¹離婚再婚的條例“人娶了妻子，得著她以後，如果發現她有醜事，以致不喜悅她，他就可以給她寫休書，交在她手裡，叫她離開夫家；

¹When a man takes a wife, and marries her, then it shall be, if she find no favor in his eyes, because he has found some unseemly thing in her, that he shall write her a bill of divorce, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

²她離開夫家以後，就可以去再嫁別人。

²When she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man’s wife.

³如果後夫又恨她，也給她寫休書，交在她手裡，叫她離開他的家；或者娶她為妻的後夫死了；

³If the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorce, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, who took her to be his wife;

⁴那麼，叫她離開的前夫，不可在她受了污辱以後，再娶她為妻，因為這在耶和華面前是可厭可惡的事；你不可使耶和華你的　神賜給你作產業的土地蒙受罪污。

⁴her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before Yahweh: and you shall not cause the land to sin, which Yahweh your God gives you for an inheritance.

⁵其他條例“如果人娶了新婦，不可從軍出征，也不可派他擔任甚麼公務，他可以在家賦閒一年，使他所娶的妻子快樂。

⁵When a man takes a new wife, he shall not go out in the army, neither shall he be assigned any business: he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer his wife whom he has taken.

⁶“不可拿人的磨，或是上磨石作抵押，因為這等於拿人的生命作抵押。

⁶No man shall take the mill or the upper millstone to pledge; for he takes a life in pledge.

⁷“如果發現有人拐帶了以色列人的一個兄弟，把他當作奴隸看待，或是把他賣了，那拐帶人的就要處死；這樣，你就把那惡從你中間除掉。

⁷If a man be found stealing any of his brothers of the children of Israel, and he deal with him as a slave, or sell him; then that thief shall die: so you shall put away the evil from the midst of you.

⁸“在大痲風的災病上，你要謹慎自己，照利未支派的祭司指教你們的一切，認真地謹守遵行；我怎樣吩咐了他們，你們就要怎樣謹守遵行。

⁸Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that you observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so you shall observe to do.

⁹你當記得你們出了埃及，在路上的時候，耶和華你的　神向米利暗所行的事。

⁹Remember what Yahweh your God did to Miriam, by the way as you came forth out of Egypt.

¹⁰“如果你借東西給你的鄰舍，不論所借的是甚麼，總不可走進他的家裡去拿抵押。

¹⁰When you do lend your neighbor any kind of loan, you shall not go into his house to get his pledge.

¹¹你要站在外面，等那向你借貸的人把抵押拿出來給你。

¹¹You shall stand outside, and the man to whom you do lend shall bring forth the pledge outside to you.

¹²他若是個窮人，你不可留他的抵押過夜。

¹²If he be a poor man, you shall not sleep with his pledge;

¹³到了日落的時候，你要把抵押品還給他，好使他可以用自己的衣服蓋著睡覺，他就給你祝福，這在耶和華你的　神面前，就算是你的義了。

¹³you shall surely restore to him the pledge when the sun goes down, that he may sleep in his garment, and bless you: and it shall be righteousness to you before Yahweh your God.

¹⁴“困苦貧窮的雇工，無論是你的兄弟，或是寄居在你的地上你的城裡的，你都不可欺壓他。

¹⁴You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he be of your brothers, or of your foreigners who are in your land within your gates:

¹⁵你要當日給他工錢，不可等到日落，因為他貧窮，把心放在工錢上，免得他對你不滿而呼求耶和華，你就有罪了。

¹⁵in his day you shall give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down on it; for he is poor, and sets his heart on it: lest he cry against you to Yahweh, and it be sin to you.

¹⁶“不可因兒子的罪處死父親，也不可因父親的罪處死兒子；各人要因自己的罪被處死。

¹⁶The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

¹⁷“你不可向寄居的和孤兒屈枉正直，也不可拿寡婦的衣服作抵押。

¹⁷You shall not deprive the foreigner, or the fatherless of justice, nor take a widow’s clothing in pledge;

¹⁸你要記住你在埃及作過奴僕，耶和華你的　神把你從那裡救贖出來；所以我吩咐你要遵行這話。

¹⁸but you shall remember that you were a bondservant in Egypt, and Yahweh your God redeemed you there: therefore I command you to do this thing.

¹⁹“你在田間收割莊稼的時候，如果遺留一捆在田裡，就不可再回去拾取，要留給寄居的、孤兒和寡婦；好使耶和華你的　神，在你手裡所辦的一切事上，賜福給你。

¹⁹When you reap your harvest in your field, and have forgot a sheaf in the field, you shall not go again to get it: it shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow; that Yahweh your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

²⁰你打橄欖樹以後，枝上剩下的不可再打，要留給寄居的、孤兒和寡婦。

²⁰When you beat your olive tree, you shall not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

²¹你收取葡萄園的葡萄以後，剩下的不可再摘，要留給寄居的、孤兒和寡婦。

²¹When you harvest your vineyard, you shall not glean it after yourselves: it shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

²²你要記住你在埃及作過奴僕，所以我吩咐你遵行這話。”

²²You shall remember that you were a bondservant in the land of Egypt: therefore I command you to do this thing.
