¹各種許願還願的條例耶和華對摩西說：

¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²“你要告訴以色列人，對他們說：如果人許特別的願，獻身給耶和華，就要依照你的估價獻身價。

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your valuation.

³你應該這樣估價：從二十歲到六十歲的男人，你要按著聖所衡量銀子的標準，估價五百五十克銀子。

³Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

⁴如果是女人，你要估價三百四十二克銀子。

⁴If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

⁵如果是五歲到二十歲，男子的估價是二百二十八克銀子，女子是一百一十四克銀子。

⁵If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁶如果是一個月到五歲，男子的估價是五十七克銀子，女子是三十四克銀子。

⁶If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁷如果是六十歲以上，男子的估價是一百七十一克銀子，女子是一百一十四克銀子。

⁷If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁸那人若是貧窮，不能支付你估定的價，就要把他帶到祭司面前，讓祭司估定他的價；祭司就按著許願的人的經濟能力，估定他的價。

⁸But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.

⁹如果所許的是可以獻給耶和華為供物的牲畜，獻給耶和華的任何牲畜，都要分別為聖。

⁹“‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

¹⁰不可更換，也不可代替；無論是好的換壞的，或是壞的換好的，都不可以。如果人一定要以另一隻牲畜代替以前所許的牲畜獻上，那麼以前所許的和用來交換的，都要分別為聖。

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹¹所許的若是不潔淨的牲畜，人不能把牠獻給耶和華為供物，就是把牲畜牽到祭司面前；

¹¹If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹²祭司要按牲畜的好壞估價；祭司估價多少，就是多少。

¹²and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹³如果他一定要把牲畜贖回，就要按你的估價，多付五分之一。

¹³But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

¹⁴“如果有人把房屋分別為聖獻給耶和華，祭司要按房屋的好壞估價，祭司估價多少，就定它價值多少。

¹⁴“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁵把自己房屋分別為聖的人，如果要贖回房屋，就要按你估定的價銀，多加五分之一，房屋才可以歸他。

¹⁵If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

¹⁶“如果有人把自己產業的一部分，分別為聖獻給耶和華，你的估價要根據那地的撒種量：每撒大麥二十公斤，估價五百七十克銀子。

¹⁶“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer 1 homer is about 220 litres or 6 bushels of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁷如果他從禧年起，把自己的田地分別為聖，就要按照你的估價定那田地的價值。

¹⁷If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

¹⁸如果他在禧年以後，把自己的田地分別為聖，祭司就要照著到下一個禧年所剩餘的年數，給他計算價銀，然後從你的估價減去這價銀。

¹⁸But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

¹⁹把自己田地分別為聖的人，如果一定要贖回田地，就要按你的估價，多付五分之一，田地才可以歸他。

¹⁹If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

²⁰如果他不贖回田地，而賣給別人，他就再也不能贖回田地了。

²⁰If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

²¹到了禧年，買主就要交出那地歸耶和華為聖，像永屬耶和華的聖地一樣，歸祭司為產業。

²¹but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.

²²如果人把買來的田地，不是自己承受為業的田地，分別為聖獻給耶和華，

²²“‘If he dedicates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

²³祭司就要按照你的估價，給他計算，直到禧年為止；價值多少，他必須當天付給你估定的價銀，表示把那地獻給耶和華為聖。

²³then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

²⁴到了禧年，那地要歸還賣主，就是歸還那承受那地為業的原主。

²⁴In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

²⁵你的一切估價，都要照著聖所衡量銀子的標準。

²⁵All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

²⁶“唯獨牲畜的頭一胎，無論是牛或是羊，既然頭一胎是屬於耶和華的，人就不能再把牠分別為聖，因為這本是耶和華的。

²⁶“‘Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is Yahweh’s.

²⁷但如果是不潔淨的牲畜，他就要按照你的估價，加上五分之一把牠贖回；如果不贖回，就要按照你的估價賣掉。

²⁷If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

²⁸“一切永屬耶和華的聖物，就是人永獻給耶和華的物，無論是人或是牲畜，或是他承受作產業的田地，都不可以變賣，也不可以贖回；一切永獻之物都是歸耶和華為至聖的。

²⁸“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh.

²⁹如果有人永獻牲畜作永屬耶和華的聖物，就不可贖回；必須把牠殺死。

²⁹“‘No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

³⁰什一之物“地上的一切，無論是地上的種子或是樹上的果子，十分之一是耶和華的，是歸給耶和華為聖的。

³⁰“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

³¹如果人一定要贖回這十分之一，除物價以外，還要加上五分之一。

³¹If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

³²牛群和羊群的十分之一，就是一切從牧人杖下經過的，每第十隻都是歸耶和華為聖的。

³²All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.

³³人不可理會是好或是壞，也不可把牠更換；如果一定要更換，本來的與更換的，都要分別為聖，不能贖回。”

³³He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

³⁴以上這些就是耶和華在西奈山，為以色列人吩咐摩西的律例。

³⁴These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
