¹Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

²我的心哪！你要称颂耶和华；不可忘记他的一切恩惠。

²Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

³他赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病；

³Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

⁴他救赎你的性命脱离死亡，以慈爱和怜悯作你的冠冕；

⁴Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

⁵他以福乐使你的心愿满足，以致你好像鹰一般恢复青春的活力。

⁵Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

⁶耶和华施行公义，为所有受欺压的人主持公道。

⁶The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

⁷他向摩西指示自己的道路，向以色列人显明自己的作为。

⁷He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

⁸耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，并且有丰盛的慈爱。

⁸The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

⁹他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。

⁹He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

¹⁰他没有按着我们的罪过待我们，也没有照着我们的罪孽报应我们。

¹⁰He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

¹¹天离地有多高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也有多大。

¹¹For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

¹²东离西有多远，他使我们的过犯离我们也有多远。

¹²As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

¹³父亲怎样怜恤儿子，耶和华也照样怜恤敬畏他的人；

¹³Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

¹⁴因为他知道我们的本体，记得我们不过是尘土。

¹⁴For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

¹⁵至于世人，他的年日好像草一般；他又像野地繁茂的花。

¹⁵As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

¹⁶经风一吹，就归无有；他原来的地方再不认识他。

¹⁶For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

¹⁷但从亘古到永远，耶和华的慈爱临到敬畏他的人；他的公义也归于他们的子子孙孙，

¹⁷But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

¹⁸就是那些谨守他的约，记住他的训词，并且遵行的人。

¹⁸To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

¹⁹耶和华在天上立定宝座，他的王权统管万有。

¹⁹The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

²⁰你们作他天使的，就是那些大有能力，行他所吩咐，以及听从他命令的，都要称颂耶和华。

²⁰Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

²¹你们作他的众军，作他的仆役，遵行他旨意的，都要称颂耶和华。

²¹Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

²²你们一切被他所造的，在他统治的各处，都要称颂耶和华。我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华。

²²Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
