1頌讚 神的權能和揀選你們要讚美耶和華，你們要讚美耶和華的名；耶和華的眾僕人哪！你們都要讚美他。
1Praise Yah! Praise the name of Yahweh! Praise him, you servants of Yahweh,
2在耶和華殿中侍候的，在我們 神殿的院裡侍候的，你們要讚美他。
2you who stand in the house of Yahweh, in the courts of our God’s house.
3你們要讚美耶和華，因耶和華本是良善的；你們要歌頌他的名，因為他的名是美好的。
3Praise Yah, for Yahweh is good. Sing praises to his name, for that is pleasant.
4因為耶和華揀選了雅各歸他自己，揀選了以色列作他自己的產業。
4For Yah has chosen Jacob for himself; Israel for his own possession.
5我確實知道耶和華是偉大的，我們的主超越萬神之上。
5For I know that Yahweh is great, that our Lord is above all gods.
6在天上，在地上，在海中，在一切深處，耶和華喜歡甚麼，就作甚麼。
6Whatever Yahweh pleased, that he has done, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;
7他使雲霧從地極上升，發出閃電隨雨而來，又從他的府庫吹出風來。
7who causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth; who makes lightnings with the rain; who brings forth the wind out of his treasuries;
8他把埃及頭生的，無論人或牲畜都擊殺了。
8Who struck the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and animal;
9埃及啊！他在你當中施行神蹟和奇事，懲罰法老和他所有的臣僕。
9Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, Egypt, on Pharaoh, and on all his servants;
10他擊殺了多國的民，殺戮了強悍的王，
10who struck many nations, and killed mighty kings,
11就是亞摩利王西宏、巴珊王噩，和迦南列國的王。
11Sihon king of the Amorites, Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan,
12他把他們的地賜給了自己的子民以色列作產業。
12and gave their land for a heritage, a heritage to Israel, his people.
13耶和華啊！你的名存到永遠；耶和華啊！你可記念的名留存萬代。
13Your name, Yahweh, endures forever; your renown, Yahweh, throughout all generations.
14因為耶和華要為自己的子民伸冤，他要憐憫自己的僕人。
14For Yahweh will judge his people, and have compassion on his servants.
15列國的偶像是金的銀的，是人手所做的。
15The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
16有口卻不能說話，有眼卻不能看，
16They have mouths, but they can’t speak. They have eyes, but they can’t see.
17有耳卻不能聽，口中也沒有氣息。
17They have ears, but they can’t hear; neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18做偶像的必和它們一樣，所有倚靠它們的也必這樣。
18Those who make them will be like them; yes, everyone who trusts in them.
19以色列家啊！你們要稱頌耶和華；亞倫家啊！你們要稱頌耶和華；
19House of Israel, praise Yahweh! House of Aaron, praise Yahweh!
20利未家啊！你們要稱頌耶和華；敬畏耶和華的，你們要稱頌耶和華。
20House of Levi, praise Yahweh! You who fear Yahweh, praise Yahweh!
21從錫安來的耶和華，就是住在耶路撒冷的，是應當稱頌的。你們要讚美耶和華。
21Blessed be Yahweh from Zion, Who dwells at Jerusalem. Praise Yah!
