1耶和華的得勝那從以東、從波斯拉而來，身穿赤紅色的衣服，裝扮華麗、能力強大、大步前行的，是誰呢？“就是我，是憑著公義說話，有大能拯救的。”
1Who is this who comes from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this who is glorious in his clothing, marching in the greatness of his strength? “It is I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”
2你的服裝為甚麼有紅色的呢？你的衣服為甚麼像個踹壓酒池的人的衣服一樣呢？
2Why are you red in your clothing, and your garments like him who treads in the wine vat?
3“我獨自踹酒槽；萬民之中沒有一人與我同在；我在忿怒中把他們踹下，在烈怒中把他們踐踏；他們的血濺在我的衣服上，我把我所有的衣裳都染污了。
3“I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the peoples there was no man with me: yes, I trod them in my anger, and trampled them in my wrath; and their lifeblood is sprinkled on my garments, and I have stained all my clothing.
4因為報仇的日子早已在我的心裡，我救贖的年日早已經來到。
4For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and the year of my redeemed has come.
5我觀看，但沒有人幫助；我詫異，因沒有人扶持；所以我用自己的膀臂為我施行了拯救，我的烈怒扶持了我，
5I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore my own arm brought salvation to me; and my wrath, it upheld me.
6我在忿怒中踐踏萬民，在烈怒中使他們沉醉，又把他們的血倒在地上。”
6I trod down the peoples in my anger, and made them drunk in my wrath, and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth.”
7 神善待以色列我照著耶和華為我們所作的一切，提說耶和華的慈愛，耶和華可稱頌的事，和他賜給以色列家的大福，就是照著他的憐憫和豐盛的慈愛為他們作成的。
7I will make mention of the loving kindnesses of Yahweh and the praises of Yahweh, according to all that Yahweh has bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he has bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.
8他曾說：“他們真是我的子民，不行虛假的兒子”，於是，在他們的一切苦難中，他就作了他們的拯救者。
8For he said, “Surely, they are my people, children who will not deal falsely:” so he was their Savior.
9他不再是敵對者，並且他面前的使者拯救了他們。他以自己的愛和憐憫救贖了他們；在古時的一切日子，他背負他們，懷抱他們。
9In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bore them, and carried them all the days of old.
10可是，他們竟然悖逆，使他的聖靈憂傷；所以他轉作他們的仇敵，親自攻擊他們。
10But they rebelled, and grieved his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he himself fought against them.
11那時，他們想起古時的日子，就是摩西和他的人民的日子，說：那把人民和他羊群的牧者從海裡領上來的，在哪裡呢？那把自己的聖靈降在他們中間的，在哪裡呢？
11Then he remembered the days of old, Moses and his people, saying, Where is he who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? where is he who put his holy Spirit in their midst?
12那使自己榮耀的膀臂在摩西的右邊行走，那在他們面前把水分開，為要建立永遠的名的，他在哪裡呢？
12who caused his glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses? who divided the waters before them, to make himself an everlasting name?
13那帶領他們走過深海，像馬走過曠野一樣，使他們不致跌倒的，在哪裡呢？
13who led them through the depths, as a horse in the wilderness, so that they didn’t stumble?
14耶和華的靈使他們得了安息，好像牲畜下到山谷；你也這樣引導你的人民，為要建立榮耀的名。
14As the livestock that go down into the valley, the Spirit of Yahweh caused them to rest; so you led your people, to make yourself a glorious name.
15求主垂顧求你從天上垂顧，從你聖潔、榮耀的居所觀看。你的熱心和你的大能在哪裡呢？你愛心的同情和憐憫向我止住了。
15Look down from heaven, and see from the habitation of your holiness and of your glory: where are your zeal and your mighty acts? the yearning of your heart and your compassion is restrained toward me.
16亞伯拉罕雖然不認識我們，以色列也不承認我們，但你是我們的父。耶和華啊！你是我們的父，從亙古以來，你的名字就是“我們的救贖主”。
16For you are our Father, though Abraham doesn’t know us, and Israel does not acknowledge us: you, Yahweh, are our Father; our Redeemer from everlasting is your name.
17耶和華啊！你為甚麼使我們走錯，離開你的道路？使我們的心剛硬，不敬畏你呢？求你為你眾僕人的緣故，為你產業的各支派的緣故，回心轉意吧！
17O Yahweh, why do you make us to err from your ways, and harden our heart from your fear? Return for your servants’ sake, the tribes of your inheritance.
18你的聖民不過暫時得著你的聖所，我們的敵人已經踐踏了你的聖所。
18Your holy people possessed it but a little while: our adversaries have trodden down your sanctuary.
19我們成了好像你從未治理過的人，又像未曾得稱為你名下的人。
19We have become as they over whom you never bear rule, as those who were not called by your name.
