1外族人成為 神的子民耶和華這樣說：“你們要持守公平，實行公義；因為我的拯救快要來到，我的公義快要顯現了。
1Thus says Yahweh, “Keep justice, and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
2謹守安息日，不褻瀆這日，保守自己的手不作任何惡事，這樣行的人和堅持這樣作的人，是有福的！”
2Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast; who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”
3與耶和華聯合的外族人不要說：“耶和華必把我從他的子民中分別出來。”被閹割了的人也不要說：“看哪！我是一棵枯樹。”
3Neither let the foreigner, who has joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying, “Yahweh will surely separate me from his people”; neither let the eunuch say, “Behold, I am a dry tree.”
4因為耶和華這樣說：“那些謹守我的安息日，揀選我所喜悅的事，持守我的約、被閹割了的人，
4For thus says Yahweh, “To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast my covenant:
5在我的殿中和在我的牆內，我要賜給他們有記念，有名號，比有兒女更好；我必賜給他們永遠不能廢掉的名。
5to them I will give in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6至於那些與耶和華聯合的外族人，為要事奉他，愛耶和華的名，作他的僕人的，就是謹守安息日，不褻瀆這日，又持守我的約的，
6Also the foreigners who join themselves to Yahweh, to minister to him, and to love the name of Yahweh, to be his servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and holds fast my covenant;
7我必領他們到我的聖山，使他們在屬於我的禱告的殿中喜樂；他們的燔祭和祭品，在我的祭壇上必蒙悅納；因為我的殿必稱為萬族禱告的殿。”
7even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”
8主耶和華，就是招聚以色列被趕散的人的，說：“在以色列這些已經被招聚的人以外，我還要招聚別的人歸給他們。”
8The Lord Yahweh, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, says, “Yet will I gather others to him, besides his own who are gathered.”
9領袖受譴責田野的百獸啊！你們都來吃吧。林中的百獸啊！你們都要這樣。
9All you animals of the field, come to devour, all you animals in the forest.
10我的守望者都是瞎眼的，都沒有知識；他們都是啞巴狗，不能吠；只會作夢、躺臥，貪愛睡覺。
10His watchmen are blind, they are all without knowledge; they are all mute dogs, they can’t bark; dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.
11這些狗十分貪吃，不知飽足；他們是牧人，但甚麼都不明白；他們都偏行自己的道路，各從各方求自己的利益。
11Yes, the dogs are greedy, they can never have enough; and these are shepherds who can’t understand: they have all turned to their own way, each one to his gain, from every quarter.
12他們說：“來吧！我去拿酒，讓我們痛飲烈酒吧！明天必像今天一樣，而且比今天還要盛大和豐盈。”
12“Come,” say they, “I will get wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow shall be as this day, great beyond measure.”
