Mark

3

1He entered again into the synagogue, and there was a man there who had his hand withered.
1 Am beneen bés, Yeesu duggaat ci jàngu bi, fekk amoon na fa nit ku loxoom làggi.
2They watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day, that they might accuse him.
2 Am na fa nag ay Farisen, ñuy xool Yeesu, ba xam dina ko faj ci bésu noflaay bi, ba man koo tuumaal.
3He said to the man who had his hand withered, “Stand up.”
3 Yeesu ne ku loxoom làggi: «Jógal, taxaw ci kanamu ñépp.»
4He said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? To save a life, or to kill?” But they were silent.
4 Noonu Yeesu ne leen: «Lan moo jaadu, nu def ko bésu noflaay bi, lu baax mbaa lu bon; nu musal nit mbaa nu rey nit?» Waaye ñu ne cell.
5When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
5 Ci kaw loolu Yeesu xool leen ak mer, am naqar ndax seen xol bu fatt; ba noppi mu ne nit ki: «Tàllalal sa loxo.» Nit ki tàllal ko, loxoom daldi wér peŋŋ.
6The Pharisees went out, and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
6 Ca saa sa nag Farisen ya génn, daldi gise ak ñi far ak buur bi Erodd, ngir fexe koo reylu.
7Jesus withdrew to the sea with his disciples, and a great multitude followed him from Galilee, from Judea,
7 Gannaaw loolu Yeesu ak ay taalibeem jóge fa, jëm dex ga. Fekk mbooloo mu mag mu jóge diiwaanu Galile, topp ko.
8from Jerusalem, from Idumaea, beyond the Jordan, and those from around Tyre and Sidon. A great multitude, hearing what great things he did, came to him.
8 Te it nit ñu bare dégg la mu def, ñu ñëw fi moom, jóge diiwaanu Yude ak dëkku Yerusalem, ca diiwaanu Idume, ca gannaaw dexu Yurdan ak ci wàlli Tir ak Sidon.
9He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.
9 Booba nag Yeesu faj na ñu bare, ba ñu am ay jàngoro di ko song, ngir laal ko. Noonu Yeesu wax ay taalibeem, ñu wutal ko gaal, ngir mbooloo mi bañ koo buux.
10For he had healed many, so that as many as had diseases pressed on him that they might touch him.
11 Fekk booba képp ku rab jàpp ku ko gis, daanu fa kanamam di yuuxu naan: «Yaa di Doomu Yàlla.»
11The unclean spirits, whenever they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, “You are the Son of God!”
12 Waaye Yeesu gëdd rab yi bu wér, ngir ñu bañ koo siiwal.
12He sternly warned them that they should not make him known.
13 Gannaaw loolu Yeesu yéeg ci tund wi, woo ñi ko neex, ñu daldi ñëw ci moom.
13He went up into the mountain, and called to himself those whom he wanted, and they went to him.
14 Noonu mu tànn ci fukk ak ñaar, tudde leen ay ndawam, ngir ñu ànd ak moom te mu yónni leen, ñu waareji,

20 Am beneen bés Yeesu ñëwaat ca kër ga. Te mbooloo mu bare dajaloowaat fa, ba tax mënuñoo lekk sax.
20The multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
21 Bi ko ay bokkam déggee nag, ñu ñëw, ngir jàppsi ko naan: «Dafa tàggoo ak sagoom.»
21When his friends heard it, they went out to seize him: for they said, “He is insane.”
22 Te it xutbakat ya jóge Yerusalem ne: «Beelsebul jàpp na ko; ci kàttanu buuru rab yi lay dàqe rab yi.»
22The scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He has Beelzebul,” and, “By the prince of the demons he casts out the demons.”
23 Noonu Yeesu woo leen, wax ak ñoom ciy léeb ne leen: «Naka la Seytaane man a dàqe Seytaane?
23He summoned them, and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 Réew mu xeex boppam, du man a yàgg.
24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 Te kër gu xeex boppam, du man a yàgg.
25 If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
26 Bu Seytaane nag jógee, ba xeex boppam, xàjjalikoo dikkal na ko te du man a yàgg, waaye dina tas.
26 If Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he can’t stand, but has an end.
27 «Su fi amee nit ku bare doole, naka la kenn man a dugge ci këram, nangu alalam? Xanaa dafay jëkk a yeew ku bare doole ka, ba noppi door a toj këram gépp.
27 But no one can enter into the house of the strong man to plunder, unless he first binds the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
28 Ci dëgg maa ngi leen koy wax, lépp dees na ko baal nit ñi, muy bàkkaar, muy sosal Yàlla wu mu man a doon.
28 Most certainly I tell you, all sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme;
29 Waaye kuy sosal Xel mu Sell mi deesu ko baal mukk; gàddu na bàkkaar ba fàww.»
29 but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”
30 Yeesu wax na loolu, ndaxte nee woon nañu, rab jàpp na ko.
30—because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.”
31 Noonu ndeyu Yeesu ak ay rakkam ñëw, ñu taxaw ci biti, yónnee, woo ko.

32A multitude was sitting around him, and they told him, “Behold, your mother, your brothers, and your sisters are outside looking for you.”
33 Waaye Yeesu tontu leen: «Kan mooy sama ndey? Ñan ñooy samay rakk?»
33He answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”
34 Noonu mu xool ñi ko wër naan: «Sama yaay ak samay rakk a ngii;
34Looking around at those who sat around him, he said, “Behold, my mother and my brothers!
35 ndaxte kuy def coobareg Yàlla, kooku mooy sama rakk ak sama jigéen ak sama ndey.»
35 For whoever does the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.”
