¹大卫的诗，交给诗班长，照耶杜顿的做法。唯独等候　神，我的心才有安息；我的拯救从他而来。

¹Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.

²唯独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的保障，我必不至动摇。

²He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

³你们大家攻击一个人，要把他杀害，如同拆毁倾斜的墙，将倒的壁，要到几时呢？

³How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.

⁴他们彼此商议，务要把他从尊位上拉下来；他们喜爱谎话；他们口虽祝福，心却咒诅。（细拉）

⁴They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

⁵唯独等候　神，我的心才有安息；因为我的盼望是从他而来的。

⁵My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

⁶唯独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的保障，我必不至动摇。

⁶He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

⁷我的拯救，我的荣耀，都在于　神；我坚固的磐石，我的避难所，都在于　神。

⁷In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

⁸众民哪！你们要常常倚靠他，在他面前倾心吐意；因为　神是我们的避难所。

⁸Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

⁹卑贱的人真是虚空，高贵的人也是虚假，放在天平上就必升起；他们加在一起比空气还轻。

⁹Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.

¹⁰不要倚靠借强暴得来的财物，也不要妄想倚靠抢夺回来的钱财；如果财宝加增，你的心也不要倚靠它。

¹⁰Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

¹¹　神说了一次，我两次听过这事：能力都属于　神。

¹¹God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.

¹²主啊！慈爱也属于你，你必照各人所作的报应各人。

¹²Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
