¹可拉子孙的训诲诗，交给诗班长。　神啊！我的心渴慕你，好像鹿渴慕溪水。

¹As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.

²我的心渴想　神，就是永活的　神；我什么时候可以来朝见　神的面呢？

²My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?

³人整天对我说：“你的　神在哪里呢？”我就昼夜以眼泪当饭吃。

³My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?

⁴我从前常常和群众同去，与他们进到　神的殿里，在欢呼和称谢声中，大家守节。每逢想起这些事，我的心就感到难过。

⁴When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.

⁵我的心哪！你为什么沮丧呢？为什么在我里面不安呢？应当等候　神；因为我还要称赞他，他是我面前的救助、我的　神。

⁵Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

⁶我的心在我里面沮丧；因此我从约旦地，从黑门岭，从米萨山，记念你。

⁶O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.

⁷你的瀑布一发声，深渊就和深渊响应；你的洪涛和波浪都掩盖了我。

⁷Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.

⁸白天耶和华赐下他的慈爱；夜间我要向他歌颂，向赐我生命的　神祷告。

⁸Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the day time, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.

⁹我要对　神我的磐石说：“你为什么忘记我呢？我为什么因仇敌的压迫徘徊悲哀呢？”

⁹I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

¹⁰我的敌人整天对我说：“你的　神在哪里呢？”他们这样辱骂我的时候，就像在击碎我的骨头。

¹⁰As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God?

¹¹我的心哪！你为什么沮丧呢？为什么在我里面不安呢？应当等候　神；因为我还要称赞他，他是我面前的救助、我的　神。

¹¹Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
