¹And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

²Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.

²「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『あなたがたが、ふれ示して聖会とすべき主の定めの祭は次のとおりである。これらはわたしの定めの祭である。

³Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

³六日の間は仕事をしなければならない。第七日は全き休みの安息日であり、聖会である。どのような仕事もしてはならない。これはあなたがたのすべてのすまいにおいて守るべき主の安息日である。

⁴These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.

⁴その時々に、あなたがたが、ふれ示すべき主の定めの祭なる聖会は次のとおりである。

⁵In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD's passover.

⁵正月の十四日の夕は主の過越の祭である。

⁶And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.

⁶またその月の十五日は主の種入れぬパンの祭である。あなたがたは七日の間は種入れぬパンを食べなければならない。

⁷In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

⁷その初めの日に聖会を開かなければならない。どんな労働もしてはならない。

⁸But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

⁸あなたがたは七日の間、主に火祭をささげなければならない。第七日には、また聖会を開き、どのような労働もしてはならない』」。

⁹And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

⁹主はまたモーセに言われた、

¹⁰Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

¹⁰「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『わたしが与える地にはいって穀物を刈り入れるとき、あなたがたは穀物の初穂の束を、祭司のところへ携えてこなければならない。

¹¹And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

¹¹彼はあなたがたの受け入れられるように、その束を主の前に揺り動かすであろう。すなわち、祭司は安息日の翌日に、これを揺り動かすであろう。

¹²And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.

¹²またその束を揺り動かす日に、一歳の雄の小羊の全きものを燔祭として主にささげなければならない。

¹³And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savor: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin.

¹³その素祭には油を混ぜた麦粉十分の二エパを用い、これを主にささげて火祭とし、香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。またその灌祭には、ぶどう酒一ヒンの四分の一を用いなければならない。

¹⁴And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

¹⁴あなたがたの神にこの供え物をささげるその日まで、あなたがたはパンも、焼麦も、新穀も食べてはならない。これはあなたがたのすべてのすまいにおいて、代々ながく守るべき定めである。

¹⁵And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:

¹⁵また安息日の翌日、すなわち、揺祭の束をささげた日から満七週を数えなければならない。

¹⁶Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.

¹⁶すなわち、第七の安息日の翌日までに、五十日を数えて、新穀の素祭を主にささげなければならない。

¹⁷Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals; they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the LORD.

¹⁷またあなたがたのすまいから、十分の二エパの麦粉に種を入れて焼いたパン二個を携えてきて揺祭としなければならない。これは初穂として主にささげるものである。

¹⁸And ye shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be for a burnt offering unto the LORD, with their meat offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of sweet savor unto the LORD.

¹⁸あなたがたはまたパンのほかに、一歳の全き小羊七頭と、若き雄牛一頭と、雄羊二頭をささげなければならない。すなわち、これらをその素祭および灌祭とともに主にささげて燔祭としなければならない。これは火祭であって、主に香ばしいかおりとなるであろう。

¹⁹Then ye shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.

¹⁹また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげ、一歳の小羊二頭を酬恩祭の犠牲としてささげなければならない。

²⁰And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.

²⁰そして祭司はその初穂のパンと共に、この二頭の小羊を主の前に揺祭として揺り動かさなければならない。これらは主にささげる聖なる物であって、祭司に帰するであろう。

²¹And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

²²And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.

²²あなたがたの地の穀物を刈り入れるときは、その刈入れにあたって、畑のすみずみまで刈りつくしてはならない。またあなたの穀物の落ち穂を拾ってはならない。貧しい者と寄留者のために、それを残しておかなければならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である』」。

²³And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

²³主はまたモーセに言われた、

²⁴Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

²⁴「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『七月一日をあなたがたの安息の日とし、ラッパを吹き鳴らして記念する聖会としなければならない。

²⁵Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

²⁵どのような労働もしてはならない。しかし、主に火祭をささげなければならない』」。

²⁶And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

²⁶主はまたモーセに言われた、

²⁷Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

²⁷「特にその七月の十日は贖罪の日である。あなたがたは聖会を開き、身を悩まし、主に火祭をささげなければならない。

²⁸And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.

²⁸その日には、どのような仕事もしてはならない。これはあなたがたのために、あなたがたの神、主の前にあがないをなすべき贖罪の日だからである。

²⁹For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.

²⁹すべてその日に身を悩まさない者は、民のうちから断たれるであろう。

³⁰And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.

³⁰またすべてその日にどのような仕事をしても、その人をわたしは民のうちから滅ぼし去るであろう。

³¹Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

³¹あなたがたはどのような仕事もしてはならない。これはあなたがたのすべてのすまいにおいて、代々ながく守るべき定めである。

³²It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.

³²これはあなたがたの全き休みの安息日である。あなたがたは身を悩まさなければならない。またその月の九日の夕には、その夕から次の夕まで安息を守らなければならない」。

³³And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

³⁴Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the LORD.

³⁴「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『その七月の十五日は仮庵の祭である。七日の間、主の前にそれを守らなければならない。

³⁵On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

³⁵初めの日に聖会を開かなければならない。どのような労働もしてはならない。

³⁶Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.

³⁶また七日の間、主に火祭をささげなければならない。八日目には聖会を開き、主に火祭をささげなければならない。これは聖会の日であるから、どのような労働もしてはならない。

³⁷These are the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:

³⁷これらは主の定めの祭であって、あなたがたがふれ示して聖会とし、主に火祭すなわち、燔祭、素祭、犠牲および灌祭を、そのささぐべき日にささげなければならない。

³⁸Beside the sabbaths of the LORD, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the LORD.

³⁸このほかに主の安息日があり、またほかに、あなたがたのささげ物があり、またほかに、あなたがたのもろもろの誓願の供え物があり、またそのほかに、あなたがたのもろもろの自発の供え物がある。これらは皆あなたがたが主にささげるものである。

³⁹Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.

³⁹あなたがたが、地の産物を集め終ったときは、七月の十五日から七日のあいだ、主の祭を守らなければならない。すなわち、初めの日にも安息をし、八日目にも安息をしなければならない。

⁴⁰And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.

⁴⁰初めの日に、美しい木の実と、なつめやしの枝と、茂った木の枝と、谷のはこやなぎの枝を取って、七日の間あなたがたの神、主の前に楽しまなければならない。

⁴¹And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

⁴¹あなたがたは年に七日の間、主にこの祭を守らなければならない。これはあなたがたの代々ながく守るべき定めであって、七月にこれを守らなければならない。

⁴²Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:

⁴²あなたがたは七日の間、仮庵に住み、イスラエルで生れた者はみな仮庵に住まなければならない。

⁴³That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

⁴³これはわたしがイスラエルの人々をエジプトの国から導き出したとき、彼らを仮庵に住まわせた事を、あなたがたの代々の子孫に知らせるためである。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である』」。モーセは主の定めの祭をイスラエルの人々に告げた。

⁴⁴And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.
