¹O god, the heathen are come into thine inheritance; thy holy temple have they defiled; they have laid Jerusalem on heaps.

²The dead bodies of thy servants have they given to be meat unto the fowls of the heaven, the flesh of thy saints unto the beasts of the earth.

²他們把你僕人的屍首，給空中的飛鳥啄食；把你聖民的肉，給地上的野獸吞噬。

³Their blood have they shed like water round about Jerusalem; and there was none to bury them.

³他們在耶路撒冷的周圍把聖民的血像水一般倒出，沒有人埋葬他們。

⁴We are become a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us.

⁴我們成為鄰國羞辱的對象，成為四周的人嗤笑和譏刺的目標。

⁵How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire?

⁵耶和華啊！要到幾時呢？你要永遠懷怒嗎？你的憤恨要像火焚燒嗎？

⁶Pour out thy wrath upon the heathen that have not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name.

⁶願你把你的烈怒，傾倒在不認識你的外族人，和不求告你名的列國身上。

⁷For they have devoured Jacob, and laid waste his dwelling place.

⁷因為他們吞吃了雅各，使他的住處荒涼。

⁸O remember not against us former iniquities: let thy tender mercies speedily prevent us: for we are brought very low.

⁸求你不要記住我們祖先的罪孽；願你的憐憫快快臨到我們，因為我們落到極卑微的地步。

⁹Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name's sake.

⁹拯救我們的　神啊！求你因你名的榮耀幫助我們；為你名的緣故，搭救我們，赦免我們的罪。

¹⁰Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is their God? let him be known among the heathen in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed.

¹⁰為甚麼容外族人說：“他們的　神在哪裡呢？”願我們親眼看見你在列邦中，使人知道你要為你僕人所流的血伸冤。

¹¹Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to die;

¹¹願被囚的人的唉哼，達到你面前；願你用你的大能，使那些已定死罪的人可以存留。

¹²And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord.

¹²主啊！願你把我們鄰國羞辱你的羞辱，七倍歸還在他們身上。

¹³So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all generations.

¹³這樣，我們作你的子民，作你牧場上的羊的，要永遠稱謝你；我們要世世代代述說你可稱頌的事。
