¹Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.

²And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.

²求你不要審判你的僕人，因為凡活著的人，在你面前沒有一個是義的。

³For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.

³仇敵逼迫我，把我壓倒在地，使我住在黑暗之處，像死了很久的人一樣。

⁴Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.

⁴因此我的靈在我裡面軟弱，我的心在我裡面戰慄。

⁵I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.

⁵我追念以往的日子，默想你的一切作為，沉思你手所作的。

⁶I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.

⁶我向你伸出雙手，我的心渴想你，好像乾旱的地盼望雨水一樣。（細拉）

⁷Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.

⁷耶和華啊！求你快快應允我，我的心靈已經衰竭，求你不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一樣。

⁸Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.

⁸求你使我清晨得聞你的慈愛，因為我倚靠你。求你指示我當走的路，因為我的心仰望你。

⁹Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.

⁹耶和華啊！求你救我脫離我的仇敵，我往你那裡藏身。

¹⁰Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

¹⁰求你教我遵行你的旨意，因為你是我的　神；願你至善的靈引導我到平坦的地。

¹¹Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.

¹¹耶和華啊！求你為你名的緣故使我存活，按著你的公義把我從患難中領出來。

¹²And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.

¹²求你因你的慈愛使我的仇敵滅絕，求你消滅所有苦害我的人，因為我是你的僕人。
