¹Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

¹لامام المغنين. مزمور لداود‎. ‎استمع يا الله صوتي في شكواي. من خوف العدو احفظ حياتي‎.

²Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:

²‎استرني من مؤامرة الاشرار من جمهور فاعلي الاثم

³Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:

³الذين صقلوا ألسنتهم كالسيف. فوّقوا سهمهم كلاما مرّا

⁴That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

⁴ليرموا الكامل في المختفى بغتة يرمونه ولا يخشون‎.

⁵They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?

⁵‎يشددون انفسهم لامر رديء. يتحادثون بطمر فخاخ. قالوا من يراهم

⁶They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.

⁶يخترعون اثما تمموا اختراعا محكما. وداخل الانسان وقلبه عميق

⁷But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.

⁷فيرميهم الله بسهم بغتة كانت ضربتهم‎.

⁸So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.

⁸‎ويوقعون السنتهم على انفسهم. ينغض الراس كل من ينظر اليهم‎.

⁹And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.

⁹‎ويخشى كل انسان ويخبر بفعل الله وبعمله يفطنون‎.

¹⁰The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.

¹⁰‎يفرح الصدّيق بالرب ويحتمي به ويبتهج كل المستقيمي القلوب
