เถียงในคาเดช แล้วเรื่อยไปตามแม่น้ำถึงทะเลใหญ่ นี่เป็นเขตด้านใต้
20The west side shall be the great sea, from the south border as far as over against the entrance of Hamath. This is the west side.
20ทางด้านตะวันตก ทะเลใหญ่เป็นเขตแดนเรื่อยไปจนถึงตำบลที่อยู่ตรงข้ามทางเข้าเมืองฮามัท นี่เป็นเขตแดนด้านตะวันตก
21So you shall divide this land to you according to the tribes of Israel.
21ดังนั้น เจ้าจงแบ่งแผ่นดินนี้ท่ามกลางเจ้าตามตระกูลอิสราเอล
22It shall happen, that you shall divide it by lot for an inheritance to you and to the aliens who live among you, who shall father children among you; and they shall be to you as the native-born among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
22ต่อมาเจ้าทั้งหลายจงแบ่งแผ่นดินเป็นมรดกของตัวเจ้าทั้งหลายโดยการจับสลาก และสำหรับคนต่างด้าวผู้อาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางเจ้า และบังเกิดลูกหลานอยู่ท่ามกลางเจ้า เขาทั้งหลายจะมีสัญชาติอิสราเอล ให้เขาได้รับส่วนมรดกท่ามกลางตระกูลอิสราเอลพร้อมกับเจ้าทั้งหลาย
23It shall happen, that in what tribe the stranger lives, there you shall give him his inheritance, says the Lord Yahweh.
23องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสว่า ต่อมาคนต่างด้าวจะอยู่ในเขตของคนตระกูลใดก็ได้ เจ้าจงกำหนดที่ดินให้เป็นมรดกของเขาที่นั่น"
