¹And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

¹TUHAN menyuruh Musa

²Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the LORD:

²memberikan peraturan-peraturan ini kepada orang Israel. Setiap orang laki-laki atau wanita yang berkaul untuk hidup khusus bagi TUHAN sebagai seorang nazir,

³He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.

³tak boleh minum air anggur dan minuman keras. Ia tidak boleh minum minuman keras apa pun yang terbuat dari buah anggur atau buah-buahan lain. Ia tak boleh makan buah anggur yang segar atau yang kering, atau apa saja yang berasal dari pokok anggur; bijinya atau pucuknya pun tak boleh ia makan.

⁴All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk.

⁴(6:3)

⁵All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the LORD, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

⁵Selama masa kaulnya ia tidak boleh memotong rambutnya atau bercukur. Selama waktu itu rambutnya dan jenggotnya harus dibiarkannya tumbuh panjang. Ia terikat pada kaulnya sampai masa pengkhususan dirinya bagi TUHAN selesai.

⁶All the days that he separateth himself unto the LORD he shall come at no dead body.

⁶Rambutnya itu merupakan tanda bahwa ia dikhususkan bagi Allah. Selama kaulnya berlaku ia tidak boleh menajiskan dirinya; ia tidak boleh mendekati jenazah, sekalipun itu jenazah ayahnya, ibunya, atau saudaranya.

⁷He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration of his God is upon his head.

⁷(6:6)

⁸All the days of his separation he is holy unto the LORD.

⁸Selama ia orang nazir, ia adalah orang yang khusus untuk TUHAN.

⁹And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.

⁹Apabila rambut seorang nazir yang telah dikhususkan menjadi najis karena ia ada di dekat orang yang mati dengan tiba-tiba, maka ia harus menunggu tujuh hari lamanya; sesudah itu ia harus mencukur rambutnya dan jenggotnya, baru ia menjadi bersih.

¹⁰And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

¹⁰Pada hari yang kedelapan ia harus membawa dua ekor burung merpati atau burung tekukur kepada imam di pintu Kemah TUHAN.

¹¹And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.

¹¹Burung yang seekor harus dipersembahkan imam untuk kurban pengampunan dosa, dan yang seekor lagi untuk kurban bakaran guna menghilangkan kenajisannya. Pada hari itu juga ia harus mengkhususkan kembali rambutnya kepada TUHAN

¹²And he shall consecrate unto the LORD the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.

¹²dan membaharui penyerahan dirinya sebagai orang nazir. Jangka waktu yang sudah lewat tidak dihitung lagi karena ia sudah menjadi najis. Sebagai kurban ganti rugi ia harus mempersembahkan seekor anak domba yang berumur satu tahun.

¹³And this is the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

¹³Apabila masa kaul seorang nazir sudah selesai, harus dilakukan upacara ini. Orang itu harus diantar ke pintu Kemah TUHAN

¹⁴And he shall offer his offering unto the LORD, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,

¹⁴dengan membawa kepada TUHAN tiga ekor ternak yang tidak ada cacatnya: seekor anak domba jantan berumur satu tahun untuk kurban bakaran, seekor anak domba betina berumur satu tahun untuk kurban pengampunan dosa, dan seekor domba jantan untuk kurban perdamaian.

¹⁵And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.

¹⁵Ia harus juga mempersembahkan satu bakul roti yang dibuat tidak pakai ragi, yaitu roti bulat yang dibuat dari tepung dicampur dengan minyak zaitun, dan kue tipis yang dioles dengan minyak zaitun. Selain itu ia harus juga mempersembahkan kurban sajian dan kurban minuman.

¹⁶And the priest shall bring them before the LORD, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering:

¹⁶Imam harus membawa semuanya itu ke hadapan TUHAN, lalu mempersembahkan kurban pengampunan dosa dan kurban bakaran.

¹⁷And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, with the basket of unleavened bread: the priest shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering.

¹⁷Bersama-sama dengan roti sebakul itu, ia harus mempersembahkan domba jantan itu kepada TUHAN sebagai kurban perdamaian. Juga kurban sajian dan kurban minuman itu harus dipersembahkannya kepada TUHAN.

¹⁸And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it in the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.

¹⁸Orang nazir itu harus mencukur rambutnya di pintu Kemah TUHAN, dan melemparkannya ke dalam api tempat kurban perdamaian itu sedang dibakar.

¹⁹And the priest shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them upon the hands of the Nazarite, after the hair of his separation is shaven:

¹⁹Setelah itu, kalau paha depan domba jantan itu sudah dimasak, imam harus mengambilnya dan meletakkannya bersama-sama dengan satu roti bulat dan satu kue tipis dari bakul itu, ke dalam tangan orang nazir itu.

²⁰And the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD: this is holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.

²⁰Lalu imam harus menunjukkan makanan itu sebagai pemberian khusus kepada TUHAN; itu adalah bagian suci yang menjadi bagian imam, selain dada dan paha domba jantan yang menurut peraturan menjadi bagian imam. Baru sesudah itu orang nazir itu boleh minum air anggur.

²¹This is the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed, and of his offering unto the LORD for his separation, beside that that his hand shall get: according to the vow which he vowed, so he must do after the law of his separation.

²¹Itulah peraturan untuk orang nazir; tetapi kalau seorang nazir menjanjikan kurban yang melebihi syarat-syarat kaulnya, ia harus memenuhi dengan tepat apa yang dijanjikannya itu.

²²And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

²²TUHAN menyuruh Musa

²³Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,

²³menyampaikan kepada Harun dan anak-anaknya bahwa mereka harus mengucapkan kata-kata ini pada waktu mereka memberkati bangsa Israel:

²⁴The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

²⁴Semoga TUHAN memberkati dan memelihara kamu.

²⁵The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

²⁵Semoga TUHAN baik hati dan murah hati kepadamu.

²⁶The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

²⁶Semoga TUHAN mengasihi kamu dan memberi kamu damai.

²⁷And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel, and I will bless them.

²⁷Dan TUHAN berkata, "Apabila mereka mengucapkan nama-Ku sebagai berkat atas bangsa Israel, Aku akan memberkati mereka."
