¹Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.

²我的　神啊！我倚靠你，求你不要使我羞愧，也不要使我的仇敌胜过我。

²O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

³等候你的必不羞愧，但那些无故以诡诈待人的必要羞愧。

³Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.

⁴耶和华啊！求你把你的道路指示我，求你把你的路径教导我，

⁴Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

⁵求你以你的真理引导我，教训我，因为你是拯救我的　神；我整天等候的就是你。

⁵Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

⁶耶和华啊！求你记念你的怜悯和慈爱，因为它们自古以来就存在。

⁶Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.

⁷求你不要记念我幼年的罪恶和我的过犯；耶和华啊！求你因你的恩惠，按着你的慈爱记念我。

⁷Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.

⁸耶和华是良善和正直的，因此他必指示罪人走正路。

⁸Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.

⁹他必引导谦卑的人行正义，把他的道路教导谦卑的人。

⁹The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.

¹⁰遵守耶和华的约和法度的人，耶和华都以慈爱和信实待他们。

¹⁰All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

¹¹耶和华啊！因你名的缘故，求你赦免我的罪孽，因为我的罪孽重大。

¹¹For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.

¹²谁是那敬畏耶和华的人？耶和华必指示他应选择的道路。

¹²What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

¹³他必安享福乐，他的后裔要承受地土。

¹³His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.

¹⁴耶和华把心意向敬畏他的人显示，又使他们认识他的约。

¹⁴The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

¹⁵我的眼睛时常仰望耶和华，因为他必使我的脚脱离网罗。

¹⁵Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.

¹⁶求你转向我，恩待我，因为我孤独困苦。

¹⁶Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.

¹⁷我心中的愁苦增多，求你使我从痛苦中得释放。

¹⁷The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.

¹⁸求你看看我的困苦和艰难，赦免我的一切罪恶。

¹⁸Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.

¹⁹求你看看我的仇敌，因为他们人数众多，他们深深痛恨我。

¹⁹Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.

²⁰求你护卫我的性命，搭救我；不要叫我羞愧，因为我投靠你。

²⁰O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.

²¹愿纯全和正直保护我，因为我等候你。

²¹Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.

²²　神啊！求你救赎以色列，救他脱离一切困苦。

²²Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
