1By David. Blessed [is] Jehovah my rock, who is teaching My hands for war, my fingers for battle.
2他是我慈爱的 神、我的堡垒、我的高台、我的救主、我的盾牌、我所投靠的，他使我的人民服在我以下。
2My kind one, and my bulwark, My tower, and my deliverer, My shield, and in whom I have trusted, Who is subduing my people under me!
3耶和华啊！人算什么，你竟关怀他，世人算什么，你竟眷念他。
3Jehovah, what [is] man that Thou knowest him? Son of man, that Thou esteemest him?
4人不过像一口气，他的年日仿佛影子消逝。
4Man to vanity hath been like, His days [are] as a shadow passing by.
5耶和华啊！求你使天下垂，亲自降临；求你触摸群山，使山冒烟。
5Jehovah, incline Thy heavens and come down, Strike against mountains, and they smoke.
6求你发出闪电，使仇敌四散；求你射出你的箭，使他们溃乱。
6Send forth lightning, and scatter them, Send forth Thine arrows, and trouble them,
7求你从高天伸手救拔我，从大水之中，从外族人的手里拯救我。
7Send forth Thy hand from on high, Free me, and deliver me from many waters, From the hand of sons of a stranger,
8他们的口说虚谎的话，他们举起右手起假誓。
8Because their mouth hath spoken vanity, And their right hand [is] a right hand of falsehood.
9 神啊！我要向你唱新歌，我要用十弦琴向你歌唱。
9O God, a new song I sing to Thee, On a psaltery of ten strings I sing praise to Thee.
10你是那使君王得胜的，是那救拔你（“你”原文作“他”）仆人大卫脱离杀人的刀的。
10Who is giving deliverance to kings, Who is freeing David His servant from the sword of evil.
11求你救拔我，从外族人的手里拯救我；他们的口说虚谎的话，他们举起右手起假誓。
11Free me, and deliver me From the hand of sons of a stranger, Because their mouth hath spoken vanity, And their right hand [is] a right hand of falsehood,
12愿我们的儿子，在幼年时都像旺盛的树木；愿我们的女儿如同殿四角的柱子，为建造殿宇而凿成的。
12Because our sons [are] as plants, Becoming great in their youth, Our daughters as hewn stones, Polished — the likeness of a palace,
13愿我们的仓库满溢，各种粮食不缺；愿我们牧场上的羊群，孳生千万。
13Our garners [are] full, bringing out from kind to kind, Our flocks are bringing forth thousands, Ten thousands in our out-places,
14愿我们的牛群满驮货物；城墙没有缺口，没有人出去争战（“愿我们......出去争战”或译：“愿我们的牛群多生多养，没有流产，没有死掉”），在我们的街上也没有呼叫的声音。
14Our oxen are carrying, there is no breach, And there is no outgoing, And there is no crying in our broad places.
15得享这样景况的人民，是有福的，有耶和华作他们 神的，这人是有福的。
15O the happiness of the people that is thus, O the happiness of the people whose God [is] Jehovah!
